Abstract
本发明公开了一种确定软切换情况中下行链路参考功率的方法,包括如下步骤:第一步骤,其中无线网络控制器RNC从参与一个用户设备UE软切换的多个节点B获得发射码功率并且获得用于反映相对路径损耗大小的测量参数;以及第二步骤,其中RNC利用所获得的结果在该UE当前的总接收功率保持不变的条件下确定第i个节点B向UE分配的下行链路参考功率。本发明还公开了相应的确定软切换情况中下行链路参考功率的装置。
