Abstract
本发明的目的在于提供一种热交换器,其使用由1个辊轧金属模成形的固定高度的波纹状散热片(2)就能容易地应对大范围的热交换能力。该热交换器通过在相邻的管子(1)的直线部之间设置将固定高度的波纹状散热片(2)配置1行的部分和配置2行的部分,从而可根据在相邻的管子(1)的直线部之间将波纹状散热片(2)配置1行的部分和配置2行的部分的比例,设定合适的热交换能力。
Description
(1)技术领域
本发明涉及用于室内空调机、组合式空调机、车用空调机等的具有扁平管的热交换器。
(2)背景技术
以往,作为这种具有扁平管的热交换器,例如有一种日本专利特开昭63-34466号公报中记载的结构。图3表示该公报中记载的现有热交换器。图3中的现有热交换器由以下构件构成。以规定的间隔相互平行地配置的多个扁平管1;配置在相邻的管子1之间并用钎焊等使接近管子的部分与管子1密接、空气流过其间隙的波纹状散热片2;分别连通地连接管子1的两端的2个集合管3、4。
作为具有这种扁平管的其他现有的热交换器,例如有图4所示的日本专利特开平2-13788号公报记载的结构。图4中的现有热交换器是将波纹状散热片2配置在以规定的间隔蛇形配置的扁平管1的直线部之间,通过钎焊等与管子1密接的蛇形式热交换器。
但是,上述现有的结构中,将固定高度的波纹状散热片配置在规定间隔的管子的直线部之间并加以密接,因而即使热交换能力具有余量也不能容易地采取抑制热交换能力这样的构成、手段。
即,若要做成扩大管子的规定间隔的结构的话,则需要准备成形适合该间隔的其他高度的波纹状散热片用的辊轧金属模(日文:ロ一ル金型)。
(3)发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明在管子的直线部之间设置有将固定高度的波纹状散热片配置1行的部分和配置2行的部分。其结果是,根据在管子的直线部之间将波纹状散热片配置1行的部分和配置2行的部分的比例,可设定一种合适的热交换能力,这种能力处于在管子直线部之间全部设置1行波纹状散热片时热交换器的能力和全部设置2行时热交换器的能力之间。
为了解决上述现有技术的问题,本发明的热交换器,在相邻的管子的直线部之间设置有将固定高度的波纹状散热片配置1行的部分和配置2行的部分。
通过该结构,根据在相邻管子的直线部之间将固定高度的波纹状散热片配置1行的部分和为了使管子间隔大致成为2倍而配置2行的部分的比例,可以设定合适的热交换能力,该能力处于在管子的直线部之间全部配置1行波纹状散热片时热交换器的能力和全部配置2行时热交换器的能力之间。
技术方案1的热交换器,具有:相互平行地配置的多个扁平状的管子;分别连通地连接所述管子两端的2个集合管;配置在相邻的所述管子之间并用钎焊等使接近所述管子的部分与所述管子密接、空气流过其间隙的波纹状散热片,所述波纹状散热片的高度只有1种,但配置在所述各管子之间的所述波纹状散热片有1行和2行2种。对于配置在所述各管子之间的所述波纹状散热片为2行的部分,最好将金属制的隔板插入2行所述波纹状散热片之间。
技术方案2的蛇形式热交换器,将波纹状散热片配置在蛇形状的扁平管的直线部之间,所述波纹状散热片的与所述管子接近的部分通过钎焊等与所述管子密接,空气流过所述波纹状散热片的间隙,波纹状散热片的高度只有1种,但配置在所述管子的各直线部之间的所述波纹状散热片有1行的部分和2行的部分2种。对于配置在所述各管子的直线部之间的所述波纹状散热片为2行的部分,最好将金属制的隔板插入2行的所述波纹状散热片之间。
最好所述隔板的厚度与所述管子的厚度相同。
作为所述隔板最好使用与所述管子相同的扁平管。
如上所述,采用本发明的热交换器的话,则根据在相邻管子的直线部之间将固定高度的波纹状散热片配置1行的部分和配置2行的部分的比例,可以设定成在管子的直线部之间将波纹状散热片全部配置1行的热交换器能力和全部配置2行的热交换器能力之间的合适的热交换能力。而且,对于该大范围的热交换能力只需1种成形波纹状散热片的辊轧金属模就可应对。

以下,参照附图对本发明的实施形态进行说明。
(实施形态1)
图1是本发明实施形态1的热交换器的主视图。图1中,对与图3相同的结构使用相同的符号来进行说明。
在图1中,本发明实施形态1的热交换器具有:相互平行地配置的多个扁平状的管子1;配置在相邻的管子1之间并用钎焊等使接近管子1的部分与管子1密接、空气流过其间隙的波纹状散热片2;以及分别连通地连接管子1的两端的2个集合管3、4,波纹状散热片2的高度只有1种,但配置在各管子1之间的波纹状散热片2具有1行的部分和2行的部分2种。而对于配置在各管子1之间的波纹状散热片2为2行的部分,将厚度与管子1的厚度相同的金属制的隔板5插入2行波纹状散热片2之间。例如作为该隔板5,若使用与管子1相同的扁平状的管子,则厚度相同。在管子1、波纹状散热片2及隔板5层叠后的最外侧配置波纹状散热片2,再在该波纹状散热片2的外侧配置端板6。
