Abstract

本发明涉及一种钢木集成工字梁,包括木梁,在木梁长度方向,其宽的两侧面固定联接有受力型钢,木梁的两端固定联接有封头。该工字梁采用冲压钢板齿和紧固件把型钢和木料紧压联接成一体,使钢木集成工字梁的刚度更强,通用性好、坚固耐用、适应一切建筑模板的支撑,如钢木模板、钢模板、竹胶模板、胶木模板、木模板等的支撑。使用钢木集成工字梁的成本只有铝合金梁的50%,钢梁的85%,木大梁的95%。该工字梁体积小,可降低运输和仓储费用,并在施工中不会产生废料,因此,可降低清理废料的费用。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑模板支撑结构件,具体说,涉及一种钢木集成工字梁。
背景技术
在建筑房屋及路桥施工中,普遍使用的模板支撑体系中的支撑大梁和次梁有木梁、钢梁、铝合金梁等等。上述各种梁虽然也好用,但普遍存在成本高、体积大及笨重的缺陷。其中,木梁虽然成本较低,但钢度低、易变形、易损坏;铝合金梁的优点是重量轻,刚度强,但成本高;钢梁刚度大,但太笨重,施工安装极不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述缺陷,提供一种坚固耐用、经济通用、安全系数高的钢木集成工字梁。
本发明所述的钢木集成工字梁,包括木梁。在木梁的长度方向,其宽的两侧面固定联接有受力型钢,木梁的两端固定联接有封头。
所述受力型钢的横截面形状为在一宽面上具有惯穿整个长度开口的矩形管状,在另一宽面上,其长度方向均匀布置有一排通孔或者上、下两排通孔。
所述受力型钢在宽面上具有上下两排齿,在同一排中,间隔一段距离设置1个齿或成三角形地布置3个齿,上、下排的齿相互错开设置。
所述封头的横截面形状为形,两翼上具有安装螺钉的通孔。
所述木梁经过防腐处理。
本发明所述的钢木集成工字梁,采用特殊的结构,用冲压钢板齿和紧固件把型钢和木料紧压联接成一体,使钢木集成工字梁的刚度更强,通用性好、坚固耐用、适应一切建筑模板的支撑,如钢木模板、钢模板、竹胶模板、胶木模板、木模板等的支撑。使用钢木集成工字梁的成本只有铝合金梁的50%,钢梁的85%,木工字梁的90%。该工字梁体积小,可降低运输和仓储费用,并在施工中不会产生废料,因此,可降低清理废料的费用。

具体实施方式
参见图1和图3,本发明所述的钢木集成工字梁包括木梁1,木梁长度方向,其宽的两侧面,即使用时竖直放置的两侧面固定联接有受力型钢2,木梁的两端用螺钉4固定联接有封头3。木梁1与受力型钢2或封头3的联接可以用螺钉或铆钉联接。
参见图2和图4,所述受力型钢2的横截面形状为矩形管状,其一宽面上具有惯穿整个长度的开口,在另一宽面上,其长度方向均匀布置有一排通孔或者上、下两排通孔,以便安装螺钉,通孔的数量根据工字梁的长度确定,一般孔距约50cm。
参见图5和图6,所述受力型钢2上具有若干齿。齿在钢板的宽度方向具有上下两排,该齿是采取冲压钢板形成。在同一排中,间隔一段距离设置一个齿或成三角形地布置3个齿,各齿之间的距离约500mm-80mm。上、下排的齿相互错开设置,即下排的齿位于上排齿之间。
参见图7,所述封头3安装在木梁的两端,其横截面形状为,两翼上具有通孔。安装时,两翼位于钢板2的外侧,用螺钉或铆钉固定在木梁上。
为增加使用寿命,所述木梁1经过防腐处理。

Claims (6)

1、钢木集成工字梁,包括木梁(1),其特征是在木梁(1)的长度方向,其宽的两侧面固定联接有受力型钢(2),木梁的两端固定联接有封头(3)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的工字梁,其特征是所述受力型钢(2)的横截面形状为在一个宽面上具有惯穿整个长度的开口矩形管状,在另一宽面上,其长度方向均匀布置有一排通孔或者上、下两排通孔。
3、根据权利要求2所述的工字梁,其特征是所述受力型钢(2)在宽面上具有上下两排齿,在同一排中,间隔一段距离设置1个齿或成三角形地布置3个齿,上、下排的齿相互错开设置。
