Abstract

发明领域
本发明涉及一种圆柱体壳体结构。
背景技术
通常,一个圆柱体壳体由一个零件组成,在该零件内面从后面安装带有其锁定件的一个锁圆柱体,从而可以安装在前面的该圆柱壳体本身或单独的保护件形成该锁的前端表面。还可以从该圆柱体壳体的前面安装该锁圆柱体。如果有人企图通过向内敲击该锁圆柱体破坏该锁,则因为强度特点,前端安装的锁显然比通常的锁优越。在芬兰实用新型3629号中说明了一种前端安装的锁。在这个结构中,提供了其单独的作成一定轮廓形状的板安装在末端的锁圆柱体。该板形成该圆柱体壳体的前端表面的一部分。利用安装在圆柱体壳体后端的一个固定板,将该锁圆柱体与该圆柱体壳体连接。如果目的是更换该锁圆柱体的转向轮圆盘组件,则可利用一个特殊的钥匙打开该板。因此,该结构复杂和使用相当麻烦。
发明概述
本发明的一个目的是要提供一个结构简单和容易装卸,可从该圆柱体壳体的前端安装该锁圆柱体和更换其锁定件的新型的圆柱体壳体结构。一个目标也是要改善锁的防盗性能。另一个目的是提供一种从制造技术观点来看优越的结构,它可提供大量的选择,使该圆柱体壳体适应各种安装对象。
本发明的目的可以通过下列结构来达到。根据本发明,该盖部分在钥匙插入侧的本体部分的末端,安装在相对于圆柱体壳体的横向方向上,使得可在该圆柱体壳体的轴向方向上锁定在该本体部分上。这种锁容易装配和拆卸,以便重新放入钥匙。如果希望的话,该单独的盖部分的材料可以与该本体部分的材料不同。自然,该盖部分的表面加工可以与该本体部分的表面加工不同,从而使该盖部分的表面加工可与环境适应。另外,该本体部分可以例如不淬硬,而该盖部分可以表面淬火。
在实际中,为了轴向锁定,该本体部分和盖部分带有径向相反的可以互相配合的表面。该盖部分可以具有圆柱形状,使得所述的相反的表面包围其周边。这样,该盖部分形成一个回转体,它可以甚至在已装配在规定位置上,但可以转动,从而也可提供一种钻削防护。
如果该盖部分的前端加工成形,使它包括在半径方向比该本体部分宽,并全部盖住该本体部分的法兰,则该盖部分可以在装配后,形成整个圆柱体壳体的可看见的前端。在安装对象中的安装孔的材料可防止沿径向方向从其位置中取出该盖部分。
该圆柱体壳体结构还可以包括一个单独的保护配合件。该件至少对于该盖部分的位置的一部分,可以安装在该圆柱体壳体中。这样,该保护配合件将该盖部分保持在其规定位置。另外,该保护配合件可以用不同方法成形,使得可根据需要和应用场合的限制,进行该圆柱体壳体的装配。另外,该保护配合件可以完全与该圆柱体壳体的其余部分独立地,使用各种精加工来制造。可以通过改变该保护配合件的形状,材料和材料厚度使该锁可以防盗。
该本体部分带有供该保护配合件用的肩部。该肩部与该保护配合件的相反的表面一起,确定在该圆柱体壳体的轴向方向中的该保护配合件的位置。同时,可以防止该保护配合件从该圆柱体壳体的前端取出。
从制造技术的观点来看,最好该本体部分至少基本上为圆柱形。

优选实施例说明
在图中,标号1表示圆柱体壳体的一个本体部分,在其内部安装一个锁圆柱体3。通常,该锁圆柱体包围一个转向器圆盘组件和/或其他相应的锁定件。因为这些零件与本发明无关,因此在本说明书中没有详细说明。
在该锁圆柱体3与其锁定件一起安装在该本体部分1内,和利用装置7固定后,在半径方向将盖部分2安装在该本体部分上。为了这个目的,该本体部分带有相反的表面4,和该盖部分带有匹配的相反表面5。在安装过程中,这些相反表面配合,使它们可将该盖部分在轴向方向锁定在规定位置。这样,该盖部分2可以在半径方向自由地从其位置除去,直至将该圆柱体壳体安装在其位置上为止,这样,安装对象的材料可防止该除去发生。
