Abstract
油冲洗装置包含用于带有旋转部件的机械(40)的四个功能模式:第一模式以来自油箱(1)的油充填机械(40),第二模式再循环通过机械(40)的油,第三模式清空来自机械(40)的油并使其回到油箱(1),第四模式清洁油箱中的油。所有四个功能模式使用电动泵装置(9)和在该装置中连续排列的两个压力过滤器(19)。第二和第三功能模式使用放置在机械(40)和电动泵装置(9)之间的真空过滤器(22)。

技术领域
本发明涉及用于带有旋转部件的机械的油冲洗装置,尤其涉及用于风力涡轮机中使用的齿轮箱的冲洗系统。
背景技术
美国专利3954611描述了用于净化机械用润滑油的方法和便携设备,所述机械如齿轮箱和用于油井的涡轮泵组电机。
英国专利2202460描述了用于清洁设备的装置,其通过泵使油循环流过一些过滤器以滤除杂质。
专利申请WO0153723描述了用于检查飞机上燃气轮机的齿轮机构清洁度的方法和系统,其中流经齿轮机构的油被抽入再导向过滤器,之后移出过滤器以确定收集到的粒子重量,再与齿轮机构正确运行的预定水平比较。
专利申请US20040035805描述了用于清洗不同类型的机器污染物的方法和设备,其包括连接机器的软管、循环液体的泵和用于汽化流体的低容量过滤器。其还具有自动通风系统,通风系统以确定的时间间隔向流体中注入空气。
上述文件中描述的装置没有一个可有效地解决运行期间由风力涡轮机使用的齿轮箱的清洁油引起的问题。
发明内容
本发明提出了用于带有旋转部件的机械的油冲洗装置,尤其是用于风力涡轮机的齿轮箱。该装置包括技术上众所周知的零件,如油箱、电动泵装置和连接到管道系统的油过滤测量装置,油经过管道系统循环。
根据本发明,该装置具有如下实质特征:
-油循环管道包括划分通路的阀,第一通路以来自油箱的油填充机器,第二通路再循环流经机械的油,第三通路清空齿轮箱的油并使油回到油箱,第四通路清洁沉积在油箱中的油。
-上述所有四个通路共享电动泵和两个连续放置的压力过滤器。
-上述第二和第三通路包括放置在机械和电动泵装置之间的真空过滤器。

具体实施方式
以下是用于风力涡轮机的齿轮箱的本发明冲洗装置的详细说明,其包括如下元件:
-油箱1,优选以不锈钢制成,容量1000升。

该装置允许四种运行模式,详情如下。
第一运行模式,其以油充满齿轮箱40,沿图3中A标识的通路流动。电动泵装置9使油从油箱1经过压力过滤器19循环到齿轮箱40。
第二运行模式,其通过齿轮箱40再循环油,沿图3中B标识的通路流动。电动泵装置9通过齿轮箱再循环油,在每一周期均使油流经压力过滤器19。该压力过滤器19连续排列在通路中,负责清除来自润滑油的杂质。过滤器主体由玻璃纤维制成,绝对过滤效率是3微米。该过滤器19的最大流量是2000升/分钟,且旁路配衡压力是1.5巴。
当油退出齿轮箱40时,其流过用于预过滤油的真空过滤器22,因此阻止来自齿轮箱40的最大杂质流过并破坏电动泵装置9。过滤器22的主体由不锈钢制成,标定空隙率是120微米。该过滤器的最大流量是500升/分钟,且旁路配衡压力是1.5巴。
第三运行模式,其清空齿轮箱40的油,沿图3中C标识的通路流动。电动泵装置9从齿轮箱40清空油,在油通过真空过滤器22之后,如上所述情况下,经压力过滤器19使油回到油箱。
第四运行模式,其清洁油箱1中的油,沿图3中D标识的通路流动。该运行模式仅用在用油重新充填新的齿轮泵40之前,通过形成闭合回路尽可能改善油箱中的油的清洁度。电动泵装置9从沉积物中吸取油并在其被注回到油箱1中之前使其通过过滤器19。
操作上述四个通路的电动泵是具有额定转速1500转/分、额定功率4Cv的5Hz电机。但是,电动泵与变频器配合使用,变频器可改变电机转速以改变泵的流速。这一特征使该装置可用于不同类型的齿轮箱,因为额定流量可随每一齿轮箱模型在40升/分钟和120升/分钟之间变化。
可选地,该装置可包括安放在压力过滤器19正前方的粒子计数器,其以定期的时间间隔自动使少量的油真空。所有的气泡将从油中清除,油流经测量油的纯度的粒子计数器传感器。
在本发明的范围内可对上述实施例进行修改。
Claims (6)
1、用于带有旋转部件的机械(40)的油冲洗装置,其包括油箱(1)、电动泵装置(9)和连接到用于油循环的管道系统的油过滤测量装置,其特征在于:
a、上述管道包括阀(7、20),其允许划分通路,第一通路(A)以油填充机械(40),第二通路(B)再循环经过机械(40)的油,第三通路(C)清空机械(40)的油并使其回到油箱(1),第四通路(D)清洁油箱(1)中的油;
b、上述四个通路(A、B、C、D)共享电动泵装置(9)和两个连续放置的压力过滤器(19);
c、第二和第三通路(B、C)包括放置在机械(40)和电动泵装置(9)之间的真空过滤器(22)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的用于带有旋转部件的机械(40)的油冲洗装置,其特征在于电动泵装置包括用于改变油的流量的装置。
3、根据权利要求2所述的用于带有旋转部件的机械(40)的油冲洗装置,其特征在于电动泵装置(9)的流量在40-120升/分钟之间。
4、根据权利要求1所述的用于带有旋转部件的机械(40)的油冲洗装置,其特征在于进一步包括在油进入压力过滤器(19)之前用于测量油的杂质的设备。
5、根据权利要求4所述的用于带有旋转部件的机械(40)的油冲洗装置,其特征在于杂质测量设备包括用于从油中去除气泡的装置。
6、根据前述权利要求之一所述的用于带有旋转部件的机械(40)的油冲洗装置,其特征在于机械(40)是指定用于风力涡轮机的齿轮箱。