在以上构成的热交换器中,相邻的管子1之间存在波纹状散热片2配置1行的部分和配置2行的部分,故可根据其比例,设定成在相邻的管子1之间将2全部配置1行波纹状散热片的热交换器能力和全部配置2行的热交换器能力之间的合适的热交换能力。而且,对于该大范围的热交换能力只需1种成形波纹状散热片的辊轧金属模就可应对,可削减模具费用。而且,隔板5的厚度与管子1的厚度相同,故在集合管3、4上开设的管子1的插入用孔的位置,除了将波纹状散热片配置2行的部分以外,与在相邻的管子1之间将波纹状散热片2全部配置1行的热交换器的集合管3、4上开设管子1的插入用的孔的位置通用,故能容易地应对变更。
本实施形态中,隔板5的厚度与管子1的厚度相同,但若优先考虑材料费用削减的话,例如也可使用与波纹状散热片2相同程度的薄板。
(实施形态2)
图2是本发明实施形态2的热交换器的主视图。图2中,对与图4相同的结构使用相同的符号来进行说明。
本实施形态的热交换器,将波纹状散热片2配置在蛇形状的扁平管1的直线部之间,通过钎焊等使波纹状散热片2的与管子1接近的部分与管子1密接,空气流过波纹状散热片2的间隙。波纹状散热片2的高度只有1种,但配置在各管子1之间的波纹状散热片2具有1行的部分和2行的部分2种。而对于配置在各管子1的直线部之间的波纹状散热片2为2行的部分,将金属制的隔板5插入2行波纹状散热片2之间。隔板5的厚度与管子1的厚度相同,例如作为隔板5可使用与管子1相同的扁平状的管子。
在以上构成的热交换器中,在相邻的管子1的直线部之间存在波纹状散热片2配置1行的部分和配置2行的部分,故根据其比例,可以设定成在相邻的管子1之间将波纹状散热片2全部配置1行的热交换器能力和全部配置2行的热交换器能力之间的合适的热交换能力。而且,对于该大范围的热交换能力只需1种成形波纹状散热片的辊轧金属模就可应对,可削减模具费用。而且,作为隔板5,由于可使用与管子1相同的扁平状的管子,从而因可使用通用的部件,故零部件管理容易。
本实施形态中,隔板5的厚度与管子1的厚度相同,但若优先考虑材料费用削减的话,例如也可使用与波纹状散热片2相同程度的薄板。
工业上利用的可能性
本发明的热交换器,在相邻管子的直线部之间设置有将固定高度的波纹状散热片配置1行的部分和配置2行的部分,采用该结构,根据在管子的直线部之间将波纹状散热片2配置1行的部分和配置2行的部分的比例,可以设定成在相邻管子的直线部之间将波纹状散热片全部配置1行的热交换器能力和全部配置2行的热交换器能力之间的合适的热交换能力。而且,对于该大范围的热交换能力只需1种成形波纹状散热片的辊轧金属模就可应对,故可削减模具费用,作为空调机和冷冻机等中用的热交换器是有用的。
Claims (6)
1、一种热交换器,具有:相互平行地配置的多个扁平管(1);分别连通地连接所述管子(1)的两端的2个集合管(3、4);以及配置在相邻的所述管子(1)之间并利用钎焊等使接近所述管子(1)的部分与所述管子(1)密接、空气流过其间隙的波纹状散热片(2),其特征在于,
所述波纹状散热片(2)的高度只有1种,但配置在所述各管子(1)之间的所述波纹状散热片(2)有1行的部分和2行的部分2种。
2、如权利要求1所述的热交换器,其特征在于,对于配置在所述各管子(1)之间的所述波纹状散热片(2)为2行的部分,在2行所述波纹状散热片(2)之间插入有金属制的隔板(5)。
3、一种热交换器,是蛇形式热交换器,在蛇形状的扁平管(1)的直线部之间配置有波纹状散热片(2),所述波纹状散热片(2)的与所述管子(1)接近的部分通过钎焊等与所述管子(1)密接,空气流过所述波纹状散热片(2)的间隙,其特征在于,
波纹状散热片(2)的高度只有1种,但配置在所述管子(1)的各直线部之间的所述波纹状散热片(2)有1行的部分和2行的部分2种。
4、如权利要求3所述的热交换器,其特征在于,对于配置在所述各管子(1)的直线部之间的所述波纹状散热片(2)为2行的部分,在2行所述波纹状散热片(2)之间插入有金属制的隔板(5)。
5、如权利要求2或4所述的热交换器,其特征在于,所述隔板(5)的厚度与所述管子(1)的厚度相同。
6、如权利要求5所述的热交换器,其特征在于,作为所述隔板(5)使用与所述管子(1)相同的扁平管(1)。
