技术领域
本发明涉及一种喷雾器或分配器微型泵的输送按钮罩。
背景技术
通常,用于上述目的的罩基本上为盖子。这种盖子具有圆筒形侧壁,被喷雾或被分配产品的出口处形成孔,并具有平面或各种轮廓的顶部。所述盖子装配在输送按钮上,从而罩住其完全可见的表面。
通常,所述罩由彩色铝制成,因此所述罩具有更优美的审美外观(finish)。与其它“罩”元件,例如所谓的硬币一起用来盖住将施加在瓶子上的喷雾泵联接在瓶子上的系统,使用由彩色金属制成的通用罩的唯一目的是改善微型泵的外观,特别是当其用于香水或化妆品产品时。
另一方面,没有上述金属罩的分配器的使用也是普遍的。这种分配器可具有几种形状和大小,有时也用来改善产品的工艺学以及其外观,例如:经常地,在分配器的顶部设置一个凹槽,以有利于施加压力的手指的正确位置,或者可设置其它槽以便更好的抓持。为获得这种效果,非常少见的是在材料上形成干涉,这种干涉的形成被更紧密地与制造过程中的部件的机械要求相结合,在使用更坚硬的聚乙烯或聚丙烯时会坠落(fall)下来。
事实上,特别是在易于制造的产品上使用带有软触摸外观的软材料变得更为普遍,这除了可改善产品的审美效果,还使得其使用更加舒适和安全。在用于微型泵的输送按钮情况下,必须保持产品的坚硬的结构,通常部分外表面或整个外表面涂有软触摸材料,例如通过压印或使用例如双注塑(bi-injection)技术,然而,增加了产品制造的成本和复杂性。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是通过将不同材料与颜色相结合,或者在带有分配器的瓶子上形成具有特殊的光效果,在审美上和功能上进行改善。
本发明的另一个目的是使具有用于被确定产品的分配器的瓶子更加人格化。
上述目的通过设置用于喷雾器或分配器微型泵的输送按钮的罩获得,所述罩上设有孔,孔形成由输送按钮的喷嘴喷出的分配产品的通道。一般来说,所述罩的特征在于,它包括具有向内弯曲的末端边缘的环形带,当环形带施加在输送按钮上时,在输送按钮的顶部上形成邻接凸缘。
本发明的主要优点是形成用于输送按钮的涂层,同时也形成用于联接输送按钮顶部上的任何附加插入件的紧固元件。从而分配器的使用更加方便和具有实用性,例如软触摸插入件的使用,同时使得成本低并改善了制造过程的适应性。
插入件不仅有助于增加分配器的方便使用方面是有用的,插入件也具有标志或丝带广告,对产品的进一步识别也是非常有用的。
根据本发明的罩的另一个优点是,由于仅仅在输送按钮的侧表面上进行涂敷,输送按钮是自由动作(free)的,如果后者由透明或半透明材料制成,其允许光线从输送按钮的上面穿透。
在任何情况下,由于邻接凸缘具有有限的延伸,使得分配器的上表面可见,从而获得相对于目前存在的用于输送按钮的罩来说的审美效果。
并且,由于凸缘是弯曲的,在使用者施加的侧面上没有形成尖锐的边缘。

具体实施方式
现在参见图1和2,示出了根据本发明的环形带2的部分轴测和沿轴向的截面图,同时图3和图6示出了传统输送按钮和位于输送按钮上的插入件的轴测视图,其中输送按钮和插入件分别由标号1和3示出。
下面的说明指的是具体的实施例,其中环形带具有直的圆筒形壁21,在其上合适的位置设置有孔22,孔22形成由输送按钮的喷嘴喷出或分配的产品通道。环形带2的末端边缘,即图1中的上端向内折叠以形成具有邻接面24的凸缘23,用于与输送按钮1的顶部30相接触。因此,当环形带插入在输送按钮中时,如图3和4所示,凸缘23作为插入端部挡块。输送按钮和环形带之间的联接通过干涉、或通过胶粘、或通过其它方式形成,在这里不详细说明。
在优选实施例中,通过将末端边缘向内折叠180度形成凸缘23。由于形成内邻接面24,通过这种方式凸缘23足够坚硬以在插入件上提供良好的压力并确保罩在输送按钮上的精确配合。并且,凸缘23在施加使用者作用力的区域中具有圆整部分25,从而避免处理时的不便或损坏。
明显地,环形带2可具有除圆筒形以外的形状,即使输送按钮1的形状不同。环形带2具有涂层功能。
然而,如图5和6所示,由于环形带2可紧固叠置到输送按钮1上的插入件3,环形带2也具有连接功能。插入件成形为具有平的外边部分32的球形盖31,以固定在输送按钮1的顶部30和环形带2的弯曲圆周凸缘23之间。
图6示出了环形带2的这种接合类型的最终结构,其给出了输送按钮1的更完整的罩的形式。
显然,插入件3也可具有与在此所示的球形盖30不同的形状,并且圆周部分也可是不同的。
Claims (6)
1、一种用于喷雾器或分配器微型泵的输送按钮的罩,设置有孔(22),以形成由输送按钮(1)的喷嘴分配的产品通道,其特征在于,罩包括具有末端边缘的环形带(2),当环形带(2)施加在输送按钮(1)上时,末端边缘向内弯曲以在输送按钮(1)的顶部上形成邻接凸缘(23)。
2、如权利要求1所述的罩,其特征在于,罩还包括具有平的圆周部分(32)的插入件(3),用于固定在所述输送按钮(1)的顶部(30)和所述环形带(2)的邻接凸缘(23)之间。
3、如权利要求2所述的罩,其特征在于,所述插入件(3)具有由平的圆周部分(32)限定的球形盖构造(31)。
4、如权利要求2所述的罩,其特征在于,所述环形带(2)为圆筒形,所述圆周部分(32)成形为环面。
5、如权利要求1所述的罩,其特征在于,所述环形带(2)通过干涉联接安装在输送按钮(1)上。
6、如权利要求1所述的罩,其特征在于,所述环形带(2)通过胶合安装在输送按钮(1)上。
