依据上述特征,从宽泛的方面而言,本发明提供了一种立式袋成型、填充及密封设备,其用于制造含有约5-20升范围内的液体内容物的袋子。该设备包括支撑装置,其用于支撑薄膜材料的一个或多个供给辊;导向装置,其用于支撑和引导沿进料通道来自所述供给辊其中之一的薄膜片;薄膜进给驱动部,其用于使所述薄膜片沿所述进料通道移动并穿过一袋成型器,在该袋成型器中一段所述薄膜片被折叠并设置成围绕下落管,且该下落管中具有一液体注入管;垂直密封装置,其用于沿所述被折叠的薄膜片形成垂直密封;水平密封装置,其用于形成欲填充袋的底部密封和已填充袋的顶部密封;切断装置,其用于使所述已填充袋与所述欲填充袋分离;支撑装置,其用于在所述水平密封装置的操作过程中支撑所述袋,以防止所述已填充袋中的所述液体重量拉紧处于所述水平密封装置的热水平密封区内的所述薄膜,以补偿在热水平密封过程中处于所述热水平密封区内的所述薄膜的表面张力的损失;所述支撑装置还约束正被填充的所述袋,以防止所述袋在填充过程中膨胀;所述支撑装置具有一卸料门部件,用以在所述水平密封过程后卸下所述已填充袋。
依据本发明再一个广泛的方面,提出了一种由连续薄膜片立式成型袋子、在袋中填充约在5-20升范围内的液体内容物并将已填充袋密封的方法。该方法包括如下步骤:从供给辊拉拽所述薄膜片并沿进料通道绕着导向装置并穿过袋成型器,所述袋成型器固定在下落管的顶端;围绕所述袋成型器折叠一段所述薄膜片以形成一折叠的薄膜管;在预定长度的过程中,拉动围绕着所述下落管的所述折叠的薄膜管,所述下落管中具有液体注入管;在下落管上方并沿所述薄膜管的重叠膜部分形成垂直密封;由水平密封装置形成水平密封,以为欲填充所述液体的袋形成底部水平密封并同时为已填充袋形成顶部水平密封;进行切割以使所述已填充袋与所述欲填充袋分离;将已填充袋卸下,而且在切断薄膜袋之前,当袋子正被拉入支撑装置中时,欲填充袋被液体填充,而支撑装置用于约束处于笼中的欲填充袋。在整个填充过程中,袋子被约束在笼内,以防止由于液体重量致使袋子向外膨胀。同时,支撑装置还在水平密封过程中支撑袋子,以防止已填充袋中的液体重量拉紧处于水平密封装置的热水平密封区内的薄膜,从而补偿在热水平密封过程中处于热水平密封区内的薄膜的表面张力的损失。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图4,一般地,在10处标出了本发明的立式袋成型、填充及密封(VFFS)设备,其用于制造袋11并将约在5-20升范围内的液体内容物填入袋11中。该特殊设备被设计来形成具有10升计量内容物的袋子。该机器包括送料辊机架(feed roll housing)12,该机架能容置片状薄膜材料的一个或多个供给辊(supply roll)13,在此,聚乙烯基薄膜材料片14的厚度约在2.5-4毫英寸范围内。在图1所示的该特殊设备中,附件安装器机架(fitment applicator housing)15固定在立式成型填充及密封(VFFS)机架16和送料辊机架12之间。如果要将分配阀或手柄或其他附件固定在将成型的袋上,则该附件安装器机架为可选特征。该附件安装器17的构造将在后面给予更为详细的说明,但是正如在此所示的,附件物品在薄膜片14被送入VFFS机架16之前被固定在该薄膜片14上。
