Abstract
Disclosed is a process for treating oil-containing and sulfur-containing sewage water, characterized in that the oil-containing and sulfur-containing sewage water is used as the sintering material for wet process cement factory. The invention can solve the problem of industrial wastewater treatment in oil-extraction plants, and save a large quantity of fresh water for wet process cement factories.
Description
Technical Field
The invention mainly relates to a method for treating oil-containing and sulfur-containing sewage of an oil refinery.
Background
At present, a large amount of oily and sulfur-containing sewage is produced in an oil refinery, the sewage is generally sent into a sewage treatment plant for treatment after oil-water separation, the cost of sewage treatment reaches about 8 yuan/T, and the oily sewage after treatment is limited by the discharge standard.
The sintered material of wet cement plant should be first pelletized, and the pelletizing and mixing water are fresh water with great water consumption.
On one hand, the treatment cost of the wastewater containing oil, sulfur and the like produced by the oil refinery is high, and the treated sewage generally cannot be reused and must be discharged outside, thus being unfavorable for environmental protection; on the other hand, wet cement plants need to consume a large amount of fresh water, which is not favorable for comprehensive utilization of water resources.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of fully utilizing the sewage containing oil and sulfur, thereby achieving the purposes of environmental protection and treatment cost reduction.
The invention relates to a method for treating sewage containing oil and sulfur, which is characterized in that the sewage containing oil and sulfur is used as sintering material pelletizing mixing water of a wet cement plant.
The industrial sewage containing oil and sulfur discharged from oil refinery (or other factories) is directly sent to wet cement factory, and the sewage can be transported into mixing water tank of wet cement factory by pipe or ditch, and fed to ball mixer by pump of mixing water tank to be used as mixing water. The fresh water can be replaced completely or partially.
(1) The main component of the oily sewage is water, and the small amount of oil in the oily sewage can increase the internal heat value of the cement balling material and is beneficial to curing the cement;
(2) the cement production process is a sulfur absorption process, and the sulfur in the sulfur-containing sewage just provides the sulfur for the cement production process, so that the sulfur harmful to the environment is favorably used;
(3) as the production process of the cement is a high-temperature curing process, organic components, metals and the like in industrial sewage (sewage containing oil, sulfur and the like) are decomposed and converted into harmless substances through high-temperature treatment, and the production process is favorable for environmental protection.
The invention has the following effects:
(1) solves the problem of treating industrial sewage produced in oil refineries and the like, saves the investment and places of sewage treatment devices
Managing the cost;
(2) the method provides mixing water for a wet cement plant or saves a large amount of fresh water, thereby reducing the production cost of cement;
(3) the pollution problem of the production sewage of oil refineries and the like to the environment is fundamentally solved;
(4) the investment is saved, other equipment and treatment measures are not needed to be added, and the comprehensive economic benefit is obvious.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a flow chart of the application process of the present invention.
Detailed Description
Oil-containing or/and sulfur-containing industrial sewage discharged from oil refinery or other chemical plant is fed into wet cement plant to form balls and water, which is used to form balls of cement material, and then fed into cement kiln to make high-temp. curing to produce cement. The industrial sewage can completely replace the original fresh water or partially replace the original fresh water. The industrial sewage is utilized, and other production parameters of the cement are not changed.
