Abstract

本发明涉及一种混合龙头,包括一个体部件,其中一个可旋转的旋转式水龙头安装在所述体部件上,一个用于调节冷水供水量的可旋转的阀杆以及一个用于调节热水的供水量的可转动的阀杆安装在所述体部件中。
发明背景
混合龙头的公知常识是包括一个可旋转的手柄,用于使可旋转的阀杆转动,从而调节冷热水各自的供水量。
但是从设计的角度考虑,这样的旋转式手柄不可取。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种通过滑面能够调节冷热水各自供水量的混合龙头。
本发明的新特征为,在每一个装配有伸出臂的可旋转的阀杆中,所述伸出臂与一个滑面接合,所述滑面位于混合龙头体部件的侧面,其中体部件上还有一个伸出部分,滑面可在所述伸出部分上移动,其中在伸出部分的末端有一个套筒,通过这种方式,连接到滑面上的螺栓可在所述套筒中移动。
因此,可获得扁平外观的具有滑面的混合龙头。另外,可以确保每一个滑面在向前和向后的滑动过程中不会扭动。另外,所述混合龙头非常适合残疾人。

具体实施方式
图1中所示根据本发明的混合龙头包括一个体部件2和一个安装在所述体部件2上的可旋转的旋转式水龙头4。如图4和图5中所示,一个可旋转的阀杆6安装在体部件2中,所述阀杆被用于调节冷水的供水量,另外一个阀杆被用于调节热水的供水量。为了得到图1中所示的扁平的外观,每一个阀杆6配有一个伸出臂8,如图5所示。阀杆6从体结构2侧面上的开口伸出,并与滑面10相接合,所述滑面10可在所述体部件2的一侧滑动、且与所述体部件的上表面平面平齐。每一个滑面10有一个狭长开口,伸出部分12被固定到体部件2上,并且伸入到滑面10中的所述狭长开口,使得所述滑面10可向前和向后滑动。在伸出部分12的末端有一个扩大的部分,所述扩大部分以套管14的形式,使得固定到滑面10上的螺栓11可在其内移动,从而防止了滑面10的扭动现象。和滑面10一样,伸出部分12最好用黄铜制成。
滑面10被一个隐藏滑动机制的覆盖结构包围。应该注意到,滑动机制也可为其它结构方式,如齿条工作机制或活节连杆机制。
伸出部分12通过在体部件2的凹入部分中的螺钉16被固定到体部件2上。该凹入部分被覆盖结构覆盖。
体部件2还有一些腔体,从而可插入阀杆6,最好从下面插入,由此可将底部20旋入到所述阀杆6上,即通过显示在体部件2的凹入部分中的贯穿螺纹,参看图4和图5。另外,伸出臂8可旋入到阀杆6的上部分,所述伸出臂8从体部件2侧面上的开口伸出,从而与可移动的滑面10中的槽接合。阀杆6还具有这样的结构,即只有当它们位于特定的角度位置,这些阀杆才能被插入,所述特定的角度位置相对于体部件2中的腔体,所述结构还使得从开到关的位置只需要转动约90°。根据本发明的混合龙头具有的最大优点在于除了普通的阀杆其它都不需要。
当伸出臂8已经通过体结构2的凹入部分中的螺钉被固定到阀杆6上时,旋转式水龙头4被向下移动到位于体部件2的凹入部分中的中心开口28中。旋转式水龙头被向下放入到开口28中很深,以至于其不能扭动。旋转式水龙头4包括一个圆柱状的凹槽23,因此所述水龙头能够通过插入到所述凹槽23中的定持螺钉22而被夹持住,同时还可以旋转。圆形的覆盖结构24被固定到旋转式水龙头4上,所述覆盖结构24覆盖住了体部件2的凹入部分的相当大的开口,因此可覆盖住所有的固定螺钉。覆盖结构24随着旋转式水龙头4一起转动,并通过耐用塑料垫圈密封。
图3显示了一些位于插入到体部件2中的旋转式水龙头4的部分中的侧开口29。这些侧开口29与旋转式水龙头4的周围的环形腔体相通,所述腔体又与阀杆的出口孔相通。
例如,整个混合龙头可通过底部的固定螺钉被固定到一个桌面上。

Claims (3)

1、一种混合龙头,包括一个体部件(2),其中一个可旋转的旋转式水龙头(4)被安装到所述体部件上,其中一个可旋转的阀杆(6)被安装到所述体部件(2)中,用于调节热水的供水量,另外一个可旋转的阀杆(6)用于调节热水的供应量,其特征在于,可旋转的阀杆(6)配有伸出臂(8),所述伸出臂(8)与位于体部件(2)的侧部上的滑面相接合;体部件(2)上具有一个伸出部分(12),滑面(10)可在所述伸出部分上移动;在伸出部分(12)的末端有一个套筒(14),连接到滑面(10)的螺栓(11)可在套筒(14)中移动。
2、根据权利要求1所述的混合龙头,其特征在于:在体部件(2)中具有向下开口的腔体,用于插入阀杆(6),然后底部(20)可被固定,所述底部可分别供应冷水和热水。
3、根据权利要求2所述的混合龙头,其特征在于:阀杆(6)和体部件(2)中的适配腔体具有这样的结构,即只有相对于所述腔体以一个特定的角度位置,所述阀杆(6)才能插入。