薄膜片14由多个导辊18引导穿过机架12、15和16,由此薄膜片将顺着进料通道(feed path)穿过这些机架和所述的其余装置。如图3所示,薄膜片进给驱动部19设置在水平密封装置上方,在此,水平密封装置由水平杆密封组件20构成,水平杆密封组件20具有一对水平杆21,该水平杆21通有脉冲电流以使已填充的袋22的上端水平密封并使在欲填充液体内容物的最上面的袋23的底部密封,其中通过连接到由适当的不锈钢管8连续供料的顶部供料箱9的一对送料管24来向袋中注入液体内容物。进给驱动部19为本领域所公知的类型而且包括一对相对的压送辊(nip roll)25和25′,折叠的薄膜管14’侧边穿过这对压送辊而被捕获并前进,从而这对压送辊25和25′牵引薄膜管14’穿过该设备。
如图8A至图8C更清楚显示的,薄膜片14被拉至袋成型器26上方,该袋成型器26固定在下落管(drop tube)26′的顶端,下落管26′的横截面基本为椭圆形。袋成型器26包括不锈钢环形(wraparound)领部27,其可绕下落管26′的顶端延伸并环绕形成从下落管26′向外倾斜并与下落管26′隔开的后端领部27′。狭槽28设置在后端部分27′,以允许固定在薄膜片14上的分配喷流管55通过。薄膜片14由环形领部27引导来环绕下落管26′并在其相对的垂直侧边27′和27″处交叠,以形成待进行垂直密封的重叠区域30。当薄膜片14被拉至袋成型器26上方时,薄膜片形成了椭圆薄膜管14′且在如图3所示的垂直密封杆31下方通过,同时薄膜管14′贴着下落管26。当薄膜管14′被停下来时,垂直密封杆靠在薄膜管14′上。下落管形成了垂直密封杆的支架(backing)。
如图11所示,当薄膜管32位于下落管26′的底端33时,在穿过薄膜管形成水平密封前,可由延展机指34使其保持展开,该延展机指34可以弹簧加压或由一种机构(未示出)来驱动,来使薄膜管26′保持展开,且相对的侧壁32’相互平行,从而消除在薄膜管侧壁32′中正在形成的任何纽结。
如图4所示,水平密封杆21通过一致动机构35来开启和关闭,该致动机构35包括通过同步皮带38与驱动轮37相连接的驱动马达36。致动杆40固定在控制轴39上,驱动轮37使控制轴39旋转来开启和关闭水平密封杆21。此外,驱动轴37与连接件41连接,以使垂直密封杆31与水平密封杆21同步操作。当操作这些密封杆时,通过停止进给驱动部19来将薄膜片静止地夹住。正如在此所示的,进给驱动部由与马达36同步操作的马达42来驱动。这些密封杆是由脉冲电流操作的密封杆,如图6所示,水平密封杆21的中心设有密封金属线(sealing wire)45。在水平密封过程操作中,该密封线45构成一切断装置以使已填充的袋子22与欲填充的袋子23分离。
再参考图9,在此示出了笼(cage)47形状的一袋子支撑装置46的构造,该笼47由水平辊48构成,其中后壁由辊子48′构成,而前壁由辊子48构成。这些辊子以预定距离间隔开,从而当正被填充的袋子在笼47中下降时可约束该袋子,以防止正被填充液体的袋子22由于其液体内容物的压力而膨胀。当袋子正被填充液体49时,如果袋子要膨胀,那么袋子将变得不稳定,从而难于处理。
图9中示出的袋子22填充有液体49并在顶部50密封,但是袋子22被后端辊壁和前端辊壁强制在笼中。为了在袋子被完全密封后从笼47上卸下已填充好的袋子22,前壁辊48铰接在底部铰链51上,以通过在附图标记53处示出的一液压缸操作连杆,按箭头52的方向向外向下拉动前壁辊48。当前壁辊48被向下拉时,如图虚线所示,已填充的袋子22将倒在辊48上并卸在卸料传送带54上。当已填充好的袋子开始落入笼时,该步骤被快速完成且前壁被复位来接收下一个正被填充的袋子。
