Claims (6)
- 一.一种高聚物共混物混炼成型设备:主要包括一密炼机,一存胶室,一挤出机,其特征在于密炼机排胶口设在混炼室的侧壁上,在密炼机排胶口处装一挡胶板,根据需要可打开或关闭混炼室。密炼机排胶口与存胶室的进料口相连,存胶室的形状上半部分为方形或长方形,下半部分为方形,长方形或圆筒形的收敛形,容积为混炼室的1~3倍。存胶室的排胶口与挤出机的进料口相连。密炼机转子采用多棱剪切型转子,同为左旋或同为右旋,突棱在基圆柱上均布,也可以非对称分布。突棱螺旋角在25~50度之间,各突棱的螺旋角可以相等,也可以不相等。转子工作部分长度为l,突棱的长度为ln(n=1;2;3;...)。ln/l的值在0.5~0.9之内,分别从转子工作部分两端向中间延伸。各突棱的长度相等不相等均可。密炼机的两转子即可同方向旋转也可异方向旋转。
- 二.如权利要求一所述的高聚物共混物混炼成型设备,所述密炼机其特征在于在两条长棱的中间部位,可加上旋向相反的短棱,促进物料在转子上的内循环,提高对物料的混合剪切作用。
- 三.如权利要求一所述的高聚物共混物混炼成型设备,所述密炼机,其特征在于排料口处设有挡胶板,挡胶板用液压缸或气压缸控制,用以打开或关闭排胶口。
- 四.如权利要求一所述的高聚物共混物混炼成型设备,所述存胶室,其特征在于存胶室内安装了强制加料装置,该装置用液压或气动方式控制其下压或上提。
- 五.如权利要求一所述的高聚物共混物混炼成型设备,所述存胶室,其特征在于存胶室内安装了料位传感器,该料位传感器与密炼机、挤出机的控制系统相连,可根据料位的高低,控制密炼机、挤出机的转速。
- 六.一种高聚物共混物混炼成型的方法:在密炼机按照工艺规定的程序完成密炼工艺后,控制挡胶板的液压缸带动挡胶板向下运动打开排料口,在排料口打开的同时密炼机两转子作同方向旋转,将混炼好的胶料排入存胶室,控制强制加料装置的液压缸带动强制加料装置反复上下运动,不断的将混炼好的胶料压入挤出机进料口中,以保证混炼好的胶料连续不断的进入挤出机,从而实现挤出成型。
