Abstract
用于人体或动物体的不同部位的接骨板的基本类型的五种变化,其中在同一板上的任一区域厚度相同或者在同一板上不同区域厚度不同。基本类型是具有中间腹板的等腰三角形。5种变化对应于基本类型的中间腹板和/或两边中任一边或两边的延长。应用例是在人体的颈颚骨折时的应用。

用于医疗和兽医领域。
接骨板用来固定骨头或骨头碎片彼此之间。现已经表明,关于骨固定医院日常程序中普遍使用的方法连续引发问题。
基于旋转稳定性,这些板都具有三角形的形状,即使在没有太大的用于板固定的空间区域的情况下也采用三角形的形状。然而,接骨板并不限于在人体或动物体中应用的特殊领域,也能够被用于根据特殊情况而有用的任何地方。
所述的接骨板是基本类型的变化。
基本类型的构成如下:等腰三角形的每个角都包含有螺孔(A在三角形顶点,B(左侧)和C(右侧)各自在一个等边的末端),在两边的中心处设有一增加稳定性的腹板,把等腰三角形分成为两个相同的直角三角形。在该腹板上有一大螺孔(D),位于三角形顶点(A)与相对边之间的中点。在腹板和三角形的边相交处还设有另一螺孔(E),在所有情况下A和D、D和E、B和E、以及C和E之间的距离相等。这是接骨板装置的所有5种变化都有的基本形式。一种变化是腹板和两边都延长,在三端的每一端再设有一螺孔(F在腹板的延伸处,G(左侧)和H(右侧)各自在一个等边的延伸处)。这三个螺孔位于与第三边(B、E和C所在边)平行的线上。E和F之间的距离与A和D之间的距离相等。
在上述板的基础上,在更进一步的变化中下述螺孔被省略:在变化1中,省略G和H,变化2是刚刚描述过的变化,变化3中省略F,变化4中省略H,变化5中省略与之对称的G。为了更好地理解,该接骨板依次被显示在图中。对此,板的俯视图显示了板的形状,包括有圆的螺孔。然而每个螺孔也可以是椭圆的或是任何其它有角的形状。
每个单独的板的各个角部可以是有角的或者非圆形的。为了在每个螺孔的周围具有足够的板材料,每个边和/或腹板在螺孔处可以加宽。在附图中,表示了在每个螺孔处被加宽的板。接骨板装置的5种变化的每一种的尺寸可以改变。
接骨板装置的5种变化的每一种的厚度在同一板的所有区域可以相同或者在同一板的不同区域可以不同。
接骨板装置的5种变化并不限于人体或动物体上的任何区域。然而,也发现了具体的应用范围,例如,人体的颈颚处骨折(颈颚位于下颌部分)处。

1.下列板类型的五种变化,
[等腰三角形ABC由中间腹板AE分成两个直角三角形ABE和ACE;D位于中间腹板上,使得AD与DE相等,DE、BE和CE也相等。在点A、B、C、D和E处设置有螺孔。腹板AB和腹板AC与螺孔D的侧部边界合并。腹板AB同时地直接连接螺孔A和B以及直接连接D和B,并且腹板AC直接连接A和C以及直接连接D和C。腹板AD与腹板AB和AC的邻接部分完全合并。这样,A和D以平面形式连接。
边AB和边AC分别延长至ABC和ACH,并且中间腹板AE延长至AEF,EF与DE等距,并且BEC与假想线GFH平行。在点F、G和H处设置有螺孔(一种变化)。只有F或G或H可以省略(三种变化)或者G和H同时省略(一种变化),每一种包括省略与相邻孔的连接。]

- 保护应该延伸至1.按照说明书中的接骨板装置的全部5种变化的形状,包括各个变化的不同的板尺寸和不同的板厚,即,同一板的所有区域厚度相同或者不同的区域厚度不同。
- 2.保护应该延伸至能够制造板的任何可能的材料。