如图9所示,此外,被拉入笼中的袋子具有固定在其上的分配阀55,而且该阀靠着后壁辊48′。因此,当袋子由重力被卸下时,如附图标记22处虚线所示,在卸料传送带上盖子(cap)55被置于最顶端。后壁也可以由一平的不锈钢壁构成。
参照图9和图10,示出了笼的卸料装置的另一可选择的实施例,其中,底部辊56形成底部捕捉壁并被连接到铰链51上,从而袋子从笼47下面被释放。采用这种布置,必须将已填充的袋子22卸在定向滑道57上,该滑道57用于确定带有朝上分配阀55的已填充的袋子的位置。如此所示,袋子落在滑道57上随后被引导落在另一滑道58上,由此分配阀55被设置成面朝上。这些滑道应该具有辊式表面,易于袋子在滑道上移动。第二滑道58被设置成可将已填充的袋子卸在卸料传送带54上。
支撑笼47的另一个重要优点是,在驱动水平密封杆前,已填充的袋子22以基本固定的方式支撑在笼内。这将防止重的已填充的袋子拉紧在水平密封杆的热水平密封区内的薄膜。通过支撑袋子,我们可以补偿处于该热水平密封区内的薄膜在密封过程中所损失的表面张力。否则,重的已填充的袋子将拉伸处于弱密封区的薄膜,从而造成泄漏。尽管图中没有给出,但是笼47还具备调整特征,由此来接收不同尺寸的袋子。
图5为如前简要说明的立式密封杆支撑机构的构造透视图,其构造不是本发明点而且在技术中是众所周知的。但是,如图5所示,所示的垂直密封杆在此被固定在可铰接并可拆卸的锁定杆(locking bar)59上,该锁定杆59向外铰接而且由止动销58固定从而允许检修和更换垂直密封杆。
图6更详细地示出了已经参考图4描述的水平密封杆组件的结构图,并简单示出了其构成部分另一视图,而且水平密封杆组件是本技术领域公知的机构,因此在这里就不给出详细的说明。同样,图7更详细示出了进给驱动部19,而且如其所示,进给驱动部19由一驱动马达61通过位于机架62内的传动链(train)来驱动。再者,该进给驱动部也是本技术领域公知的,在此将不再给予说明。
图12为拼合辊(split roller)65的俯视图,它偏压抵靠在下落管26上,该下落管26装有薄膜管32的折叠重叠区域30,该薄膜管32被置于拼合辊65和下落管26之间。当薄膜被拉过该设备时,该拼合辊65滚动并对薄膜保持一轻微的压力用于密封,而且允许分配阀或盖子55从其下通过。
如图1至图4所示,VFFS机架16还设有紫外线灯源70形式的杀菌装置,它被设置成靠在机架16的后壁16′上,以在形成袋子之前,通过薄膜通道使薄膜片14暴露在紫外线光之下,由此来对薄膜杀菌。
参照图13A、图13B和图14,将简要说明附件安装器的两个样式,在此附件为分配阀72,如图13B和图14所示。图13A示出了用于分配阀72的机构,而且它主要包括一熔接头组件(fusing head assembly)75,如图13A和图13B所示,熔接头组件具有切割冲头(slitter punch)76,可从其下周面77伸出。一环形密封垫78设置在下表面77上而且也为脉动电流后置操作(post-operated)。切割冲头通过螺旋弹簧79被施以弹性载荷。因此,当熔接头组件75降至薄膜片14上方时,它将首先在薄膜片上切出十字切口或星形切口。该阀72随后通过阀支撑件80处于与切割冲头对准的位置,并紧贴着薄膜14的后侧,从而当熔接头组件下降至薄膜上时,它将分配阀组件的凸缘81在薄膜上和切口区域82周围熔化。从而,切口区域被熔化的凸缘81密封。通过切开薄膜14形成了薄膜嵌板(panel),但是薄膜嵌板不会与薄膜脱离。因此,没有脱离的薄膜碎片且在填充有液体的袋中也没有发现薄膜碎片。
