Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于治疗人体的黏带,其包含有一侧表面上涂布有胶黏剂的弹性片体、黏附于所述片体涂布有胶黏剂所述侧表面上的银料、以及至少一支光纤。依据本发明,利用人体穴位、触发点以及受作用部位周围所产生的微电流以及诸如远红外线的类光波,可使病痛抑或淤伤等得以自然治愈。此外,人们使用所述黏带即可方便地进行自我治疗,因为所述黏带无任何的副作用且其操作十分简便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于治疗人体的黏带,特别涉及一种包含有一侧表面上施涂有胶剂的弹性片体、黏附于所述片体施涂有胶黏剂的侧表面上的银料、以及一支或多支光纤的用于治疗人体的黏带。
背景技术
一般而言,人体上称为穴位或触发点的部位,为一种较之相邻区域而言电阻相对较低而电导相对较高的部位。因此,采用针刺疗法治病,历来是于所述部位上施行。现今,使用电针抑或电子针(诸如银针针尖)的疗法及其设备,TENS(经皮肤电神经刺激),抑者EST(人体组织电刺激),业已纷纷问世并用于医疗领域。日本专利特许公开号(昭)7-59867(公开于1995年3月7日)揭示一种黏片,所述黏片包含有一施涂于片状基材上的胶黏剂层,以及两种电化性能互异的粉末或者颗粒状材质。
然而,传统型治疗方法或疗法以使用安培级的强电流,疗效并不佳,因为其不能调整电压及电流的波形使的最适于疾病的治疗。世界上顶尖研究结果显示,高于数安培的强电流会破坏生物体的生理活动而非改善之,而对应于生物体所产生级别的微安级微电流则宜于生理活动,诸如细胞的代谢(参见刊物”The Body Electric:Electromagnetism and the Foundation of Life”R.O.Becker and G.Seldon,Mindvision Inc.译,1995;Technicalpaper”Electro-Acuscope/Myopulse Microcurrent”,Jin Yang Medical Trading,1995)。此外,流经人体的电流常随外部因素诸如温度、湿度以及内部因素诸如精神状态、生理状态而变化,而且其波形亦随人体的不同部位而变化。因此欲使用电疗法,最好是所施加的电流其具有的强度与波形相似于人体受作用部位所产生的电流。
综合所述,本发明的发明人乃已提出一项申请并获韩国专利,所涉及者为一种用于治病的磁性贴片,其经使用人体所产生的微电流,经临床病例分析,使疗效确有提升(参见韩国专利号221640)。
此外,除电疗法外,使用光波的其它疗法亦已问世。光疗法包括远红外线疗法、紫外线疗法、光化疗法、激光疗法等。特别是,大量文献业已证实,远红外光线有助于人体。对于使用远红外线的医疗仪器或设备而言,研究与开发的积极进行已达相当的程度,致相应的医疗仪器或装置可方便地由市面购得。韩国实用新型注册号0213939揭示一种膏药,其中一种含重量百分比80-90%电气石粉末与10-20%聚氨基葡糖的球状材质黏附于透气型不织织物上,后者是由棉花制成且涂布有胶黏剂。此外亦已证实,人体自身会发出少量光波,包括远红外线。现今有一种装置亦已问世,可用于测量人体所发射出的远红外线的强度以及分布状况,藉以判断使用者身体状况的好坏。
尽管如此,人们对电、光疗法的整合性系统研究依然尚未进行,因而本发明的发明人基于数年的临床经验,研发出一种将电、光疗法整合为一体的方法而达成本发明。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于治疗人体的黏带,其利用人体所产生的微电流及光波,使多种疾病诸如病痛抑或淤伤等得以自然治愈,其无副作用,且操作简便,藉此普通公众即可使用所述黏带进行自我治疗。
本发明的上述目的可通过提供一种用于治疗人体的黏带而达成的,所述黏带包含有一侧表面上涂布有胶黏剂的弹性片体、黏附于所述侧表面上涂布有胶黏剂的片体的银料、以及至少一支光纤。
本发明用于治疗人体的黏带,其特征在于,所述银料可为银箔、银丝、银丝织物或者它们的组合。
本发明用于治疗人体的黏带,其特征在于,当银料制成银箔的形式时所述光纤是以一定的间距定位于片体与银箔之间。
本发明用于治疗人体的黏带,其特征在于,当银料制成银丝的形式时所述光纤是以一定的间距与银丝一起交替排列于片体上。
本发明用于治疗人体的黏带,其特征在于,所述光纤的长度为处于0.1cm至2.0cm的范围内。

依据本发明的黏带,经利用人体穴位、触发点以及受作用部位所产生的微电流以及诸如远红外线的类光波,可使病痛抑或淤伤等得以自然治愈。而且,普通公众使用所述黏带即可方便地进行自我治疗,因为所述黏带的操作十分简便。

具体实施方式
下文将参照附图详尽描述本发明的最佳实施例。
图1为依据本发明的一种黏带其实施例的立体图,如图1所示,本发明所述实施例为一种用于治疗人体的黏带,其是将一银箔20以及多个光纤30黏附于一弹性片体10上而制成,同时所述片体一侧表面上涂布有胶黏剂。
