技术领域
本发明涉及一种柱状照明装置。
更具体地,按照本发明,提供一种具有光学器件的护柱形(bollard)柱状照明装置,光学器件使得发射的光均匀分布并确保视觉上的舒适。
背景技术
柱状照明装置也称为护柱灯,可以分为两组产品:相对观察者而言光源可见的和光源被遮挡的。
已知的是,第一组类型的柱状照明装置存在的问题是,可能使观察者感觉眩目,而第二组类型的照明装置由于遮光件吸收一定量的光辐照而具有非常低的光发射。
与遮光照明装置的低性能有关联的问题之一涉及衍射现象的存在,该现象导致靠近照明装置地面的采光不均匀性,而且该现象产生所谓的“光影斑点”。
此外,在所有已知的柱状照明装置中,就从产品发射的光量而言,人们所不希望的向上的光发射相对较高。
发明内容
因此本发明的一个主要目的是提供一种柱状照明装置,它能同时满足如下要求,即视觉上的舒适性,有效地限制向上的光发散,维持地面分布而且也照亮靠近该装置基座的地面。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种生产和维护简单而且经济的柱状照明装置。
依照本发明的这些目的通过提供一种具有如权利要求1中所体现的特征的柱状照明装置得以实现。
本发明的柱状照明装置的其它特征在从属权利要求中得到体现。

具体实施方式
参照附图,柱状照明装置1包括支柱2,在该支柱的上部是光源4的外壳3,所述外壳又由盖5覆盖。光通过外壳3的侧面射向外部环境,外壳3的侧面由用作光通道的护罩6组成,护罩6由抗震和透光材料制成,比如玻璃或者优选的为比如透明聚碳酸酯的塑性材料。虽然光通道护罩6的结构包括两部分,通过其中一部分光向照明装置1的外部扩散,而另一部分的功能是充当该结构中其余部分的护罩6,从现在开始,提及护罩6只涉及光能通过该部分向照明装置1外部扩散的部分,即,由支柱2的壁的上部边缘和盖5的下部边缘限定的部分。
光源4由发光灯泡7组成,灯泡由玻璃管8包围。发光灯泡7位于比护罩6更高的位置。在紧接着发光灯泡7的上方是具有弯曲截面(具有向下的凹度)的反射护罩9。为了获得光分布和均匀性方面的最佳效果,在靠近柱状照明装置1的基座以及周围区域,面向中心的弯曲截面的两个分支具有从中心向反射护罩9的外围伸展的第一上升部分10,相反,弯曲截面的剩余部分具有下降趋势。具体地,上升部分10的长度比弯曲截面的剩余部分的长度短。反射护罩9的形状和位置具有的优点是,从发光灯泡7射出并从反射护罩9反射的光的向外散布不需要设置其它的反射光学元件,因此比已知的照明方案更简单。
反射护罩9的中心被穿孔以允许将反射护罩9放置在发光灯泡7的稍微向上的位置,即在反射护罩9和盖5之间限定的空间内容纳管8的上部,在所述空间内可以方便地放置能够发散热量的元件(未示出),这也防止热量本身集中在特定的外部区域中,于是照明装置的外侧温度在所有的点保持低于预先设定的安全限度。
盖5的下边缘和反射护罩9的周边部分都低于光源4的发光灯泡7的下端。因此,从发光灯泡7射出的光不可能沿着平行于地面的轨迹穿过光通道护罩6或者向上导向。通过这种方式,眼睛处于反射护罩6上方的高度的观察者完全看不到发光灯泡7。另外,更向下弯曲的反射护罩9的周边部分以更窄的角度将光偏斜并且将光投射向最靠近照明装置1的基座的区域。
也设想柱状照明装置1具有圆筒形光吸收遮挡件11,其位于光源4周围,与光源4相隔较短距离并紧接着发光灯泡7的下端的下方,即该光吸收遮挡件11的上端和反射护罩9的周边端部处于相同的高度。由于光吸收遮挡件11的高度与光通道护罩6的上端一致,即与反射护罩9的周边端部(和下端)一致,这完全防止光以平行于地面的方向从照明装置1射出,也消除了不可避免地由反射导致的令观察者眩目的可能性。除此之外,光吸收遮挡件11也使得直接向上的光发射得到消除。