图14示出了一种略有区别的布置,其中当薄膜停止时,由传送组件80′来拾取一个阀附件72,同时切割冲头组件75被驱动来切割薄膜片14。随后,阀72被放置在与在冲头组件的熔接头重合的位置。由此,这是两个步骤工序,与附件安装为一个步骤工序的图13A和图13B的实施例相反。
应该指出的是这些袋子能由一台机器自动地制造及填充,而且以有效和卫生的方式来处理,从而可以大量地自动封装液体诸如牛奶、软饮料、茶水、可流动的软奶酪以及其他类似的产品。
总而言之,上述设备的操作过程或操作方法包括从聚乙烯基薄膜材料的连续薄膜片14立式地形成一袋子。袋子被填入约在5-20升范围内的液体内容物,在此为精确计量的10升,同时密封该薄膜袋。该方法的步骤包括从供给辊13拉拽薄膜片并沿进料通道绕着导辊18并穿过固定在下落管26顶端的袋成型器26。薄膜片的一段绕袋成型器折叠来形成一折叠的薄膜管32。在预定长度的过程(cycle)中,该折叠薄膜管32绕着该下落管被拉动。液体注入管(在此为两个送料管24)被安装在下落管内并从下落管的底端伸出。由垂直密封杆31在下落管上方且沿薄膜管的重叠膜部分形成垂直密封。水平密封由包含两个水平密封杆21的水平密封夹具(jaw)来形成,以对欲填充液体的袋子形成底部水平密封,并同时对已填充的袋子形成顶部水平密封。通过设置于该水平密封夹具内的热金属丝(hot wire)将已填充的袋子与欲填充的袋子切开。已填充的袋子被限制在支撑笼内。当袋子被拉进支撑笼中时,袋子被液体填充。在填充过程中,支撑笼约束正被填充的袋子,以防止袋子由于液体的作用力而向外膨胀变得不稳定,而且支撑笼用于在水平密封过程杆的操作过程中支撑袋子,由此防止已填充袋中的液体重量拉紧处于该密封杆的热水平密封区内的薄膜。通过支撑袋子使其固定,我们可以补偿在热水平密封过程中处于该热水平密封区内的薄膜所损失的表面张力。
为了将已填充袋从笼中卸下,笼的外壁设有辊子并向外枢转,从而使袋子通过重力落在笼的前壁上,然后被引导着移动到卸料传送带上,且它的附件阀面朝上。在笼设计的另一个实施例中,袋子可以从笼的底部捕捉壁被卸下,随后被滑道定向,以便附件阀也可面朝上地被放置在卸料传送带上。
对上述优选实施例所作的任何明显的修改,倘若这些修改落入本发明的权利要求的范围内,则这些修改包含在本发明的范围之内。
Claims (30)
1.一种立式袋成型、填充及密封设备(10),其用于制造含有约5-20升范围内的液体内容物的袋(22),所述设备包括:支撑装置,其用于支撑薄膜材料(14)的一个或多个供给辊(13);导向装置(18),其用于支撑和引导沿进料通道来自所述供给辊(13)其中之一的薄膜片(14);薄膜进给驱动部(19),其用于使所述薄膜片沿所述进料通道移动并穿过一袋成型器(26),在该袋成型器(26)中一段所述薄膜片折叠并设置成围绕下落管(26′),且该下落管(26′)中具有一液体注入管(24);垂直密封装置(31),其用于沿所述被折叠的薄膜片(30)形成垂直密封;水平密封装置(21),其用于形成欲填充袋的底部密封和已填充袋的顶部密封;切断装置(45),其用于使所述已填充袋与所述欲填充袋分离;袋支撑装置(46),其用于在所述水平密封装置(21)的操作过程中支撑所述袋的底部,以防止所述已填充袋(22)中的所述液体(49)重量拉紧处于所述水平密封装置的热水平密封区内的所述薄膜,以补偿在热水平密封过程中处于所述热水平密封区内的所述薄膜的表面张力的损失;所述支撑装置(46)还约束正被填充的所述袋,以防止所述袋在填充过程中由于膨胀导致的不稳定;所述支撑装置(46)具有一卸料门部件(56),用以在所述水平密封过程后卸下所述已填充袋(22)。
