Abstract
用野生大豆嫁接大豆的方法,涉及一种将野生大豆嫁接到大豆植株上,培育出大豆新品种的方法。本方法如下:将野生大豆豆粒育苗,将普通大豆育苗,普通大豆豆苗出土长五片叶移栽到试验田,待株杆长高到15厘米,将离地6厘米高、离芽片叶2厘米的枝条剪去,植株作为砧木,并在砧木上开2厘米深的槽,将野生大豆幼苗的四片叶幼芽剪下,嫁接到砧木上,得嫁接大豆植株。用本方法嫁接的大豆单株,荚长粒大,扁形奇特,单荚3粒至4粒的为多,也有少数5粒的;植株所结的豆粒为金黄色、蛋园形、黑脐,百粒重一般高达30克至33克;豆粒的蛋白质总含量为70.21%。
Description
技术领域 本发明涉及一种将野生大豆嫁接到大豆植株上,培育出大豆新品种的方法。
背景技术 本申请人在居住地发现了几株如图1所示的,形状似野生四徒豆的野生大豆植株,它象野生豆科的大豆属双子叶植物纲,归豆科大豆属,其结荚多,豆荚细长,豆荚内豆粒小,金黄色、蛋园形、黑脐。豆荚内3粒至5粒豆粒占85%以上,不象本地大豆,有的只有一粒荚。煮着吃,是否可食用,味鲜美还有甜味。
发明内容 本发明的目的是针对上述现状,旨在提供一种将野生大豆嫁接到大豆植株上,培育出大豆新品种的方法。
本发明目的的实现方式为,用野生大豆嫁接大豆的方法,按如下步骤进行:
A、将野生大豆豆粒用营养钵育苗方法育苗,
B、将普通大豆用在塑料棚内营养钵育苗法育苗,
C、普通大豆豆苗出土长五片叶移栽到试验田,待株杆长高到15厘米,将离地6厘米高、离芽片叶2厘米的枝条剪去,植株作为砧木,并在砧木上开2厘米深的槽,
D、将野生大豆幼苗的四片叶幼芽剪下,剪口处的皮稍去些后,嫁接到砧木上,得嫁接大豆植株。
用本方法嫁接出的植株,荚长粒大,扁形奇特,单荚3粒至4粒的为多,也有少数5粒的。植株所结的豆粒为金黄色、蛋园形、黑脐,百粒重一般高达30克至33克;豆粒的蛋白质总含量为70.21%。

具体实施方式 本方法如下:将野生大豆豆粒育苗,将普通大豆育苗,普通大豆豆苗出土长五片叶移栽到试验田,待株杆长高到15厘米,将离地6厘米高、离芽片叶2厘米的枝条剪去,植株作为砧木,并在砧木上开2厘米深的槽,将野生大豆幼苗的四片叶幼芽剪下,嫁接到砧木上,得嫁接大豆植株。
参照图2,用本方法嫁接出三个大豆单株,荚长粒大,扁形奇特,单荚3粒至4粒的为多,也有少数5粒的。最高单株高1.1米分枝12个呈扇形,结荚728个种子净重526克,第二株高1米分枝11个结荚682个,种子净重518克,第三株高98厘米分枝10个,结荚598个种子净重502克。按这些植株分析,嫁接大豆得平均亩产应为650公斤,是(035)鄂豆4号对比的158.3公斤,产量为其4.11倍。参照图3,嫁接植株所结的豆粒为金黄色、蛋园形、黑脐。
本制备方法冬凌草甲素文献值吻合。中国农业科学作物品种资源所对用本方法所结的大豆,作了分析,分析结果为:蛋白质46.54,氮转换为蛋白蛋白质的系数为6.25、脂肪17.42、脂肪17.42%,蛋白质总含量为70.21%.

1、用野生大豆嫁接大豆的方法,其特征在于按如下步骤进行:
A、将野生大豆豆粒用营养钵育苗方法育苗,
B、将普通大豆用在塑料棚内营养钵育苗法育苗,
C、普通大豆豆苗出土长五片叶移栽到试验田,待株杆长高到15厘米,将离地6厘米高、离芽片叶2厘米的枝条剪去,植株作为砧木,并在砧木上开2厘米深的槽,
D、将野生大豆幼苗的四片叶幼芽剪下,剪口处的皮稍去些后,嫁接到砧木上,得嫁接大豆植株。
