Abstract

本发明是一种在水泥制造过程中填充导电、导磁材料,使水泥具备了导电、导磁功能。采用的技术方案是:硅酸盐水泥熟料或铝酸盐水泥熟料中,掺加适量石膏;掺加水泥质量3%-20%的导电石墨(含碳量30%-99.99%);掺加水泥质量100%-500%的铁粉,共同磨细制成不同标号的硅酸盐导电、导磁水泥或不同标号的铝酸盐导电、导磁水泥。采用本发明制造的导电、导磁水泥,利用其导电、导磁的功能,可运用于电磁屏蔽工程领域,可应用于设施的融雪化冰、防寒、防潮的领域。

Description

导电、导磁水泥及制备方法
一、技术领域:导电导磁水泥及制备方法属于电磁屏蔽领域和电加热领域。具体是在水泥制备过程中填充导电、导磁材料使水泥具有导电、导磁的功能。
二、背景技术:水泥做为胶凝材料在建筑中将散粒材料(如砂、石)或块装料(如砖、瓷砖等)胶结成一个整体的材料,用于地上、地下、水中的建筑工程。水泥做为胶凝材料,本身不具备导电、导磁功能。本发明使水泥在原作用不变的情况下增加了导电、导磁功能,成为功能水泥,可用于需要电磁屏蔽的领域。利用其导电性,对应边安装上正、负电极,通过电阻产生热量,可用于设施的融雪化冰及防潮、防寒领域。
三、发明内容:本发明的目的就是针对水泥本身不具备导电、导磁功能,提供一种水泥制造过程中,填充导电、导磁材料,使水泥具备导电、导磁功能,成为功能水泥。采用的技术方案是:硅酸盐水泥熟料,掺加不超过水泥质量3%-10%的石膏,掺加不超过水泥质量3%-20%的导电石墨(含碳量30%-99.99%),掺加水泥质量100%-500%的铁粉,磨细制成的水硬性胶凝材料,成为不同水泥标号的硅酸盐或普通硅酸盐导电、导磁水泥。
也可以适当成分的生料,经煅烧所得以无水硫铝酸钙和硅酸二钙为主要矿物成分的水泥熟料和石灰石、适量石膏,掺加不超过水泥质量3%-20%的导电石墨(含碳量30%-99.99%),掺加水泥质量100%-500%的铁粉,磨细制成水硬性胶凝材料,成为不同水泥标号的铝酸盐导电、导磁水泥。
采用本发明制造的导电、导磁水泥可用于电磁屏蔽、吸收电磁波、加热领域。

五、实施例1:将硅酸盐水泥熟料中加入4.5%的石膏,加入硅酸盐水泥熟料质量15%的导电石墨(含碳量99%),加入硅酸盐水泥熟料质量200%的铁粉,共同磨细制成硅酸盐导电、导磁水泥。
实施例2:将无水硫铝酸钙和硅酸二钙为主要矿物成分的水泥熟料中加入4.5%的石膏,加入水泥熟料质量15%的导电石墨(含碳量99%),加入水泥熟料质量200%的铁粉,共同磨细制成铝酸盐导电、导磁水泥。

Claims (4)

1、导电、导磁水泥及制备方法,其特征是:硅酸盐水泥熟料加石膏、导电、导磁材料,磨细成为硅酸盐导电、导磁水泥。
2、根据权利1所述,其特征是:掺加固定碳含量30%-99.99%的导电石墨为水泥质量的3%-20%;铁粉的掺加量为水泥质量的100%-500%。
3、根据权利1所述,一种或一种以上的水泥混合材料,加入适量石膏,掺加固定碳含量30%-99.99%的导电石墨为水泥质量的3%-20%;铁粉的掺加量为水泥质量的100%-500%。
4、导电、导磁水泥及制备方法,其特征是:以适当成分的生料,经煅烧所得以无水硫铝酸钙和硅酸二钙为主要矿物成分的水泥熟料和石灰石,适量石膏,掺加固定碳含量30%-99.99%的导电石墨为水泥质量的3%-20%,掺加铁粉为水泥质量的100%-500%,共同磨细制成铝酸盐导电、导磁水泥。