2.如权利要求1所述的立式袋成型、填充及密封设备,其中,还设有一附件安装器(17),用于在将所述薄膜片送入所述袋成型器(26)之前将附件物品密封在所述薄膜片(14)上。
3.如权利要求2所述的立式袋成型、填充及密封设备,其中,所述附件物品为用以从所述已填充袋中分配液体的一分配阀(55)。
4.如权利要求3所述的立式袋成型、填充及密封设备,其中,所述的卸料门部件(56)为辊式壁卸料门,用以依重力将具有所述分配阀(55)的所述已填充袋(22)卸下,所述分配阀(55)设置于所述已填充袋(22)的顶侧。
5.如权利要求4所述的立式袋成型、填充及密封设备,其中,所述支撑装置(46)为一笼支撑装置,该笼支撑装置的尺寸能当所述袋(22)正被填充而且降在所述笼中时约束所述袋(22),以防止由于正通过所述注入管(24)的喷口排放至所述袋中的所述液体的作用力致使所述袋向外膨胀。
6.如权利要求5所述的立式袋成型、填充及密封设备,其中,所述笼支撑装置(46)包括:两个分隔开的垂直辊式导向壁(48,48′),其置于与所述袋的相对侧壁中的一个相应侧壁摩擦接触的位置;及底部辊式支撑壁(56),其在所述水平密封装置(21)驱动前,支撑接触所述已填充袋的所述下端。
7.如权利要求6所述的立式袋成型、填充及密封设备,其中,所述两个分隔开的垂直辊式导向壁(48)的前导向壁的下端设有枢转连接件(51),并由一液压缸驱动从而关于所述枢转连接件(51)向外向下(52)倾斜,以使所述袋(22)倒在所述前导向壁(48)上且所述分配阀(55)面朝上,并使所述袋(22)滑到形成所述辊式导向壁的多个分隔开的辊子上。
8.如权利要求6所述的立式袋成型、填充及密封设备,其中,所述底部辊式支撑壁(56)为一枢转式捕捉壁,其能将所述已填充的袋卸在定向装置(57,58)上,该定向装置(57,58)用于确定具有面朝上的所述分配阀55的所述已填充袋的位置。
9.如权利要求3所述的立式袋成型、填充及密封设备,其中,所述袋成型器(26)具有一固定在所述下落管(26′)的顶端的环形领部(27),以使所述薄膜片(14)环绕所述下落管并在领部(27,27′)相对的垂直侧边处重叠来承受由垂直密封杆(31)的垂直密封,该垂直密封杆可驱动地靠在所述下落管的顶部并构成所述垂直密封装置,所述下落管(26)具有椭圆形横截面,而且多个延展机指(34)固定在所述下落管的下端且位于所述垂直密封杆下,其用于伸展由所述袋成型器和垂直密封杆形成的薄膜管(14)。
10.如权利要求3所述的立式袋成型、填充及密封设备,其中,还设有杀菌装置(70),其沿所述进料管、与所述薄膜片邻近设置,并位于所述袋成型器(26)的前方,由此对所述薄膜片杀菌。

20.一种由连续薄膜片(14)立式成型一袋(22)、在所述袋中填充约在5-20升范围内的液体内容物(49)并将所述已填充的袋密封的方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:
