Abstract
本发明公开了一种仿真木纹水性涂料及其生产工艺，它由如下原料制成：糯米1000份、水6000－7000份、膏状动物胶200－250份、乳白胶400－450份、色素0－500份。本发明采用的原料大部分为天然食品，而乳白胶也是由天然树木的胶加工而成，是公认的绿色环保胶，因而本发明涂料是一种无毒无害产品，本发明产品在涂抹后10分钟内能很快被擦掉，以便修改重新涂抹，施工过程中好控制，做出的图案不变形，附着力强，一旦干了后不褪色、不脱落、耐磨性好，能直接在家具本体上涂覆，起到表面装饰作用，而且有着炒糯米的清香气味。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种仿真木纹水性涂料及其生产工艺。
背景技术
家具采用木纹表面常能给人以回归自然的感觉，由于油漆无法直接做出仿真的木纹，因此目前家具的面饰一是用纹路漂亮的木材做饰板包覆在家具表面，再涂清漆；二是用木纹纸粘贴在家具表面，再涂清漆。这两种方法面饰家具在新的时候都很美观，但时间一长或受季节变化的影响，用饰板包覆的家具就出现了边角处饰板起翘的现象，而用饰纸包覆的家具，则不耐磨，很容易碰伤、磨蚀，受潮后发泡、凸起、剥落，并且这两种面饰加工成本都很高，工艺也复杂，同时有甲醛等有害物质释放，不利于身体健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种仿木逼真、附着力强、耐磨性能好、无毒无害、成本低廉，操作工艺简单的水性涂料及其生产工艺。
本发明水性涂料由如下原料制成：糯米1000份、水6000-7000份、膏状动物胶200-250份、乳白胶400-450份、色素0-500份。
生产上述水性涂料的工艺，顺次按如下步骤进行：
a、取糯米1000份炒焦达到结块，变成褐色时加入水3000-3500份，煮成粥状后，冷却磨碎用滤网过滤，滤液备用；
b、取膏状动物胶200-250份、乳白胶400-450份、水3000-3500份混合加热至250℃-300℃，维持15-25分钟，冷却到90℃-70℃时加入色素0-500份，升温至160℃-180℃，维持15-25分钟，冷却到常温时用滤网过滤；
c、将步骤a与步骤b获得的滤液进行混合。
本发明采用的原料大部分为天然食品，而乳白胶也是由天然树木的胶加工而成，是公认的绿色环保胶，因而本发明涂料是一种无毒无害产品，本发明产品在涂抹后10分钟内能很快被擦掉，以便修改重新涂抹，施工过程中好控制，做出的图案不变形，附着力强，一旦干了后不褪色、不脱落、耐磨性好，能直接在家具本体上涂覆，起到表面装饰作用，而且有着炒糯米的清香气味，由于炒糯米炒成了褐色，本发明的色调基本已定，当加上其它色素后能形成不同的颜色，如黑棕、黑红棕、褐色、粟色、红木色、举木色、花梨木、黑胡桃木、红胡桃木和樱桃木等木纹，特别适用于家具、建筑物等的涂饰。
具体实施方式
实施方式一：
原料：糯米1000g、水6000g、膏状动物胶200g、乳白胶400g、铁红100g、铁黄200g、炭黑50g，生产时按如下步骤进行：
a、取糯米1000g炒焦达到结块，变成褐色时加入水3000g煮成粥状后，冷却磨碎用滤网过滤，滤液备用；
b、取膏状动物胶200g、乳白胶400g、水3000g混合加热至250℃，维持15分钟，冷却到90℃加入铁红100 g、铁黄200g、炭黑50g，升温至160℃，维持15分钟，冷却到常温时用滤网过滤；
c、将步骤a与步骤b获得的滤液进行混合。
实施方式二：
原料：糯米1000g、水6200g、膏状动物胶210g、乳白胶410g、铁黄200g、炭黑50g，生产时按如下步骤进行：
a、取糯米1000g炒焦达到结块，变成褐色时加入水3100g煮成粥状后，冷却磨碎用滤网过滤，滤液备用；
b、取膏状动物胶210g、乳白胶410g、水3100g混合加热至260℃，维持20分钟，冷却到80℃加入铁黄200g、炭黑50g，升温至160℃，维持20分钟，冷却到常温时用滤网过滤；
c、将步骤a与步骤b获得的滤液进行混合。
实施方式三：
原料：糯米1000g、水6400g、膏状动物胶220g、乳白胶420g、铁红100g、炭黑50g，生产时按如下步骤进行：
a、取糯米1000g炒焦达到结块，变成褐色时加入水3200g煮成粥状后，冷却磨碎用滤网过滤，滤液备用；
b、取膏状动物胶220g、乳白胶420g、水3200g混合加热至270℃，维持25分钟，冷却到70℃加入铁红100g、炭黑50g，升温至180℃，维持15分钟，冷却到常温时用滤网过滤；
c、将步骤a与步骤b获得的滤液进行混合。
实施方式四：
原料：糯米1000g、水6800g、膏状动物胶240g、乳白胶440g、铁红100g、铁黄200g，生产时按如下步骤进行：
a、取糯米1000g炒焦达到结块，变成褐色时加入水3400g煮成粥状后，冷却磨碎用滤网过滤，滤液备用；
b、取膏状动物胶240g、乳白胶440g、水3400g混合加热至280℃，维持15分钟，冷却到80℃加入铁红100g、铁黄200g，升温至180℃，维持15分钟，冷却到常温时用滤网过滤；
c、将步骤a与步骤b获得的滤液进行混合。
实施方式五：
原料：糯米1000g、水7000g、膏状动物胶250g、乳白胶450g、生产时按如下步骤进行：
a、取糯米1000g炒焦达到结块，变成褐色时加入水3500g煮成粥状后，冷却磨碎用滤网过滤，滤液备用；
b、取膏状动物胶250g、乳白胶450g、水3500g混合加热至300℃，维持25分钟，冷却到常温时用滤网过滤；
c、将步骤a与步骤b获得的滤液进行混合。
本发明涉及的所有原料市面上均有现成的购买，本发明对色素的选用可根据最终所需的颜色进行选用和配比。
Claims (3)
1、一种仿真木纹水性涂料，其特征在于由如下原料制成：糯米1000份、水6000-7000份、膏状动物胶200-250份、乳白胶400-450份、色素0-500份。
2、根据权利要求1所述的仿真木纹水性涂料，所述色素为铁红100-120份、铁黄200-220份、炭黑50-60份。
3、一种生产如权利要求1或2所述的仿真木纹水性涂料的生产工艺，其特征在于顺次按如下步骤进行：
a、取糯米1000份炒焦达到结块，变成褐色时加入水3000-3500份，煮成粥状后，冷却磨碎用滤网过滤，滤液备用；
b、取膏状动物胶200-250份、乳白胶400-450份、水3000-3500份混合加热至250℃-300℃，维持15-25分钟，冷却到90℃-70℃时加入色素0-500份，升温至160℃-180℃，维持15-25分钟，冷却到常温时用滤网过滤；
c、将步骤a与步骤b获得的滤液进行混合。