片体10用于将光纤30以及银箔20黏附并固定于其一侧表面上。而且,最好所述片体10是为弹性体,使得所述依据本发明的黏带于使用中可以紧密接触人体的曲面部位。因此,最好所述片体是由金属、纸张、合成树脂、织布或者含有上述材质的其它材质制成。特别是,于所述片体的材质含有金属的情形中,最好是其金属元素为金、银、铂、铝或者它们的合金。至于涂布于弹性片体上的胶黏剂,凡市面上可购得的各种胶黏剂均可适用,只要其成分应无害于人体。
本发明用于治疗人体的黏带包含有银料,后者黏附于片体10涂布有胶黏剂的一侧表面上。所述银料用于使人体受作用部件周围所产生的人体电流传导至人体的受作用部位。所述银料可以为银粉、银箔、银丝、银丝织物或者它们的组合。
此外,本发明用于治疗人体的黏带包含有一支或多支光纤30,其黏附于片体10涂布有胶黏剂的一侧表面上。所述光纤30通常用于使光线传导至人体上,特别是使病人自身受作用部位周围组织所产生的光线诸如远红外线发射至其自身的受作用部位上。本发明的发明人由不断从事传统韩医治疗及研究期间所获致的临床经验得知,使用光波诸如病人自身身体所发射出的远红外光线,疗效远优于使用传统型远红外线治疗设备来治疗病人。特别是,经使用病人自身受作用部位周围所产生的光线诸如远红外光线,可使疗效最高。因此,较佳的是光纤30的长度处于0.1cm至2cm的范围内。当光纤的长度短于0.1cm时,实难以制造/操控黏带并期待有良好的疗效,而当所述光纤的长度大于2.0cm时,由于发射出光波的正常组织与吸收所述光波的受作用部位两者的间距离较远,故疗效将大为降低。最好的是,所述光纤的长度为短于1.5cm。最佳的是,所述光纤的长度为处于0.3cm至.1.2cm的范围内。
如图1所示,于银料制成银箔20形式的情形中,光纤30乃以预定的间距反复排列于片体10与银箔20之间。由此形成的黏带因光纤30是以一定的间距排列于其上,即可以特定的间距打孔或者分割,使得各光纤30的长度可限于上述的范围内。此外,如图2所示,于本发明用于治疗人体的黏带制成黏片形式的情形中,所述黏带可构建成使得一支或多支银丝20’以及多个光纤30反复排列于所述片体涂布有胶黏剂的一侧表面上,并且由此形成的黏带沿垂直于银丝及光纤设置的方向切成数段,使之可以用作一种长度为0.1cm至2.0cm的黏带。以降低制造成本的角度观的,此举诚为较宜。
再者,如图2所示,于银料制成银丝20’形式的情形中,本发明用于治疗人体的黏带,乃构建成使得一保护膜50得以贴附于片体10涂布有胶黏剂而后又黏附银丝20’以及光纤30的所述侧表面上,使黏带不会因其黏性成分而纠缠与扭曲。所述黏带可以黏片,例如可弃式黏片或者药膏的形式,于使用前经揭去保护膜50而黏合于人体的受作用部位上。保护膜50最好由弹性塑料材质制成,然其材质并不局限于此。
此外,依据本发明用于治疗人体的黏带尚可包含有诸黑线40,以便对片体10涂布有胶黏剂的所述侧表面上的光线进行吸收。如图2所示,依据本发明的黏带其各黑线可构建成使得以一定的间距设置成平行于银丝20’与光纤30。白色具有反射光线的性能,而黑色则具有吸收光线的性能。依据本发明的黏带,其黑线40用于配合其它组件的白色,由此可吸收或者反射光线,以使人体保持平衡状态,进而使人体保持舒适状态,或者据以治疗人体。所述等黑线40可仅表现为得以吸收光线的黑色,因而其材质不局限于某一特定的材质。黑线40最好由石墨、氧化铁、活性碳以及它们的混合物制成,然其材质并非局限于此。
使用时,本发明用于治疗人体的黏带可以黏片,例如可弃式黏片或者膏药的形式,直接黏贴于人体的受作用部位上,或者定位于人体受作用部位的附近。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于治疗人体的黏带,其特征在于,包含有:
一弹性片体,所述片体一侧表面上涂布有胶黏剂;
银料,所述银料黏附于所述片体涂布有胶黏剂的所述侧表面上;以及
至少一支光纤,其亦黏附于所述片体涂布有胶黏剂的所述侧表面上。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于治疗人体的黏带,其特征在于:所述银料为银箔、银丝、银丝织物或者它们的组合。
3.如权利要求2所述的用于治疗人体的黏带,其特征在于:当银料制成银箔的形式时,所述光纤是以一定的间距定位于片体与银箔之间。
4.如权利要求2所述的用于治疗人体的黏带,其特征在于:当银料制成银丝的形式时,所述光纤是以预定的间距与银丝一起交替地排列于片体上。
5.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的用于治疗人体的黏带,其特征在于:所述光纤的长度处于0.1cm至2.0cm的范围内。
6.如权利要求5所述的用于治疗人体的黏带,其特征在于:还包含有一黑线,且所述黑线是设置于片体涂布有胶黏剂的所述侧表面上。
