Abstract
Disclosed is a process for treating industrial sewage characterized by using industrial sewage as water for the preparation of coke water slurry or water coal slurry liquid fuel in place of fresh water. The invention realizes the integration of industrial sewage treatment and the preparation of coke water slurry and water coal slurry.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for treating industrial sewage.
Background
At present, the preparation technology of water coke slurry (using petroleum coke as a raw material) and coal water slurry (using water coal powder as a raw material) is mature and widely popularized, and the water coke slurry and the coal water slurry are used as clean liquid fuels and are replacing fuels of oil burning boilers. In the preparation process of the water coke slurry and the coal water slurry, fresh water is used as a carrier, and the water consumption is 30 percent, so the water consumption is larger. Meanwhile, oil refineries, fertilizer plants, chemical plants and paper mills produce a large amount of industrial sewage in production, such as oily sewage, sulfur-containing sewage, black liquor and the like, and the industrial wastewater is high in treatment cost, for example, the black liquor of the paper mill is usually subjected to incineration treatment after adding combustion-supporting oil, and is limited by the requirement of environmental protection when being discharged. On one hand, a large amount of fresh water is needed in the preparation of the water coke slurry and the coal water slurry, on the other hand, a large amount of industrial wastewater cannot be fully utilized, and the sewage treatment cost is high.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of fully utilizing industrial sewage to achieve environmental protection and reduce treatment cost.
The invention relates to a method for treating industrial sewage, which is characterized in that the industrial sewage is used as water for preparing water coke slurry or water coal slurry liquid fuel.
The present invention uses industrial sewage from oil refinery as water for preparing coal water slurry and coke water slurry instead of fresh water, and combines the treatment of industrial sewage with the preparation of coke water slurry and coal water slurry. Different industrial sewage can be pretreated when used, so that the quality of the coke water slurry and the coal water slurry is not influenced, and the coke water slurry and the coal water slurry are not influenced when used as liquid fuel.
(1) The oily sewage is collected and then subjected to oil/water separation to control the oil content in the sewage to be below 500ppm, and the oily sewage subjected to the oil/water separation can be directly sent into a ball mill to be subjected to wet grinding (preparation of liquid fuel) with raw materials such as petroleum coke or water coal powder and the like to prepare qualified slurry.
(2) For sulfur-containing sewage, in order to ensure that the discharge of harmful S components is controlled, the S components in the flue gas are controlled,then the collected sulfur-containing sewage is injected with calcium-based desulfurizer, and the calcium-based desulfurizer can be Ca (OH) generally2Aqueous solution, Ca (OH)2After the aqueous solution is mixed with the sulfur-containing sewage, S parts in the sulfur-containing sewage are removed during preparation of the aqueous solution and combustion of the aqueous solution as fuel, and CaSO is generated4Is discharged along with the flue gas, thereby achieving the purpose of controlling the S portion in the flue gas. The chemical reaction is as follows:
or
Because the sulfur content difference in the sulfur-containing sewage is large, the injection amount of the calcium-based desulfurizer needs to be controlled when the calcium-based desulfurizer is injected soas to achieve the optimal desulfurization effect. The content of the calcium-based desulfurizer can be detected firstly, and then the dosage of the calcium-based desulfurizer is determined according to the equation.
(3) The black liquor of paper mill can be directly substituted for fresh water to prepare liquid fuel, so that Na (OH), lignin and organic impurities in the black liquor can be fully combusted, the combustion value of the liquid fuel can be increased, and the associated combustion oil can be reduced.
The industrial sewage or the pretreated industrial sewage can partially or completely replace fresh water for preparing liquid fuel.
The invention has the advantages that:
the invention directly utilizes industrial sewage to prepare water coke slurry and coal water slurry, and treats the industrial sewage of oil refineries and the like by the most convenient method, so that the industrial sewage replaces fresh water, and the effects of reducing cost and saving energy are achieved. The industrial sewage is utilized to produce the coke water slurry and the coal water slurry, the heat value and the combustion quality of the coke water slurry and the coal water slurry are not influenced, and the best effect is achieved in the aspect of environmental protection.
(1) The liquid fuel is directly prepared by utilizing the industrial sewage, so that a sewage treatment device and treatment cost thereof are saved, the production cost is reduced, and the industrial sewage is used to the maximum extent;
(2) the industrial sewage is utilized to prepare the liquid fuel, so that fresh water used at present is saved, the use of water resources is reasonable, the preparation cost of the liquid fuel is reduced, and the optimization of economic benefits is achieved;
(3) after the desulfurization technology is used, S in sewage, oil coke and coal powder can be effectively removed, so that the sulfur content of boiler flue gas is ensured, and the requirement of environmental protection is met;
(4) the method is favorable for the stability of water coke slurry and the like by utilizing the affinity of the industrial sewage and the oil coke or the coal powder, and ensures the combustion characteristic and the heat value of the liquid fuel.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a process flow diagram of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The source of water for 4 liquid fuels (water coke slurry or coal water slurry) is illustrated in figure 1. The method (3) is a prior art method.
The mode (1) is that oily sewage is subjected to oil-water separation, the oil content in the sewage is controlled to be below 500ppm, and then the oily sewage is used for preparing liquid fuel instead of fresh water.
The mode (2) is to add calcium-based desulfurizer into the sulfur-containing sewage and then replace fresh water to prepare liquid fuel.
Mode (4) is paper mill black liquor, which directly replaces fresh water for the preparation of liquid fuel.
The industrial sewage can replace fresh water completely or partially. When the fuel is completely replaced, the dosage is equivalent to the dosage of fresh water, and the viscosity requirement of the liquid fuel can be met. The method of preparation of the liquid fuel is unchanged.
