Abstract

本发明涉及一种礼花弹引线定位胶及其使用方法，该定位胶选用耐热性好，坚韧可靠，附着力极佳的高分子树脂作粘接剂，可形成网状结构的材料作改性剂，易挥发而毒性小的物质作溶剂，从而具备干燥速度快，定位准确牢固，隔水防潮性能好，安全可靠等特点。还能取消定位胶定位过程中的缠线操作，省工省料。

Description

快速固化、安全可靠的礼花弹引线定位胶及其使用方法
技术领域  本发明涉及胶粘剂中的一种礼花弹引线定位粘合剂及其使用方法。
背景技术  礼花弹是鞭炮烟花产业中的重要品种，近似球形。纸壳内装有火药、彩粉，纸壳表面用牛皮纸多层包敷加固，燃放的引线经纸管进入内腔。该纸管是穿过纸壳的，是引线的通道。纸管必须固定于纸壳，同时纸管同纸壳间必须密封，以防冲包、低炸，起着隔热防潮作用。在此用于固定和密封纸管的胶粘剂即为礼花弹引线定位胶。
礼花弹已生产多年，引线定位胶已有两种，一种是日本、西班牙等国家使用的以聚醋酸乙烯为主要成分的乳白胶，该胶粘接力强，防潮性较好，不足之处是干燥较慢，延长了工期，如用烘烤方法加快干燥速度，又增大了不安全因素；另一种是中国已多年采用的引线护线漆，同时使用纱线加固。具体的操作是，在纸管与纸壳接触部分先涂一层护线漆，用纱线缠绕数圈，线圈表面再涂一层护线漆。这种纸管定位方法其优点是胶层薄，固化快，不足之处是安全可靠性不足，因胶层薄、线圈疏松，密封性难以保证，易发生回潮哑火或低炸现象。
发明内容  本发明提供一种新型定位胶及其施胶方法，达到了固化速度快，密封性能好，胶粘剂基本无毒的目的。这种新型引线定位胶的基本组成是：
粘结剂                    100(重量)份
改性剂                    0～2(重量)份
溶剂                      100(重量)份
填料                      0～80(重量)份
本发明的粘接剂是从大量的有机高分子化学品中优选出来的，它必须具备高的强度和韧性，耐热性能、耐环境性能较好，而且对被粘接对象有良好的粘结性。这种粘接剂可以是氯醋树脂、ABS树脂、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂。
本发明所用改性剂，主要是赋予定位胶一定的形状，即使胶粘剂有较突出的假塑性，将胶涂于纸管与纸壳接触处时，胶能随人意堆积成较厚的胶层，在干燥过程中不致于大幅度崩陷，导致干的胶膜过薄。这种改性剂可以是气相白炭黑、高岭土等。
本发明所用溶剂是挥发速度较快，毒性较小，刺激性亦较小的那些溶剂，且对粘结剂有良好溶解性。这些溶剂可以是丙酮、丁酮、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、溶剂汽油等，或它们两种或多种溶剂的混合物。
本发明选用的填料包括轻质碳酸钙、滑石粉、硅灰石粉、海泡石粉等。这些填料可增加胶层的硬度、强度。
本发明先将溶剂丁酮、丙酮、乙酸乙酯投入反应釜，开动搅拌器，再将氯醋树脂等加入，常温搅拌溶解4～8小时，然后加入改性剂、填料等，常温搅拌2小时，过滤出料，装桶密封保存。
本发明提供的施胶方法是，用特制竹签将定位胶涂在礼花弹与引线管联结处，堆积成一定厚度。由于定位胶粘度大，不易流动，故而风干后在礼花弹与引线管联结处形成一定厚度的硬韧胶膜，并与纸壳、引线管牢固地结合在一起。
具体实施方式  下面举出本发明的具体实施例：
[实施例1]、在玻璃三颈烧瓶中，依次加入乙酸乙酯30g，丁酮20g，ABS树脂41.8g，常温搅拌溶解约4小时，得到半透明的溶液，再加入二氧化硅2.0g，轻质碳酸钙11g，继续搅拌1小时，即得产品。
该产品为半透明的膏状物，有一定的流动性，良好的涂刷性。
该产品主要技术指标及试验方法是：
1、粘度：按GB/T2794-1995的规定执行。
2、拉伸剪切强度：参照采用GB7124-86胶粘剂拉伸剪切强度测定方法(金属对金属)。与GB7124-86不同之处是：
1)试样用硬质木片；
2)搭接长度是25.0±0.5mm。
3、礼花弹燃放试验，随机抽取使用本发明定位胶的礼花弹100个，按规定逐个燃放，记录哑火、低炸礼花弹个数。
[实施例2]  粘接剂改用聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂，其余同实例1。
[实施例3]  改性剂改用高岭土，其余同实例1。
[实施例4]  溶剂改为乙酸乙酯20g，丙酮30g，其余同实例1。
[实施例5]  选用石英粉10g，其余同实例1。
实施例1～5试验结果如下表：

1、一种快速固化、安全可靠的礼花弹引线定位胶，其特征在于其组成及重量比如下：
1)结剂                   100分
2)改性剂                 2分
3)溶剂                   100分
4)填料                   0～100分
其中：
1)可以是ABS树脂、氯醋树脂、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯。
2)可以是高岭土、硝化棉、白炭黑。
3)可以是丙酮、乙酸乙酯、丁酮或它们的混合物。
4)可以是石英粉、长石粉、轻质碳酸钙。
