背景技术
例如，从DE 29912677 U1可知这种类型的涂抹器杆。
涂抹器可以是发刷、化妆刷、海绵/泡沫形成的部件或其它具有特别适合于相应化妆品的应用特征的塑料形成的部件。
通常，用于这类涂抹器的杆是由实心的注射成形的塑料制成的。从EP1 050 235已经知道，可将涂抹器区域的较短的杆段形成为空心部，并设置开口以便形成流体储存槽。
最近，已经开发了用于化妆品的包装组件，所述包装组件需要用于其相应涂抹器的或者其在实际中所使用的相当粗或长的杆。
发明内容
基于这一点，本发明的目的是提出一种设计方案，该设计方案可用来以低成本制造相当长且粗的涂抹器杆。
根据本发明，该目的通过制造空心形式的涂抹器杆来实现。这种空心设计使得壁厚减小，并且硬化较快，与实心杆相比塑料注射成形的周期时间可显著缩短。
帽优选为插塞式帽(plug over cap)。
在本发明的另一实施例中，杆包括至少一个横向壁，该横向壁优选地在涂抹器上方的区域内形成。该横向壁起密封作用，并防止流体化妆品穿过涂抹器和杆内的空心区域进入帽区域而在此处泄漏并形成污垢。
涂抹器杆优选地注射成形为一体件，其具有用于保持不带螺纹的密封帽的壁—该壁可包括内螺纹，并具有成形的密封几何结构例如密封平面、密封锥或密封环，以便全面保证非常合理的生产。
涂抹器杆的尺寸可以形成为，其直径在2mm至10mm之间，其长度在80mm以内。该涂抹器杆可由POM、聚缩醛/聚醛或PBT组成。

Claims (9)

1.一种涂抹器杆，该杆在远端设置有用于化妆品的涂抹器的保持区域(3)，该杆的近端设计成连接到密封帽，所述杆由注射成形的塑料制成，并且是空心的，其特征在于，所述杆(1)包括至少一个连续的横向壁(6)，所述横向壁(6)形成在涂抹器保持区域(3)上方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涂抹器杆，其特征在于，所述密封帽是用于容纳化妆品的容器的帽。
3.根据权利要求1或2的涂抹器杆，其特征在于，该涂抹器杆与用于保持密封帽的壁注射成形为一体件。
4.根据权利要求2的涂抹器杆，其特征在于，所述用于保持密封帽的壁包括能够与容纳化妆品的容器形配合的内部几何结构。
5.根据权利要求4的涂抹器杆，其特征在于，在所述形配合区域设置有内螺纹(10)。
6.根据权利要求1或2的涂抹器杆，其特征在于，该涂抹器杆的直径在2mm至10mm之间。
7.根据权利要求1或2的涂抹器杆，其特征在于，该涂抹器杆的长度在80mm以内。
8.根据权利要求1或2的涂抹器杆，其特征在于，该涂抹器杆由POM、聚缩醛/聚醛或PBT组成。
