Description

技术领域

能量产生装置上的负载的这种变化可能是由于需要增加或降低运输船的速度,或者由于起动或停止如货船泵等的大的能量消耗。在这种时间间隔内,能量产生装置的速度及其输出的能量被打乱,从而这种转变/过渡会由于燃料气压不足而使能量产生装置出现不希望的停止,或者会因不符合最小或最大可接受压力的有关约束而损坏压缩装置。
在现有技术的设备中,例如公开号为No.2837783的法国专利申请或法国专利申请FR 04/50945所说明的设备中,蒸发器由浸没在储存罐底部的泵进行供给。通过位于上游的阀并根据储存罐中的压力和/或供给歧管中的压力来控制蒸发器的流量。那些设备都存在供给歧管中压力变化后蒸发器响应时间的问题。响应时间是由于填充蒸发器所需要的时间以及用于发生相态改变的时间(而产生的)。如果能量产生装置上的负载发生变化,这种不可避免的惯性会引起供给歧管中的压力变化并由此带来上述危险。

发明内容

在一个有利的实施例中,在所述流量调节器装置的上游设有一缓冲容器。这样,可以具有其压力大于能量产生装置的供给压力的永久气体储备,以用于减轻所述歧管中压力的任何变化。在给定管的长度和/或直径的情况下,如果该管的容积自身不能提供足够的安全体积(的气体),这种采用缓冲容器的技术就能使高压气体的储备体积增加。

在图2所示的实施例中,以蒸发器9出口处的压力向一位于管10上调节器阀12上游的缓冲容器14充气,该压力大于装置1的供给压力。在给定管10的长度和/或直径的情况下,这确保了无论蒸发器9的出口和阀12的入口之间的管10的可用容积是否足以完成其功能,都存在着其压力大于供给压力的足够的安全体积的气体。由此,通过与调节器阀12相关联的该压力较高的气体,就可获得足够快的反应能力以便避免供给歧管7中压力的任何显著的上升或下降,这种压力的显著上升或下降可能损坏压缩机,从而可能导致能量产生装置1出现不希望的停止。
图2还示出一冷却器装置15,其包括用于喷射来自至少一个载油舱2的液化气的装置。该装置使得蒸发器9出口处的气体能被冷却至一定的温度和压力范围,以确保阀12的反应能力足以将歧管中的供给压力保持在基准值。为此,通过测量蒸发器9出口处的温度来起动冷却器装置15,所用测量装置为常规类型并且未在图中示出。为使冷却器装置15能正确运行,在蒸发器9的入口处设置另一调节器阀16,以便根据由装置17测得的所述压力的值来调节所述蒸发器9出口处的压力。这可以确保该压力低于泵8出口处的供给冷却器装置15的压力,从而确保流体被吸入。该阀16还用于将压力值调节为大于供给歧管7中的供给压力的值,以使阀12能执行其功能。
在本发明的最后的变型(图中未示出)中,还可通过用于测量由能量产生装置1和气体氧化器装置11消耗的气体的流量的装置以及用于测量由压缩机6和蒸发器9产生的流量的装置来调节该阀16,其测量产生的气体流量和消耗的气体流量之间的差值并相应地控制该阀16。这种变型通过更好的反应能力使得蒸发器9出口处的压力更加稳定。

Claims (7)

1.一种从液化气运输船的至少一个载油舱(2)的内容物向该船的能量产生装置(1)供应气态燃料的设备,该设备包括至少一个压缩机(6),该压缩机(6)具有从所述载油舱(2)吸入气相液化气的入口,该压缩机(6)的出口输出至所述能量产生装置(1)的供给歧管(7),该设备还包括浸没在载油舱(2)底部并连接到蒸发器(9)的入口的泵(8),该蒸发器(9)的出口经由供给管(10)连接到所述能量产生装置(1)的所述供给歧管(7),其特征在于,所述泵(8)适于以大于所述能量产生装置(1)的供给压力的压力向蒸发器(9)供应液化气,所述供给管(10)配有用于调节供应到所述供给歧管(7)的气体流量的调节器装置(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述流量调节器装置(12)连接到用于测量所述供给歧管(7)中的压力的装置(13)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的设备,其特征在于,在所述流量调节器装置(12)的上游设有缓冲容器(14)。
4.根据上述权利要求所述的设备,其特征在于,在蒸发器(9)的出口处在所述供给管(10)上设有冷却器装置(15),在蒸发器(9)的上游设有用于调节蒸发器(9)出口处的气体压力的调节器装置(16)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的设备,其特征在于,所述压力调节器装置(16)连接到用于测量冷却器装置(15)下游的所述供给管(10)中的压力的装置(17)。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的设备,其特征在于,所述冷却器装置(15)包括用于蒸发来自至少一个载油舱(2)的液化气的蒸发器装置,所述蒸发器装置通过在冷却器装置(15)出口处的供给管(10)中测得的温度起动。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的设备,其特征在于,所述压力调节器装置(16)连接到用于测量由压缩机(6)和蒸发器(9)产生的气体的流量和用于测量由能量产生装置(1)和氧化器装置(11)消耗的流量的装置。
