Abstract

Description
本发明涉及电子制动调节系统,该电子制动调节系统包括控制器和用于驱动泵、特别是液压泵的直流电机。
汽车的制动调节系统的、驱动液压泵的直流电机必须由于噪声在转速方面变化。为此,采用节拍电流来控制所述电机。现有技术的制动系统采用大约25至200Hz的节拍频率。通过较慢的节拍来形成高的具有漏电电流的电机起动电流,其能够在车载电路中针对所有连接在车载电路上的控制器干扰地被感知,并且给车载电路加负荷。脉冲电流在电机中产生噪声,该噪声在汽车内部作为交流声噪声干扰地被感知。补救措施可以建立高频节拍,其高于可听到的范围。由高频节拍所形成的高的损耗功率必须被引出。附加地,为了产生均匀的电机电流,需要大的储能器,例如以电解电容(ELKOS)形式,所述电解电容具有相应较大的结构空间。由于高的温度要求(120℃)和结构位置大小,将高频节拍集成到制动调节系统的控制器中是困难的。
采用已知的制动调节系统,只能较差地调节转速,因为所应用的在25-200Hz范围内的节拍频率导致伴随着非均匀的电机运行的漏电电流。随着转速增加,控制质量下降。
因此,本发明的任务是,将在开始处提到的那种制动调节系统进行如下改进,即能够低噪声地运行制动调节系统,容易地引出损耗功率,以及减小制动调节系统的结构空间。
这个任务根据本发明通过以下方式来解决,即在开始处所提到的那种电子制动调节系统中设置用于控制直流电机的电机控制模块,该电机控制模块处于控制器外部。电机控制模块的所述应用具有以下优点,即能够将电机控制从控制器中转移出来。在汽车中,也可称作节拍模块的电机控制模块被放置到在结构空间、温度和气候方面有利的位置。这意味着,在马达空间中需要更少的用于控制器的空间,并由此需要更少的用于制动调节系统的空间。电机控制模块可以配置到在汽车中的一个位置,在该位置上能够容易地引出损耗功率、特别是以热形式的损耗功率。优选地,电机控制模块配置在汽车马达空间之外。
特别地,当将所谓的ELKOS用作储能器时,在温度和寿命负荷方面设置一定界限。由于汽车电机的温度和高的半导体及ELKOS自身发热的叠加,形成较高的温度、特别是直到120℃。这样的温度对于商业上常用的ELKOS在15年的寿命期间是过高的。通过转移电机控制模块,由于汽车马达的附加的加热被除去。此外,能够配置电机控制装置,从而实现将热量充分引出。由此,节省元器件成本,因为能够使用标准的ELKOS。可以取消较贵的元器件,如具有较高温度设计和低阻晶体管的ELKOS。
在根据本发明的制动调节系统的一种优选的实施方式中规定,以大于等于20kHz的频率通过电机控制模块节拍地控制所述直流电机。这意味着,能够更精确地进行直流电机的转速调节,并且节拍或节拍频率高于可听到的范围。大于20kHz的节拍导致,斩断(zerhacken)电流并且向电机导入具有更少交流电分量的直流电流。因此,电机获得无脉动电流,从而不形成电机的交流声,并且电机更加均匀地运行。由此,调节质量明显改善。此外,相较于在节拍为25-200Hz时可能的最小转速,能够以更小的最小转速来驱动电机,这显著地减少噪声。
特别有利的是,电机控制模块是可补充装备的。通过根据本发明的电子制动调节系统的模块性,能够以较低的花费将电机控制模块补充装备到已有的制动系统中。通过这种措施,能够减少研发花费和制动调节系统的单件成本。此外,通过使用物美价廉的元器件,能够将所述花费保持在低的水平。原则上,能够在汽车内部空间中的任何位置上安置所述电机控制模块。
优选地,通过电机控制模块能够调节转速和/或输入电机的直流电流。由此,提供直流电机的控制质量。
在特别优选的实施方式中,控制器和电机控制模块经由总线系统、特别是CAN总线相互连接。有利地,能够将已有的总线系统用于在数据技术上连接控制器和电机控制模块。这表明简单的将电机控制模块装配到制动调节系统的补充装备特性。
在一个替代的实施方式中规定,控制器和电机控制模块经由单线线路相互连接。如果控制器和电机控制模块经由单线线路相互连接,则它们能够经由脉宽调制(PWM)接口加以控制。
优选地,制动调节系统包括集成的附加电子装置。这意味着,电子制动调节系统的电子装置不是安装在分离的单元中,而是就地直接配置在用于操作制动器的液压单元的执行器上。因此,除了电机控制模块,整个制动调节系统可在唯一的单元中加以实现。此外可以规定,直流电机经由插头与控制器相连接,并且配置在控制器附近。特殊的制动调节系统-控制器可以特别容易地补充装备电机控制模块,在所述特殊的制动调节系统-控制器上在插接连接中已经存在用于电机供电的连接。
优选地,电机控制模块连接到供电装置。所述供电装置可以是汽车的电池或者车载电路。从供电装置引出的电流由电机控制模块优选地以大于等于20kHz的频率加以斩断,从而能够向电机输入不具有交流电分量的电流。
本发明构思、即电机控制模块从控制器中转移,原理上可以应用于各种制动调节系统。但是,当制动调节系统是防抱死系统、电子稳定程序或电液制动系统时,这是特别优选的。

在图1中所示的制动调节系统1包括一个控制器2,直流电机3经由插头或插接连接被集成到所述控制器2中。直流电机3通过电机控制模块4加以控制,所述电机控制模块4连接到供电装置5。通过以下方式实现控制,即在电机控制模块4中以大于等于20kHz的频率来斩断直流电流。此外改变所述斩断的占空比,以便调节直流电机的转速。所述斩断导致,将不具有交流电分量的直流电流导入直流电机。因此,输入到直流电机3的电流没有脉动,并且不形成交流声和形成直流电机3的均匀地运行。控制器2与电机控制模块4同样具有CAN总线接口6、7。经由CAN总线接口6、7,电机控制模块4和控制器2在数据技术上相互连接。直流电机3驱动未示出的制动设备的液压泵。此外,控制器2还包括电机继电器8和备用电机继电器9,其连接于直流电机3前面。同样地,在控制器2中设置有经由CAN接口7可控制的激发(Wakeup)单元10、CPU传感器供电装置11和阀末级12。