标号6表示该锁的钥匙。当打开锁时,该钥匙通过该盖部分2插入该锁圆柱体中,以便以本质上已知的方法,使该锁定件(没有示出)进入该锁的打开位置。
根据本发明的该圆柱体壳体结构还可包括一个单独的保护配合件8,它可从该本体部分1的后面安装在该盖部分2的顶部。为了这个理由,该本体部分1带有一个肩部1a,该保护配合件的一个相反的肩部8a压紧在该肩部1a上。同时,该保护配合件8a将该盖部分2锁定在规定位置。整个圆柱体壳体结构利用一个锁定螺母9固定在安装对象上。
图2a,2b和2c以及图3a,3b和3c表示根据本发明的圆柱体壳体如何安装在二个不同的使用对象上。图2a和3a表示在安装对象上作出的各种安装孔10a。图2b和3b表示从前端,即从钥匙插入锁中的工作侧看的,安装在根据图2a和3a的安装孔10a中的该圆柱体壳体。图2c和3c表示从后面看的图2b和2c的结构。
在根据图2的结构中,不用一个单独的保护配合件完成装配,因此,该盖部分2直接由在对象中的安装孔10a的壁支承。该壁防止在径向方向取出该盖部分2。该盖部分2还带有一个在径向方向延伸的法兰2a,该法兰的直径比该本体部分1的直径大,因此它不但全部覆盖该本体部分1,而且由该安装对象10的前端表面支承。为了使该结构在安装对象中保持其位置,其后端带有一个支承该固定螺母9的支承件10b。
在根据图3的结构中,利用一个保护配合件8防止在径向方向从其位置中取出该盖部分2。图1所示的肩部1a和8a防止向外,即从其位置拉动该保护配合件;而安装在该安装对象后面的固定螺母9可防止整个圆柱体壳体结构脱开。
如果需要,零件的形状可以改变,使该圆柱体壳体结构可以安装在具有不同种类安装孔的各种安装对象中。同样,各种零件的材料和材料厚度可根据要求的寿命,成本等选择。
因此,本发明不是局限于上述的应用,在所附权利要求书的范围内可以有一些其他的改进。
Claims (7)
1.一种圆柱体壳体结构,包括一个本体部分(1)和一个要固定于其上的一个单独的盖部分(2),在该圆柱体壳体包围一个锁圆柱体(3)或类似物的情况下,该锁圆柱体包括要由钥匙安排的多个锁件,最好是一些要由钥匙转动的转筒圆盘;该圆盘在其锁定位置防止该锁圆柱体(3)相对于该圆柱体壳体转动,其特征在于,所述盖部分(2)在钥匙(6)的插入侧的该本体部分(1)的末端,被安排成要安装在相对于该圆柱体壳体的横向方向上,使得该盖部分沿该圆柱体壳体的轴向方向被锁定在该本体部分(1)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的圆柱体壳体结构,其特征为,该本体部分(1)和该盖部分(2)设有被安排成互相配合的相应径向相反的表面(4,5)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的圆柱体壳体结构,其特征为,该盖部分(2)为圆柱形,使得所述其相反的表面(5)包围其周边。
4.如上述权利要求中任何一条所述的圆柱体壳体结构,其特征为,该盖部分(2)的前端形状作成使它包括一法兰(2a),沿半径方向该法兰比该本体部分(1)宽,并完全盖住该本体部分。
5.如上述权利要求中任何一条所述的圆柱体壳体结构,其特征为,包括一个单独的保护配合件(8),该件被安排成在该盖部分(2)的位置上至少大部分要被安装在该圆柱体壳体内。
6.如权利要求5所述的圆柱体壳体结构,其特征为,该本体部分(1)设有一个肩部(1a),该肩部与在该保护配合件(8)中的相反表面(8a)一起,确定该保护配合件(8)沿该圆柱体壳体的轴向方向的位置。
7.如上述权利要求中任何一条所述的圆柱体壳体结构,其特征为,该本体部分至少基本上是圆柱形的。