1)从供给辊(13)拉拽所述薄膜片(14)并沿进料通道绕着导向装置(18)并穿过袋成型器(26),所述袋成型器(26)固定在下落管(26′)的顶端;
2)围绕所述袋成型器折叠一段所述薄膜片(14)以形成折叠的薄膜管(32);
3)在预定长度的过程中,拉动围绕着所述下落管的所述折叠的薄膜管,所述下落管中具有液体注入管;
4)在下落管上方并沿所述薄膜管的重叠膜部分(30)形成垂直密封;
5)由水平密封装置形成水平密封,以为欲填充所述液体的袋形成底部水平密封并同时形成顶部水平密封(50),以形成已填充的袋(22);
6)切割(45)所述已填充袋以使其与所述欲填充袋分离;
7)用来自所述注入管的液体填充所述欲填充袋;
8)卸下所述已填充袋;及,在步骤(7)中执行下述步骤,当通过所述注入管的液体来填充袋时且在整个填充过程中,将所述正被填充的袋拉入支撑装置(47)中,用于将所述欲填充袋约束在一笼(48,48′,56)内,以防止由于所述液体的作用力致使所述袋向外膨胀;而且该支撑装置用于在步骤(4)的操作过程中支撑所述袋,以防止所述已填充袋中的所述液体的重量拉紧处于所述水平密封装置的热水平密封区内的所述薄膜;所述支撑装置补偿在热水平密封过程中处于热水平密封区内的薄膜的表面张力的损失。
21.如权利要求20所述的方法,其中,所述步骤(7)包括使所述笼的外壁(48)枢转,以使所述已填充袋靠重力落在所述前壁上,并引导所述已填充袋移动到卸料传送带(54)上。
22.如权利要求21所述的方法,其中,所述笼的前壁(48)包括多个传送辊,并且所述前壁(48)在其下端处枢转,所述辊子实现引导移动所述已填充袋的所述步骤。
23.如权利要求20所述的方法,其中,所述步骤(7)包括使所述笼的下支撑端壁(56)枢转,以使所述已填充袋靠重力卸在所述端壁上和定向滑道(57)上,从而将所述已填充袋按预定方向放置在卸料传送带(54)上。
24.如权利要求20所述的方法,其中,所述步骤(5)和(6)由所述水平密封装置同时实现,所述水平密封装置具有间隔平行且相对的电脉冲水平密封杆(21)和位于所述水平密封杆中间的一电脉冲热切金属线(45)。
25.如权利要求20所述的方法,其中,在步骤(2)之前有一步骤:随着所述薄膜片的静止,将分配阀(55)熔接在所述薄膜片上。
26.如权利要求25所述的方法,其中,所述的熔接步骤包括:在所述薄膜片静止时,在所述薄膜片上冲出星形切口(82),运送所述阀(72)并将所述阀(72)置于所述星形切口的上方,随后围绕所述星形切口熔化所述阀的周边凸缘(81),并将所述凸缘熔接在所述薄膜片上。
27.如权利要求25所述的方法,其中,所述的熔接步骤包括:在所述薄膜片静止时,将所述阀(72)固定在位于所述薄膜片(14)的一侧的预定位置;在单个行程中从所述薄膜片的相对侧和所述阀的中央形成星形切口;对中所述阀;对围绕所述星形切口的所述薄膜片施加热,以将所述薄膜片熔化在所述阀的周边凸缘上。
28.如权利要求20所述的方法,其中,在步骤(2)之前还另有如下步骤:将所述薄膜片(14)暴露在紫外线光源(70)下,以对所述薄膜片杀菌。
29.如权利要求20所述的方法,其中,所述步骤(7)包括通过两个间隔开的注入管(24)填充所述欲填充的袋,所述注入管(24)并列放置以基本均匀地将所述液体排放到所述欲填充的袋中,从而使所述袋保持展开。
30.如权利要求29所述的方法,其中,排放所述液体的所述步骤包括将牛奶排放到所述欲填充的袋中。
