Abstract

本发明公开了一种属于汞齐技术领域内的无铅中温汞齐,含有质量含量如下的组份Ag 1~10%、Bi 40~60%、Sn 25~50%、Hg 3~12%、In 0~10%。采用常规合金汞齐的制备方法可以获得本发明所述的汞齐,采用本发明的汞齐,可以获得与M、N、A、B等相同或相近似的汞气压与温度特性曲线,可替代M、N、A、B等含Pb的汞齐;本专利汞齐的另一个优点是汞球的强度高,熔点高,特别适合于制灯企业的圆排车制灯应用;此外,本发明的汞齐抗氧化性强,可以常期暴露于空气,不会氧化变色;由于汞齐中没有铅,因此不会出现铅污染。本发明可应用于2U、3U、螺旋、2D等节能灯、紫外线杀菌灯及高频无极灯等。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于荧光灯、节能灯的汞齐材料。
背景技术
目前在荧光灯、节能灯中广泛使用有中温汞齐材料,其汞气压PH与温度T的特性曲线如附图所示中的M、N、A、B所示,这种汞齐的组份为Bi、Pb、Sn、Hg,含汞量分别对应为3%、5.4%、6%、12%,其中Pb的含量有18%-28%之间,但Pb是有害元素,会污染环境。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种无铅中温汞齐,在汞齐材料中不使用有害的铅,同时,可以获得与M、N、A、B等相同或相近似的特性曲线。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:无铅中温汞齐,其特征在于:含有质量含量如下的组份Ag 1~10%、Bi 40~60%、Sn 25~50%、Hg 3~12%、In 0~10%。
采用常规合金汞齐的制备方法可以获得本发明所述的汞齐,制备方法上的不同之处在于其使用的原料不一样,采用本发明的汞齐,可以获得与M、N、A、B等相同或相近似的汞气压与温度特性曲线,可替代M、N、A、B等含Pb的汞齐;本专利汞齐的另一个优点是汞球的强度高,熔点高,特别适合于制灯企业的圆排车制灯应用;此外,本发明的汞齐抗氧化性强,可以常期暴露于空气,不会氧化变色;由于汞齐中没有铅,因此不会出现铅污染。本发明可应用于2U、3U、螺旋、2D等节能灯、紫外线杀菌灯及高频无极灯等。

具体实施方式
实施例1
中温汞齐,各组份的质量含量为Ag  3%、Bi 44.32%、Sn41.68%、Hg6%、In5%,采用常规汞齐的生产方法可获得,该汞齐可以得到与A完全相同的特性曲线,命名为Ac。该汞齐可应用于2U、3U、螺旋、2D等节能灯、紫外线杀菌灯及高频无极灯等中。
实施例2
中温汞齐,各组份的质量含量分别为Ag 8%、Bi 41.6%、Sn 38.4%、Hg12%,该汞齐可得到与B相同的特性曲线,命名为Bc.
实施例3
中温汞齐,各组份的质量含量分别为Ag3%、Bi43.76%、Sn40.24%、Hg3%、In10%,该汞齐可得到与M相同的特性曲线,命名为Mc。
实施例4
中温汞齐,各组份的质量含量分别为Ag5%、Bi43%、Sn40.6%、Hg5.4%、In6%,该汞齐可得到与N相同的特性曲线,命名为Nc。
实施例5
中温汞齐,各组份的质量含量为Ag1%、Bi40%、Sn50%、Hg9%,采用常规汞齐的生产方法可获得。
实施例6
中温汞齐,各组份的质量含量为Ag10%、Bi53%、Sn 5%、Hg12%,采用常规汞齐的生产方法可获得,该汞齐可以得到与B近似的特性曲线。
实施例7
中温汞齐,各组份的质量含量为Ag10%、Bi43%、Sn25%、Hg12%、In10%。

1、无铅中温汞齐,其特征在于:含有质量含量如下的组份Ag 1~10%、Bi 40~60%、Sn 25~50%、Hg 3~12%、In 0~10%。
2、根据权利要求1所述的无铅中温汞齐,其特征在于:各组份的质量含量为Ag 3%、Bi 44.32%、Sn 41.68%、Hg 6%、In 5%。
