本实用新型涉及一种砂锅的节能装置,尤其是达到节能同时并快速致热的砂锅。
背景技术
日前公知的砂锅是泥烧制的单层罐体,当火焰接触砂锅底,沿着外壁向上,火焰内层接触砂锅外壁,火焰外层接触空气,空气对流会散发大量的热,如遇环境空气流速过快,损失热量会更大,故不节能,致热的速度也慢。
发明内容
为了克服现有砂锅不节能,致热速度慢的不足,本实用新型提供一种节能砂锅,不但节能,致热速度也快。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:在砂锅罐体上,包括罐体内壳、支撑导热点、罐体外壳,其特点:罐体内壳与罐体外壳由支撑导热点两端连接,当火焰进入罐体外壳底部的进火口,火焰就进入罐体内外壳之间形成排气通道内,这样具有烟囱的作用,将火焰由下向上形成一个力,从而增加火焰对罐体附着力,排气通道有支撑导热点,能把火焰中的热量进一步传导给罐体内壳,也保护罐体外壳过热烧坏。
本实用新型的有益效果:用支撑导热点的方式将支撑导热点吸收的热量与罐体外壳吸收火焰的热量一并传导给罐体内壳并使罐体内壳双重受热,利用排气通道,提高火焰对罐体内壳的附着力,从而全面提高热效率。

在图中,当火焰(8)上升致进火口(4),首先接触到砂锅底(7),火焰(8)继续上升进入砂锅内、外壳之间的排气通道(6),火焰(8)在排气通道(6)的作用下,形成一个向上的力,火焰(8)依附传热给砂锅罐体内壳(1)、支撑导热点(3)、砂锅罐体外壳(2),由于砂锅罐体内壳(1)内有食物等液体温度相对较低,故热量传向罐体内食物等液体,故砂锅罐体外壳(2)的热量与支撑导热点(3)的热量一并经支撑导热点(3)传导砂锅罐体内壳(1),从而进一步提高热效率。
