Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA O FECHAMENTO HIDRODINâMICO DE VáRIOS PRODUTOS FINITOS, TRIDIMENSIONAIS, COM JATOS DE áGUA". A presente invenção refere-se a produtos finitos que devem, por meio de costura hidrodinâmica entre dois materiais não-tecidos, ser continuamente embalados e completamente fechados. Os materiais não-tecidos não devem esfolar com o uso e ligar-se com os produtos quando da embalagem. Além disso, os produtos devem permanecer possivelmente inalterados em volume, quando da embalagem. A solução consiste na pré-consolidação do material não-tecido de cobertura por meio de costura hidrodinâmica. Resultados particularmente bons são alcançados, quando para a cobertura dos produtos finitos são usados materiais não-tecidos perfurados, cujas perfurações possuem cerca de 2 a 8 perfurações por centímetro (5 a 20 perfurações por polegada), e são também ligados entre si por meio de uma costura com água deste tipo.
