Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种超声波焊接设备及其相应地应用。
背景技术
根据已有的技术水平,已知有多种不同的设备可以用来将导电体,特别是将成绞合线形式的导电体在压紧状态下连接起来。
这方面多半指的是这样的设备,在这种设备上,将需要连接的导线放入一个半张开的腔室内,以便紧接着经过一个产生超声震荡的超声焊极和一个对应电极将导线在压紧状态下连接起来。压紧腔室用超声焊极与对应电极的内分界面以及其它分界元件界定。
根据德国专利DE 37 10 603 C2已知,有一种金属丝或类似物的超声波焊接设备,该设备有一个产生声震荡的超声焊极和两个铁砧,两个铁砧和超声焊极从横断面来看,特别是从被焊物料的径向横断面来看,构成了一个以超声焊极和铁砧为界的压紧腔室,以压缩和/或轻微变形被焊物料,其中两个铁砧的位置是可以相互移动的。
事实上,上述设备的缺点在于,两个铁砧相互完全发生偏转之后,在很多情况下,施加相应的超声波能之后,不能达到充分的焊接。
由以上情况而提出的问题是,至少部分地排除或避免上文提出的缺点。这里的问题特别在于,要准备提供一种超声波焊接设备,用来对特别是条状、线状或绞合线状物料和/或软管,特别是塑料软管,以及(或者)特别是波纹软管或类似物,特别是用金属或塑料制成的波纹软管或类似物,进行超声波焊接,其中通常出现的不充分的焊接,要利用超声波加以避免。
发明内容
根据本发明,上述问题是通过根据权利要求1的一种设备以及根据权利要求12到14的应用而解决的。
根据本发明的超声波焊接设备,用来对特别是条状、线状或绞合线状物料和/或软管,特别是塑料软管,以及(或者)特别是波纹软管或类似物,特别是用金属或塑料制成的波纹软管或类似物进行超声波焊接的设备包括有:
一个产生超声震荡的超声焊极,两个铁砧,两个铁砧和超声电极从横断面来看,特别是从被焊物料的径向横断面来看,构成了一个以超声焊极和铁砧为界的压紧腔室,以将被焊物料压缩和/或轻微变形,其中两个铁砧的位置是可以相互移动的,设备的特征在于,两个铁砧在作发生偏转的相互移动时,至少部分地也在超声焊极的方向上发生移动。
决定性地,特别是两个铁砧在相互发生偏转时,至少部分地也在超声焊极的方向上发生移动,因此,一般情况下,当构成压紧腔室的两个铁砧和超声焊极的内表面压紧被焊物料时,压紧腔室对被焊物料发生强制固定作用,使被焊物料压向超声焊极,以便在施加超声波能时使超声焊极与被焊物料之间的能量过渡获得明显的改善。
首先,本发明的优点在于,偏转和移动同步进行,特别是设备有一套对铁砧的强制导向系统,当施加一定的移动作用力时,铁砧向着超声焊极的方向移动,同时铁砧又发生相互移动,或者,当施加一定的偏转作用力时,铁砧彼此发生分离运动,同时铁砧又发生分离超声焊极的运动,因为被焊物料一般情况下是在超声焊极的方向上经过一套确定的预先设计的强制导向系统,所以焊接时的质量波动可以减少到最小。特别是与经过相应的控制,例如与利用伺服马达进行控制可能达到的同步相比,经过强制导向系统所得的实施形式是一种价格最便宜的实施形式。
同时,本发明的优点也在于,强制导向系统至少有一个上移元件,以上移到铁砧区域,其中对于铁砧区域来说可能关系到例如铁砧支腿,对于上移元件来说关系到一根可转动的轴,因为必须价廉物美地实现两者的设计。采用这样的实施形式时,通过在铁砧上,特别是在铁砧支腿上施加一定的移动作用力,以使铁砧内侧沿着超声焊极方向运动,造成铁砧区域沿着上移元件,特别是沿着可转动的轴移动,并基于铁砧区域的几何形状和设计,例如将其纵向一端设计成锥形,两个铁砧自动进行强制导向的相互偏转。
另外一个优点是,根据本发明的设备有一个手枪握把形状的手柄,便于把设备很好地握在手里,以便能可靠地进行超声波焊接。
另外一个优点是,铁砧在固定后是可以松开的,以便于能考虑被焊物料及其形状设计方面的特殊要求。它的优点特别在于,铁砧的内侧形状是凹进的,因为用这样的方法在根据本发明拉近超声焊极方向时可对被焊物料进行可靠地导向和定中心。
此外,它的优点还在于,设备有一个操纵元件,操作该操纵元件时,铁砧移动到断开焊接位置,在焊接位置上将被焊物料固定在压紧腔室内,并在达到焊接位置时,将超声波能施加到被焊物料上,用这样的方法排除一开始可能发生的误操作,或把该误操作减少到最少。
另外一个优点是,永久性地经过至少一个执行元件,特别是一个弹簧元件,向铁砧施加一定的能产生所述相互移动的作用力,特别是当弹簧元件张紧在铁砧支腿之间时,因为经过一次相应的焊接过程后,两个铁砧一面自动地偏转和作彼此分离运动,一面自动放开已经焊接起来的物料。本发明的优点是弹簧元件在两个铁砧支腿上拉紧。
使用根据本发明的设备进行超声波焊接,特别是对导电体,尤其是绞合线形式的导电体以及软管,特别是塑料软管和/或尤其是波纹软管进行超声波焊接,具有上文所述优点。
铁砧可以用活塞汽缸装置驱动,这里特别指的是气动的汽缸(用压缩空气驱动的汽缸)。

