Abstract
一种水管接头结构,其水管的快速接头设于水管接头上,而其外套件得供锁设洒水器等其它喷水设备,其水管接头与外套件间设有防漏组件,水管接头藉挡缘挡止于外套件内孔凸阶底面,水管接头并设有内或外螺纹得供锁设一挡止件,该挡止件凸缘乃挡止于外套件凸阶顶面,达到限位水管接头与外套件无法分离,更使水管接头与外套件可以作相对的旋转运动,且不会相互影响。

技术领域
本发明涉及水管,特别是水管接头结构。
背景技术
习用的水管常因使用须拉伸、拖动、卷收等等状况,而使水管发生旋动,若为固定无法旋动接头,则会使水管弯折,产生阻塞而影响水流或水管的收纳或拉伸使用状态。
因而,该等固定式的水管接头幷不能改善水管弯折的情形,更可能让水管弯折更严重而造成使用上的困扰,为其缺点。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于消除现有产品的上述各缺点。
为达到上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:一种水管接头结构,包括:外套件,设有内孔及内孔之凸阶;水管接头,得组设防漏组件,水管接头并设有挡缘及螺纹;挡止件,设具螺纹及凸缘;藉由上述的组成,水管接头与外套件间设防漏组件,水管接头的挡缘挡止于外套件内孔凸阶的底面,水管接头与挡止件以螺纹锁合,挡止件凸缘幷挡止于外套件内孔凸阶的顶面,据此达成防止水管接头脱出,及水管接头与外套件可作相对的旋转运动功效。
进一步,该外套件设有外螺纹及软质握持端;该水管接头设有快速接头;该水管接头螺纹为外螺纹时,其配合之挡止件则设成内螺纹;该水管接头螺纹为内螺纹时,其配合之挡止件则设成外螺纹;该挡止件之孔得设成工具套接孔;该水管接头之内孔得设成工具套接孔;该防漏组件为防漏垫圈。
由于采用了上述方案,该水管接头结构分成为外套件与水管接头,而其间幷设有防漏组件,水管接头接水管,外套件锁设喷水设备,该水管接头藉挡缘挡止于外套件内孔凸阶底面,水管接头幷设有内或外螺纹得供锁设一挡止件,该挡止件凸缘乃挡止于外套件凸阶顶面,达到限位水管接头与外套件无法分离功效,并其水管接头与外套件可以作相对的旋转运动,且不会相互影响。

具体实施方式
参阅图1所示,是为本发明的立体分解图,一种水管接头结构,主要是包含有:
外套件10,得设有软质的握持端11,外套件内孔12设有凸阶13(参阅图2所示),并于其凸阶13形成底面131与顶面132,而其外套件10外周设有外螺纹14供锁组喷水组件(图中未示);
水管接头20,设有快速接头21、凸出的挡22,组设防漏组件30的凹沟23,及外螺纹24;
防漏组件30,得为防漏垫圈;
挡止件40,设有工具套接孔41、内螺纹42,及凸缘43;
藉由上述构件,乃得以组成一本发明的水管接头结构。
参阅图2所示,是为本发明的组合剖示图,其组合关系为:水管接头20与外套件10间设有防漏组件30,该防漏组件30限位于水管接头20的凹沟23,水管接头20藉挡缘22挡止于外套件10内孔12凸阶13底面131,水管接头20幷设有外螺纹24得供锁设一挡止件40的内螺纹42,锁设时其挡止件40的工具套接孔41乃供适当的工具插组锁设,使其挡止件40内螺纹42得以顺利螺合于水管接头20外螺纹24,水管接头20内孔25亦可形成工具套接孔,该挡止件40凸缘43乃挡止于外套件10凸阶13顶面132,达到限位水管接头20与外套件10无法分离,且可使水管接头与外套件作相对的旋转运动而不会相互影响。
上述水管接头20的快速接头21乃供快速组装水管50,而其外套件10的外螺纹14则供锁接喷水组件。
上述该工具套接孔得为角孔或至少一边具平面而供工具组接调整,工具套接孔并可另一作用为供水流通过。
参阅图3所示,是为本发明的另一较佳实施例组合剖示图,其组合关系为:水管接头20与外套件10间设有防漏组件30,该防漏组件30限位于水管接头20的凹沟23,水管接头20藉挡缘22挡止于外套件10内孔12凸阶13底面131,水管接头20并设有内螺纹26得供锁设一挡止件40的外螺纹44,锁设时其挡止件40的工具套接孔45乃供适当的工具插组锁设,使其挡止件40外螺纹44得以顺利螺合于水管接头20内螺纹26,水管接头20内孔25亦可形成工具套接孔,该挡止件40凸缘46乃挡止于外套件10凸阶13顶面132,达到限位水管接头20与外套件10无法分离,且可使水管接头与外套件作相对的旋转运动而不会相互影响。
由上述可知,本发明藉由水管接头结构的发明,乃达到其水管接头可与外套件作相对的旋转运动而不会相互影响,使其组接水管使用时,不会让水管扭曲损坏,或让水流不顺的情形,而其相对的运动亦不会有泄漏情形,达到更为实用的水管接头结构功效。
上述实施例,仅用以举例说明本发明,据以在不离本发明精神的范围,熟习此项技艺者凭之而作的各种变形、修饰与应用,均应包括于本发明的范畴。
Claims (8)
1、一种水管接头结构,其特征在于:包括:外套件,设有内孔及内孔的凸阶;水管接头,得组设防漏元件,水管接头并设有挡缘及螺纹;挡止件,设具螺纹及凸缘;水管接头与外套件间设防漏元件,水管接头的挡缘挡止于外套件内孔凸阶的底面,水管接头与挡止件以螺纹锁合,挡止件凸缘并挡止于外套件内孔凸阶的顶面。
2、根据权利要求1所述的水管接头结构,其特征在于:该外套件设有外螺纹及软质握持端。
3、根据权利要求1所述的水管接头结构,其特征在于:该水管接头设有快速接头。
4、根据权利要求1所述的水管接头结构,其特征在于:该水管接头螺纹为外螺纹时,其配合的挡止件则设成内螺纹。
5、根据权利要求1所述的水管接头结构,其特征在于:该水管接头螺纹为内螺纹时,其配合的挡止件则设成外螺纹。
6、根据权利要求1所述的水管接头结构,其特征在于:该挡止件的孔设成工具套接孔。
7、根据权利要求1所述的水管接头结构,其特征在于:该水管接头的内孔设成工具套接孔。
8、根据权利要求1所述的水管接头结构,其特征在于:该防漏元件为防漏垫圈。
