背景技术
空心玻璃砖是于1929年由英国圣海伦斯皮尔金顿兄弟有限公司发明的,时至今日,玻璃砖的生产还是建立在这个原理上的。
空心玻璃砖中空充盈的是空气,有隔音、隔热的性能,但对用于有特殊要求的环境,其隔音性能仍不够理想。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种隔音性良好的空心玻璃砖。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:将空心玻璃砖中空部份充盈空气改成充盈氮气,利用氮气的隋性、稳定性,从而使玻璃砖的隔音性能大大提高。
具体实施方法
将原空心玻璃砖自动生产线用密封房罩起来,密封房内充满纯度99%以上的氮气,在氮气的环境内生产出来的空心玻璃砖,中空充盈的即为氮气。如果不是自动化生产线,则工人可带氮气吸呼面罩进密封房内操作生产。
