本发明涉及一种“蔬菜野菜全营养强化面粉”(面粉泛指小麦粉及其他谷物面粉如荞麦粉,黄豆粉等,下同),市售面粉各种营养含量较少,加之社会上有一部分人,喜肉食而厌蔬菜,而蔬菜的营养却非常齐全,且富含食物纤维,所以造成营养不良,肥胖,便秘,以致引发心脑血管族病,因此在面粉中添加蔬菜,增加各种维生素,常量微量元素,多种氨基酸,提高面粉中食物纤维含量,变精白低营养充饥面粉为绿色全营养高营养面粉,对增进人体健康是一个里程碑式的食物革命。
本发明涉及的“蔬菜野菜全营养强化面粉”,主要是这样实现的,选用茎叶较多的蔬菜如油菜,西兰花,芥菜,菠菜,芹菜,生菜,甜菜叶,香菜,苋菜,白菜等以及味道较适口的野生蔬菜如地肤,苜蓿,蕨菜等,在生长望盛期采收,处理后与面粉混匀即可成为商品。
本发明涉及的“蔬菜野菜全营养强化面粉”较之单纯的充饥小麦,又增加了生理功能,如芹菜加入后有一定的降血压作用。
本发明涉及的“蔬菜野菜全营养强化面粉”,营养增加举例:小麦粉100g含钙31mg,加入香菜10%提高钙含量7.2倍;小麦粉100g含硒5.36ug,加入油菜10%提高1.3倍;小麦粉100g含维生素B2 0.08mg,加入菜花后提高1.25倍……

2、根据权利要求1所述的“蔬菜野菜全营养强化面粉”,蔬菜最佳选茎叶较多的,如油菜,西兰花,芥菜,菠菜,芹菜,生菜,甜叶菜,香菜,苋菜,白菜等,野菜应选择适口的,如地肤,苜蓿,蕨菜等。
3、根据权利要求1所述的“蔬菜野菜全营养强化面粉”,其特征在于:蔬菜野菜在全面粉中所占比例为6-10%。
4、根据权利要求1所述的“蔬菜野菜全营养强化面粉”,其特征在于:全面粉的要求粒度为100-120目左右。
