Abstract

背景技术
众所周知,可再充电电池具有能够相对短期地保持能量的特性。
事实上,通常Ni-Cd或Ni-MH电池的自动放电时间为几个月,在很少的情况下、并且在高存储温度条件下能达到12个月。
在现代货物分配系统中,考虑到在销售点的电池的供应所需的时间变得更加有限,最终顾客差不多总是不得不购买没有电的电池,因此在使用前必须再充电。
发明内容
在上述的需求中,本发明的一个主要的目的是提供一种用于可再充电电池包装的电保护系统,其允许已经充电的电池的包装(泡罩包装)的销售获得方便的充电操作处理并且直接在销售点保持电池的电量,同时在运输过程中不会发生可能的短路的危险。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种用于再充电电池的低成本的电保护系统,其允许以电力方式接近包装电池的端子,而不打开泡罩包装,因此能够向客户销售“新鲜的”产品,同时能得到所有从开始就有的能量。
本发明提供了一种可再充电电池的泡罩包装,其适于充电装置,在向公众陈列电池时,该充电装置能够对电池进行再充电并保持充电,从而客户可以购买已经充电的电池,其中,所述泡罩包装包括一印刷板,电池位于该印刷板上,所述电池包装在由热伸缩塑性材料构成的外壳中,所述电池的端子通过形成电连接件的金属弹簧接触,所述金属弹簧适于接触电池的端子,使它们能接触所述泡罩包装的至少一部分,所述泡罩包装的至少一部分用来插入所述充电装置的至少一个合适的再充电壳体中,其中,与面向至少一个所述电池的至少一个端子的所述泡罩包装的至少一部分相应,设置一个微型印刷电路,所述印刷电路包括至少一个适当尺寸的由导电材料制成的可熔性轨道,在所述泡罩包装的电池的外接触端子之间出现意外的短路的情况下,所述可熔性轨道在非常短的时间内熔解,将电路断开并防止释放很多的放电电流,从而泡罩包装可以在没有任何可能的短路的危险的情况下被销售。

