背景技术
在密封成型膜时困难是,对在进给辊中构成的凹穴相对于成型膜中的盆窝的位置进行精确地调节,从而使得在这种装置的运行期间可能发生盆窝不是精确地位于在凹穴中并因此盆窝在凹穴的边缘处遭受损坏。为了避免成型膜的这种损坏在DE10 2004 010 202 B3中公开了将进给辊设置为两件式的结构并具有平行于进给辊的旋转轴线安置的分度,其中进给辊两个构件的间距可以被改变,以便确保使盆窝精确定位到凹穴中。这个装置在实践中已经证明基本上是有效的,但是却相当昂贵的。

因此为了这一目的对于本发明来说当进给辊由一种具有小弹性模量(E-模量)的材料构成时是有利,因为这样用一个较小的压力就可以实现进给辊相对大的长度变化或尺寸变化,该进给辊只对相应的力作用施加一个微小的阻力。特别有利的是,进给辊由一种具有相对于金属较小的E-模量的材料构成,其中按照这一意义而言选择塑料用于进给辊是有利的。
在有利的机械以及化学特性方面,优选方式是,进给辊由聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)构成,它具有一个比铝的69.000牛顿/每平方毫米明显小的420牛顿/每平方毫米的E-模量。

此外有利的是,设置一个用于检测进给辊温度的传感器,因为特别是在选择塑料作为用于进给辊的材料情况下会产生比金属小的导热性并且通过密封辊发生的热传入可被控制以及在确定进给辊的直径时也可考虑到随着温度变化而发生的进给辊的体积改变。
为了能够实现进给辊尽可能柔性的直径变化,在压力介质导管中安置一个比例阀和/或多通阀,其用于精确地调节一个希望的压力或在多个压力水平之间转换。
为了避免对塑料构成的进给辊的损害而规定,设置一个用于检测在进给辊和密封辊之间盖膜和成型膜存在的传感器,因为依据传感器信号在没有薄膜时就可以使密封辊从进给辊上抬起或者不能被下降到进给辊上。

具体实施方式
在附图中示出了一个装置,它应用于用一个盖膜3密封一个具有被充填了的盆窝2的成型膜1,其中不仅成型膜1而且盖膜3都在附图中未示出的储备滚筒上被提供并在必要时借助导向辊被导入到一个可加热的密封辊8和一个进给辊5之间。进给辊5借助一个辊驱动装置4可以驱动并在其圆周表面上具有用于成型膜1的盆窝2的凹穴6。如特别从图2和3中看出的,在进给辊5中设置一个压力腔15,其在所示的实施例中是多个的。压力腔15通过一个压力介质导管16与一个压力介质源17连接。进给辊5由一种具有小的弹性模量(E-模量)的材料构成,其明显地小于例如在具有例如69.0000牛顿/每平方毫米铝的E-模量的金属情况下的E-模量。作为适合的材料可使用塑料和其中特别是聚四氟乙烯(PTFE),PTFE的E-模量为420牛顿/每平方毫米,因此在这样构成的进给辊5中通过施加约15bar的压力就可以实现一种具有约0.5mm的合适的直径扩大和相应的圆周加长的变形。这些改变对于为了在凹穴6相对盆窝2的位置上导致必要的微小校正来说是足够了。多个压力腔15的均匀的压力供给如图2所示是这样实现的,即,进给辊5具有一个轮毂7,从其伸出朝圆周表面指向的辐条10,它们作为压力腔壁将在圆周上均匀分布安置的压力腔15分隔开,其中压力腔15通过两个轴向上在进给辊5上安置的封盖11被封闭(图1)。这两个侧面的封盖11通过一个贯穿压力腔15的定距销(14)被相互连接,以实现可靠的密封,可以在必要时借助一个O形环来确保在长的运行时间中的密封。压力介质导管16通过一个回转接头12与压力介质源17连接,因此可旋转驱动的进给辊5就能够毫无困难地被提供所必需的压力介质即压力空气。
此外本装置具有一个传感器9作为一个用于检测成型膜1的盆窝2位置的调节装置的组成部分(图1),以便借助这种盆窝2的位置和成型膜1的已知的传送速度以及进给辊5的已知的旋转速度来确定凹穴6相对盆窝2的正确的位置,盆窝2将要被传送到凹穴6中。为了进一步提运行可靠性,本装置另外配置一个传感器用于检测进给辊5的温度以及一个传感器用于检测进给辊5和密封辊8之间的盖膜3及成型膜1的存在情况,以便避免这个可加热的密封辊8靠置在由塑料构成的进给辊5上。在压力介质导管16中安置一个比例阀13和/或一个多通阀。

Claims (17)

1.用盖膜(3)密封具有最好被填充的盆窝(2)的成型膜(1)的装置,具有借助辊驱动装置(4)可驱动的、在其圆周表面上具有用于盆窝(2)的凹穴(6)的进给辊(5)和在其上面运行的密封辊(8),在它们之间可以导过该成型膜(1)和盖膜(3),其特征在于:
在进给辊(5)中构成压力腔(15),其通过压力介质导管(16)与压力介质源(17)连接。

进给辊(5)由一种具有小弹性模量(E-模量)的材料构成。
3.按权利要求2的装置,其特征在于:
进给辊(5)由一种具有相对于金属为较小的E-模量的材料构成。

进给辊(5)由一种塑料构成。

进给辊(5)由聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)构成。

进给辊(5)由聚酰胺构成。

进给辊(5)具有轮毂(7),从其伸出朝圆周表面指向的辐条(10),这些辐条(10)作为压力腔壁将在圆周上均匀分布安置的压力腔(15)分隔开。

压力腔(15)通过两个沿轴向在进给辊(5)上设置的封盖(11)封闭。

压力介质导管(16)通过回转接头(12)与压力介质源(17)连接。
