技术领域
本发明涉及缝纫机的旋转轴支撑装置,尤其是涉及适合于以高速驱动的工业用缝纫机的旋转轴支撑的旋转轴支撑装置。
背景技术
作为现有的缝纫机的旋转轴支撑装置,有通过将一对弹性环(夹具)设置在支撑旋转轴的轴承的外圈上来防止轴承的蠕变现象(例如,参照专利文献1)。

但是,在现有的缝纫机的旋转轴支撑装置中,由于需要将一对弹性环用的槽形成在外圈上,因此轴承的成本高,并且附设夹具的轴承的安装还需要专用工具。而且,为了容易地进行轴承的组装,还需要在一对弹性环之间涂抹高粘度的润滑脂。
因此,本发明的课题以提供以下的缝纫机的旋转轴支撑装置为目的,即可以容易地进行轴承的安装,同时可以抑制其成本。
发明内容
为了实现上述目的,本发明是一种缝纫机的旋转轴支撑装置,具有:框架、轴承和夹具,该框架具有机架孔;该轴承用内圈支撑旋转轴、被插嵌在机架孔中;该夹具相对于框架的机架孔固定轴承的外圈,其特征在于,将轴承的外圈从框架的机架孔突出设置,通过将夹具推压在该外圈的突出设置部和机架孔周边上,相对于框架的机架孔固定轴承的外圈。
另外,在框架的凹陷部形成机架孔,将夹具设置在框架的凹陷部的同时,设置覆盖框架凹陷部的安装罩,在将安装罩安装在框架上时,最好通过安装罩一面将夹具压入框架的凹陷部、一面使该夹具推压该外圈的突出设置部和机架孔周边。另外,也可以将夹具与安装罩形成为一体。
如上所述,根据本发明,由于将轴承的外圈从框架的机架孔突出设置,将夹具推压在该外圈的突出设置部和机架孔周边上,因此,容易安装轴承、可以抑制成本。并且,如果将机架孔形成在框架的凹陷部,则可以使夹具存在于框架的凹陷部,而且,如果设置覆盖框架凹陷部的安装罩,则在将安装罩安装在框架上时,夹具一面被安装罩压入框架的凹陷部、该夹具一面推压该外圈的突出设置部和机架孔周边。

具体实施方式
以下,根据附图、就本发明的具体实施方式进行说明。缝纫机M的框架1具有机架孔2,轴承3被设置在机架孔2上。轴承3的内圈3a支撑旋转轴4,旋转轴4在缝纫机驱动时向一个方向旋转。旋转轴4在右端具有手控轮4a,操作者可以通过手控轮4a操作缝纫机。轴承3的外圈3b呈可以旋转地支撑在框架1的机架孔2上的状态,其两端从机架孔2突出设置。该机架孔2被形成在框架1的凹陷部1a,夹具5被设置在凹陷部1a。
夹具5被与安装罩6一体形成,安装罩6覆盖框架1的凹陷部1a。安装罩6通过螺丝7、7安装在框架1上。此时,夹具5被安装罩6压入框架1的凹陷部1a,夹具5前端的弹性片5a推压轴承外圈3b的突出设置部和机架孔2的周边。如果通过夹具5前端的弹性片5a进行推压,轴承3的外圈3b则相当于机架孔2被固定,可以防止轴承的蠕变现象。
另外,在本实施方式中,夹具被一体地形成在安装罩上,但不局限于此,也可以使两者分离。

Claims (1)

1.一种缝纫机的旋转轴支撑装置,具有:框架、轴承和夹具,该框架具有机架孔;该轴承用内圈支撑旋转轴、被插嵌在机架孔中,该轴承的外圈可以旋转地支撑在框架的机架孔上;该夹具相对于框架的机架孔固定轴承的外圈,其特征在于,
机架孔形成在框架的凹陷部,将轴承的外圈从框架的机架孔突出设置,在将夹具设置在框架的凹陷部的同时,与夹具一体形成地设置有覆盖框架的凹陷部的安装罩,在夹具的前端设有弹性片,在将安装罩安装在框架上时,通过安装罩,夹具一面被压入框架的凹陷部,该夹具的前端的弹性片一面推压该外圈的突出设置部和机架孔周边,由此相对于框架的机架孔固定轴承的外圈。