具体实施方式
图1所示为用透视示意图表示的根据本发明设备的一个实施例。它主要包括一个产生超声震荡的超声焊极1和两个铁砧2,2′,两个铁砧和超声焊极在焊接状态下从被焊物料的径向横断面来看,构成了一个以超声焊极1和铁砧2,2′为界的压紧腔室,以压缩和/或轻微变形被焊物料,例如塑料波纹软管,其中两个铁砧2,2′的位置是可相互移动和可转动的,铁砧2,2′内侧的形状是被设计成凹进的。
超声焊极1经过一个(图中未示出)振荡器被激励,该振荡器经过一个加压器7,把它的能量传送给大部分在壳体8之内的超声焊极1。
另外,根据本发明的设备还有一个手枪握把形状的手柄4,在该手柄上布置了一个把手状的操纵元件5。
把一根需要焊接的波纹软管9插入到根据本发明设备的张开的压紧腔室内之后,使用者利用例如一个普通的开关装置操作操纵元件5起动一个(图中未示出)驱动装置,例如通过使用压缩空气汽缸-活塞-活塞汽缸装置。在图4中示出的铁砧支腿被沿着(图中未示出)可转动轴拉向加压器7的方向,作为上移元件沿着可转动轴移动,这样,通过这种类型的强制导向系统,两个铁砧2,2′发生径向偏转,同时在超声焊极1方向上发生相互移动,结果,形状凹进的铁砧2,2′的内侧表面上移到被焊物料波纹软管9上,于是被焊物料被压向超声焊极1,然后相应地经过超声焊极1准自动地将必需的超声波能施加到被焊物料波纹软管9上;这种状态也就是焊接状态,可以在图3中清楚地看出来。
在这种状态下,弹簧元件6被压紧在两个铁砧支腿3之间,由于弹簧元件6的拉力自动断开之后,两个铁砧2,2′放开被焊物料,并发生离开超声焊极的相互移动和偏转。这种状态完全相当于图2中所示的状态。

Claims (14)

1.用来对特别是条状、线状或绞合线状物料和/或软管,特别是塑料软管,以及(或者)特别是波纹软管或类似物,特别是用金属或塑料制成的波纹软管或类似物进行超声波焊接的设备,包括:
一个产生超声震荡的超声焊极(1),以及
两个铁砧(2,2′),这两个铁砧和超声焊极在焊接状态下从横断面来看,特别是被焊物料的径向横断面来看,构成了一个以超声焊极(1)和铁砧(2,2′)为界的压紧腔室,以压缩和/或轻微变形被焊物料,其中,
两个铁砧(2,2′)的位置可以互相移动,
其特征在于:
两个铁砧(2,2′)在进行发生偏转的相互移动时,至少部分地发生向着超声焊极(1)方向的移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于:偏转和移动同步进行。
3.根据权利要求1至2中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于:设备有一套对铁砧的强制导向系统,当施加一定的移动作用力时,铁砧(2,2′)向着超声焊极(1)的方向移动,同时铁砧(2,2′)又发生相互移动,或者,当施加一定的偏转作用力时,铁砧(2,2′)发生相互移动,同时铁砧(2,2′)又发生分离超声焊极(1)的运动。
4.根据权利要求3所述的设备,其特征在于:强制导向系统至少有一个上移元件,以上移到铁砧支腿(3)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的设备,其特征在于:在上移元件上涉及到一根可转动的轴。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于:设备有一个手枪握把形状的手柄(4)。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于:铁砧(2,2′)在固定后是可以松开的。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于:设备有一个操纵元件(5),操作该操纵元件时,铁砧(2,2′)移动到断开焊接位置,在焊接位置上将被焊物料固定在压紧腔室内,在达到焊接位置时,将超声波能施加到被焊物料上。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于:永久性地经过至少一个执行元件(6),向铁砧施加一定的能产生所述相互移动的作用力。
10.根据权利要求9所述的设备,其特征在于:执行元件(6)指的是一种弹簧元件。
11.根据权利要求10所述的设备,其特征在于:弹簧元件张紧在两个铁砧支腿(3)之间。
12.使用根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的设备进行超声波焊接。
13.使用根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的设备对导电体,特别是绞合线状的导电体进行超声波焊接。
14.使用根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的设备对软管,特别是塑料软管和/或波纹软管进行超声波焊接。
