一种高效节能锅炉,包括有壳体、炉膛、炉胆、燃烧器和点火装置,所述炉胆内填充有水,烟管排布在所述水层内,所述炉胆面向炉膛一面向外延伸有储水坑,所述储水坑与炉胆连通。所述炉胆内上部为蒸汽,所述炉胆对应蒸汽层排布烟管,所述蒸汽层内烟管为水层内烟管延伸段。所述壳体内侧设有隔热圈,所述隔热圈与壳体之间形成保温腔,所述保温腔内填充有水,所述水与炉胆内水层连通。本发明将炉胆底部向外延伸储水坑,提高了受热面积,降低了加热周期,提高了效率;蒸汽层内排有烟管,释放的热量被蒸汽吸收,可以降低蒸汽冷凝,提高了热效率;同样,壳体内侧的保温腔能够达到保温和加热的作用。

本发明涉及一种锅炉。
(二)背景技术
现有锅炉结构包括有炉膛、炉胆等,一般炉胆底部受热部分为平面或弧面,受热面积较小,加热周期长,效率低;同时,这种结构的炉膛内远离炉胆一侧的热源得不到很好利用,从而也存在热效率低的缺点。
(三)发明内容
为了克服现有锅炉受热面积小,加热周期长的缺点,提供了一种炉胆受热面积大、加热效率高的高效节能锅炉。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种高效节能锅炉,包括有壳体、炉膛、炉胆、燃烧器和点火装置,所述炉胆内填充有水,烟管排布在所述水层内,所述炉胆面向炉膛一面向外延伸有储水坑,所述储水坑与炉胆连通。
所述炉胆内上部为蒸汽,所述炉胆对应蒸汽层排布烟管,所述蒸汽层内烟管为水层内烟管延伸段。
所述壳体内侧设有隔热圈,所述隔热圈与壳体之间形成保温腔,所述保温腔内填充有水,所述水与炉胆内水层连通。
本发明所述的一种高效节能锅炉的有益效果主要表现在:1、将炉胆底部向外延伸储水坑,提高了受热面积,降低了加热周期,提高了效率;2、蒸汽层内排有烟管,释放的热量被蒸汽吸收,可以降低蒸汽冷凝,提高了热效率;3、同样,壳体内侧的保温腔能够达到保温和加热的作用。

参照附图,一种高效节能锅炉,包括有壳体6、炉膛2、炉胆、燃烧器和点火装置,所述炉胆内填充有水,烟管5排布在所述水层4内,所述炉胆面向炉膛一面向外延伸有储水坑3,所述储水坑与炉胆连通。所述炉胆内上部为蒸汽,所述炉胆对应蒸汽层8排布烟管7,所述蒸汽层内烟管7为水层内烟管5延伸段。所述壳体内侧设有隔热圈9,所述隔热圈与壳体之间形成保温腔1,所述保温腔内填充有水,所述水与炉胆内水层连通。使用时,锅炉向外界提供蒸汽。

1、一种高效节能锅炉,包括有壳体、炉膛、炉胆、燃烧器和点火装置,所述炉胆内填充有水,烟管排布在所述水层内,其特征在于:所述炉胆面向炉膛一面向外延伸有储水坑,所述储水坑与炉胆连通。
2、如权利要求1所述的高效节能锅炉,其特征在于:所述炉胆内上部为蒸汽,所述炉胆对应蒸汽层排布烟管,所述蒸汽层内烟管为水层内烟管延伸段。
3、如权利要求1所述的高效节能锅炉,其特征在于:所述壳体内侧设有隔热圈,所述隔热圈与壳体之间形成保温腔,所述保温腔内填充有水,所述水与炉胆内水层连通。
