背景技术
用于分配润滑剂(油、传动液)和其它相关液体(洗涤液)的分配计是公知的。这种分配计由本发明的受让人以及其它许多制造商进行制造,它可以简单测量手动分配的量或者可以根据预定程序进行操作,即,操作者输入所需的分配量(例如5升),打开阀门和分配计,然后分配所需的量,随之关闭。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种控制润滑剂的分配流量的软件驱动方法。
本发明取代了润滑剂分配分配计中的阀的机械驱动,提供一种控制流体分配的软件驱动方法。这种设计利用与多级电磁控制阀、比例电磁控制阀、或通/断电磁控制阀相结合的压敏膜开关或者多位置膜片开关,以提供对润滑剂的分配频率和流量的操作、或者通过分配计的微处理器对润滑剂的分配频率和流量进行的程控。
在润滑剂工业中采用本技术能够可靠地进行分配的软件控制,还能限制或防止未经许可就在车辆维护的润滑剂分配应用中进行分配。本发明还提供在汽车润滑剂应用中的流体分配的总体软件控制,如今该总体软件控制采用注明日期的定时控制,压力促动给油器技术。该技术既可应用于运载工具又可应用于工业工厂。

总体上用参考标号10表示的本发明在图1中示出。模制塑料壳体分别由左部12a和右部12b组成。触发器14围绕枢轴14a移动。触发器柱塞组件16由第一柱塞16a、第一柱塞弹簧16b、第二柱塞16c和第二柱塞弹簧16d组成。触发器柱塞组件16用于与压敏膜开关18相接触,该压敏膜开关18主要具有同轴的第一和第二接触环18a和18b。在优选实施例中,这种开关可从明尼苏达州的明尼阿波利斯市的Golden ValleyProducts获得并且它是一种多位置膜片开关。开关18也可以是压敏膜开关。

齿轮流量计24与电磁阀22的输出相连并依靠霍尔效应传感器24a计量经过所述组件的流量,该霍尔效应传感器24a计算齿轮齿的通过数以及与之相关联的流量。分配喷嘴26可与分配计24的出口相连。具有微处理器控制和无线传输电路的显示和控制组件28为操作者提供交互接口。
对于操作者的操作而言,通过将分离触发器14以从电磁阀22进行操纵,这种分配计组件适合在一种集中控制的润滑剂分配系统中使用,例如它可在汽车销售商的服务设施中找到。如果分配计10与这种集中系统一起使用并用该系统进行电子记录,那么电磁阀22在得到集中授权之前将不会被激励产生作用。多位置压敏膜开关18和多位置电磁阀22使得操作者可以在高/全流量时执行大部分的分配操作,同时在低流量时结束操作。如果需要,这种以慢次序(slow sequence)快速结束的操作可以编程到分配计的软件中。或者,如果希望使用那种没有集中系统的分配计或者集中系统不起作用的分配计,分配计10就完全能够用作一种独立的预置分配计。当与压敏膜开关和比例电磁控制阀一起使用时,所述分配计可以是一种完全装饰性(fully featherable)的分配设备。
可以预见的是,在不违背附随的权利要求所限定的本发明宗旨和范围的情况下,可以对所述分配计进行各种变化和修改。

Claims (2)

1.一种流体分配计,包括:
至少具有第一和第二流动位置的电磁阀;
分配计,用于测量所述分配计所分配的流体量;
至少具有第一和第二流动控制位置的操作者控制的开关;和
用于接收所述开关的位置并相应地操作所述电磁阀的控制器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液体分配计,还包括用于接收从外部源向所述分配计发出的分配授权并允许进行分配的装置。
