Claims (6)

1. a water-in-oil emulsion composition is characterized in that, contains the Polyethylene Glycol of (a) salicyclic acid derivatives, (b) salt, (c) molecular weight 1,000~200,000 in the water (inner phase).
2. water-in-oil emulsion composition as claimed in claim 1, (a) composition is the alkoxyl salicylic acid shown in the following general formula (I) or its salt.
