Abstract

本发明涉及一种使用水射流对许多三维最终产品进行液力包封的方法。
背景技术
经由WO 00/63479可知道,三维的产品例如初级产品或中间产品也在两层织物带如无纺布之间存放,经由液力的针刺,无纺布由于其纤维相互纠缠而连接、固着并由此将产品被包在中间。
只要该固结过程在前进的夹层带的长度上持续进行,无论此时三维的产品与织物带输送方向平行或者垂直地延伸-相对于已知的使用针刺来进行固结的工艺来说,例如按照US-A-3508308,没有任何区别。如果该产品为最终产品,它仅应在其四周被包装和封闭,因此该产品经过已知的方法连续进行水刺处理,不仅是部分在表面上被固结或者包装。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的在于,提供一种方法,藉由该方法要使最终产品例如尿布、伤口纱布、敷布、软垫、甚至是橡皮膏或类似的成品所使用的预制柔软垫和/或吸附垫可以进行连续包装,同时,使产品的容积减少量在允许的范围内,而在进行包装水刺时,覆盖无纺布不会和产品互相缠结。
具体实施方式
从一种方法出发,该方法用于借助在工作宽度上连续和均匀地从一喷嘴梁中喷出的液体流包封一个包括许多三维最终产品(dreidimensionale endliche Produkte)的层,该产品是至少两层、局部三层或者更多层重叠在一起的无纺布、薄纱、可能的附加纺织物或者针织物,一种液体通过压力从排成一排的细小喷嘴口中朝着相对于喷嘴梁前进的织物带喷射,这些喷嘴口由至少一个喷嘴梁的至少一个沿工作宽度延伸的喷嘴条组成。本发明在于,一个稍后覆盖中间层的无纺布首先全面地以水射流来进行固结,在该固结的无纺布上放上要被包封的中间层和最终的三维形式的(dreimensional auftragende)材料,然后这两个层被另一块使用相同方法预固结的无纺布覆盖,所有的材料又用液力针刺的方法均匀地在工作宽度上加载,以使这两层重叠的无纺布结合。
因此,对三维形式的在其高度和其产品特性上敏感的产品进行连续包装的愿望实现了。预固结的覆盖无纺布具有一定的密度、承载能力和强度,其在使用液力针刺法结合两覆盖无纺布后对产品就没有不利的影响。产品的体积保持不变,尤其是不会和已经固着在无纺布组织上的无纺布表面缠绕在一起。覆盖无纺布自身有一定的强度并在使用时不会起绒,也就是说,有足够的耐磨损强度,这一点很有益处。
这一点仅在预固结的无纺布在固结时有孔状结构时才能实现,该结构在以喷嘴条的孔间距为5-20hpi及水压至少为100bar进行液力固结时形成。由此可以使覆盖无纺布的纤维很好的互相连接。现在将这些预固结的无纺布叠放在一起,中间放上最终的产品;现在为进行产品的最终包装,要将这两层无纺布进一步进行连接,优选采用喷嘴梁,其喷嘴条的孔间距为5-20hpi,水压不高于200bar;产品周围区域中的覆盖无纺布的纤维互相连接并且然后相经交织,然而,产品的体积基本没有变化,产品在进行包装水刺处理时也决对不会与无纺布缠结在一起。

Claims (9)

1.一种方法,用于借助在工作宽度上连续和均匀地从一喷嘴梁中喷出的液体流包封一个包括许多三维最终产品的层,该产品是至少两层、局部三层或者更多层重叠在一起的无纺布、薄纱、可能的附加纺织物或者针织物,一种液体通过压力从排成一排的细小喷嘴口中朝着相对于喷嘴梁前进的织物带喷射,这些喷嘴口由至少一个喷嘴梁的至少一个沿工作宽度延伸的喷嘴条组成,其特征在于,一个稍后覆盖中间层的无纺布首先全面地以水射流来进行固结,在该固结的无纺布上放上要被包封的中间层和最终的三维形式的材料,然后这两个层被另一块使用相同方法预固结的无纺布覆盖,所有的材料又用液力针刺的方法均匀地在工作宽度上加载,以使这两层重叠的无纺布结合。
2.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征为:所述覆盖无纺布在进行前置的液力固结时被打出由水射流产生的细孔。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征为:从喷嘴梁中喷射到覆盖无纺布上的水射流的数目为每英寸5-20个,优选为每英寸10个。
4.按照权利要求1-3之一所述的方法,其特征为:对覆盖无纺布进行打孔式固结时的水压为约100-200bar,优选为150bar。
5.按照上述权利要求之一所述的方法,其特征为:覆盖无纺布的液力结合同样也采用水射流来进行,该水射流以约每英寸5-20个优选每英寸10个的较大间距喷射到夹层无纺布上。
6.按照上述权利要求之一所述的方法,其特征为:在将互相叠置的覆盖无纺布结合时的水压为100-200bar,优选为120-150bar。
7.按照权利要求1-6所述的方法,其特征为:在覆盖无纺布两侧进行固结针刺。
8.带有中间层的夹层无纺布,该中间层由三维最终产品以及在两侧覆盖该产品的水刺无纺布组成,其特征为;该无纺布上具有细孔,而细孔之间有约5-20优选10hpi的间距;无纺布在中间层的周围牢固贴附在一起,而中间层的产品的三维形状仍基本保持不变。
9.按照权利要求8所述的夹层无纺布,其特征为:三维最终产品由类似于软垫的产品如卫生用品组成。