具体实施方式
参照上述附图,优选为泡罩形式的电池包装总体上由附图标记1表示,其能够容纳最广泛使用类型的可再充电电池2,例如AA型的1.2伏电池、AAA型的1.2伏电池或9伏电池。
泡罩包装1还包括一印刷板4,电池2设置于其上,该印刷板包含制造商的标志、电池容量和使用说明;最后将整个单元包装在外壳6中,外壳6由热伸缩(thermo-retractable)塑性材料构成,其阻挡所有的元件,从而为整个装置提供稳定性。
电池端子通过金属弹簧而接触(图中未示出),这些金属弹簧提供了电连接件;特别是,该弹簧与电池组2的终端(正极和负极)接触,并使这些终端与泡罩包装1的其中一个纸板薄片接触。
在该薄片上,与和薄片本身共面的弹簧部分相应,外壳6上具有相应的孔,因此通过适当的电接触系统,能够通过这些孔接触电池来进行充电操作。
在本发明的示例性而非限定性的实施例中使用再充电和充电保持系统,实际上,该系统包括一充电器,其能够起着泡罩包装1显示件的作用(例如在商店内),该充电器具有一组狭长切口,每个包装1的下方薄片插入其中。
处于单个或多个形式的充电器,亦即包括一系列连接到垂直支撑结构上的层状物的充电器,能够有利地用作在销售点的泡罩包装1的显示件,从而客户总是能够买到充好电的电池。
能够有利地实现将每个泡罩包装1插入充电器的狭长切口中的要求的位置上(由狭长切口18自身的长度产生),使其连接到充电器的正确的内部端子,因此能够自动选择用于准备充电的特定类型电池的必要的充电水平。
因此在目前使用的主要类型的电池中能够使用用于再充电及充电保持的单个的充电器。
当将包装1插入充电器的狭长切口时,为了允许对电池2进行有效地再充电,同时能够使包装1在外接触面之间没有可能的短路的危险的情况下(这种情况可能在运输过程中由于客户的错误而发生)被销售,本发明想要引入基于微型印刷电路12的有效电保护系统的包装1,在该微型印刷电路12上,容纳有一尺寸合适的可熔性轨道。
特别是,根据图2和图3中所示出的,印刷电路12的一侧上具有均匀的敷金属(铜)部分10和由导电材料制成的可熔性轨道11,而印刷电路12的相对侧均匀地敷有金属(图3中用附图标记13表示的部分)。印刷电路12的外壳尺寸(encumbrance dimension)(长度、宽度、厚度)和敷金属部分10的长度根据包装1中可再充电电池2的类型而变化,这是由于对于不同类型的电池存在着不同的电特性。
对于AA型或9伏的电池2的包装,例如印刷电路12的内阻等于135Ω,而对于AAA型电池2的包装,该印刷电路的内阻等于160Ω。
当电池2容纳在泡罩包装1中并通过上述的充电器-显示件再充电时(充电发生在范围从100到500mAh的不同电流值,并且充电时间可以延长并在10到48小时之间变化),可熔性轨道11被设计成使得其在电池2正常充电的过程中不能燃烧。
在包装1的外接触端子之间出现意外的短路的情况下(例如,由于在包装1的运输过程中客户的错误),在非常短的时间内(几秒钟的数量级),可熔性轨道11熔解,将电路断开并防止几安培的放电电流的释放(2-5A,取决于容纳在包装1中的电池模式),其可以使电池2过热,并对客户产生潜在的危险。
特别是,轨道11在2A的电流强度极限下熔解并在小于5秒的预计时间的范围内,在5A的恒定电流强度下断开电路。
所有这些都提高了对使用者的安全性,完全避免了爆炸或燃烧的危险,也应该记住,同样的可再充电电池符合关于电气安全的有效规定,其设有安全阀,当电池的压力和/或温度高于预先设定的极限时,该安全阀松开。
从以上的描述中,用于可再充电电池包的电保护系统的特性和其优点变得很明显,该特性也是本发明的目的。
最后,可以对所讨论的电保护系统进行多种变型,所有的变型都包含在本身具有创造性的新颖性原则中,并且明显地,在本发明实际的实施例中,所示出的材料、形式和尺寸都可以根据要求进行变化,并可以用其他等同元素进行替换。

Claims (3)

1.一种可再充电电池(2)的泡罩包装(1),其适于充电装置,在向公众陈列电池(2)时,该充电装置能够对电池(2)进行再充电并保持充电,从而客户可以购买已经充电的电池(2),其中,所述泡罩包装(1)包括一印刷板(4),电池(2)位于该印刷板(4)上,所述电池(2)包装在由热伸缩塑性材料构成的外壳(6)中,所述电池(2)的端子通过形成电连接件的金属弹簧接触,所述金属弹簧适于接触电池(2)的端子,使它们能接触所述泡罩包装(1)的至少一部分,所述泡罩包装的所述至少一部分用来插入所述充电装置的至少一个合适的再充电壳体中,其特征在于,与面向所述电池(2)中的至少一个的至少一个端子的所述泡罩包装(1)的至少一部分相应地设有一个微型印刷电路(12),所述印刷电路(12)包括至少一个适当尺寸的由导电材料制成的可熔性轨道(11),在所述泡罩包装(1)的电池(2)的外接触端子之间出现意外的短路的情况下,所述可熔性轨道(11)在非常短的时间内熔解,将电路断开并防止释放很多的放电电流,从而泡罩包装(1)可以在没有任何可能的短路的危险的情况下被销售。

3.如权利要求1所述的泡罩包装(1),其特征在于,所述印刷电路(12)在面向所述外壳(6)的第一侧(13)具有至少一个与所述可熔性轨道(11)连接的均匀的敷金属部,所述印刷电路(12)在与所述第一侧(13)相对的第二侧具有均匀的敷金属部分。