在靠近它的基座的位置,光吸收遮挡件11的形式通过台阶12放大,该台阶沿着遮挡件11的整个周边延伸,形成用于圆筒形的透明套13的支撑,透明外罩优选地由玻璃,可选为有色玻璃制成,其在侧面围绕光源4并且将容纳光源4的中心外壳区域3和此外壳3的其它周边区域物理地分隔开。套13的存在防止了外壳3内空气的过度过热,热空气向上升起并且通过对应反射护罩9的中心孔的单个开口逸出。
此外,柱状照明装置1如图所示,包括第二圆筒形光吸收遮挡件14,位于稍远离光源4的位置并且比环绕光源4的遮挡件11位置低。第二光吸收遮挡件14的存在是优选方案但不是本发明目的所必须的,它的功能是为了消除令人不悦的迹象形成,它根据使用的光源的不可避免的结构变化可以投射到地面并且增加视觉上的舒适性。
第二光吸收遮挡件14的高度实际上是使得遮断所有在光线的直线轨迹上可能首先遇到第一光吸收遮挡件11的上部边缘,然后遇到支撑柱2侧壁的上边缘的从发射灯泡7射出的光线,而这可能产生不希望出现的衍射现象,导致形成所谓的“光影斑点”。
最后,外壳3的基座15也方便地生产,以能够作为光吸收材料,从而允许更有效地消除与寄生反射(或者光反射)的产生有关的现象。
按照本发明的柱状照明装置允许最佳且均匀的光分布,特别是就最靠近它的基座的区域而言。
此外,按照本发明的柱状照明装置防止出现对观察者的眩目现象以及防止出现外壳3和光通道护罩6以及盖5的外壁的过热。
最后,按照本发明的柱状照明装置提供一种简单而且经济的生产和维护方案,特别是由于这样的事实,即没有复杂的光学元件的组合,它设想具有单个的反射元件,该反射元件在靠近柱状照明装置1的基座区域和在周围区域都能散布光。
按照本发明优选实施例之一出于说明性但不是限定性目的说明了本发明,但是对于本领域的技术人员来说显然可以实施各种变化和/或修改,所有这些都包括在由附加的权利要求限定的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种柱状照明装置(1),包括支撑结构或者支柱(2),光源(4)在该照明装置的上部,该光源位于在侧面被允许光通过的护罩(6)包围、上方被盖(5)覆盖的外壳(3)内,所述光源(4)的发光灯泡(7)位于高于所述光通道护罩(6)的位置,其特征在于,该照明装置包括单个的反射屏(9),该反射屏的反射表面具有位于发光灯泡(7)上方的中心部分和位于比发光灯泡(7)的下端高度低的位置处的周边部分。
2.如权利要求1所述的照明装置(1),其特征在于,所述反射护罩(9)是通过将一系列反射元件组合在一起获得的。
3.如权利要求1所述的照明装置(1),其特征在于,所述反射护罩(9)的反射表面的弯曲部分具有从中心开始朝着反射护罩(9)的周边的第一上升部分(10),该弯曲部分的其余部分相反具有下降趋势。
4.如前述任一个权利要求所述的照明装置(1),其特征在于,所述反射护罩(9)的反射表面的周边部分与所述盖(5)的下边缘基本上处于相同高度。
5.如前述任一个权利要求所述的照明装置(1),其特征在于,所述反射护罩(9)在中心被穿孔,从而在反射护罩(9)和盖(5)之间限定的空间内容纳光源位于发光灯泡(7)上方的部分。
6.如前述任一个权利要求所述的照明装置(1),其特征在于,该照明装置还包括在侧面包围光源(4)且将容纳光源(4)的外壳(3)的中心区域和外壳(3)本身的其它周边区域物理地隔开的透明套(13)。
7.如权利要求6所述的照明装置(1),其特征在于,所述透明套(13)是有色的。
8.如前述任一个权利要求所述的照明装置(1),其特征在于,该照明装置还包括位于光源(4)周围且至少和光通道护罩(6)的上端一样高的光吸收遮挡件(11)。
9.如权利要求8所述的照明装置(1),其特征在于,该照明装置还包括第二光吸收遮挡件(14),该第二光吸收遮挡件位于环绕光源(4)的所述光吸收遮挡件(11)的外部,且该第二光吸收遮挡件的上边缘高于经过光吸收遮挡件(11)的上边缘以及支柱(2)的侧壁的上边缘的直线轨迹。
10.如权利要求9所述的照明装置(1),其特征在于,所述外壳(3)的所述基座(15)是吸收光的。
