一种带补偿节流流量的热泵机组,涉及空调技术领域。本发明包括由压缩机(1)、四通阀(3)、冷凝器(4)、蒸发器(7)、汽液分离器(2)和节流器组成的系统回路。其结构特点是,所述节流器是由双向膨胀阀(5)和毛细管(6)组成。双向膨胀阀(5)串联在上述系统回路中,毛细管(6)与双向膨胀阀(5)并联连接。同现有技术相比,本发明使热泵机组在制冷和制热运行过程中都能够满足流量的需求,使机组运行更加稳定可靠,工作效率大大提高。

Description

一种带补偿节流流量的热泵机组
技术领域
本发明涉及空调技术领域,特别是带补偿节流流量的热泵机组。
背景技术
传统的热泵机组中的节流设备大多采用由两个膨胀阀和两个单向阀组成的节流回路,如图1所示;或者是由一个膨胀阀和四个单向阀组成的节流回路,如图2所示。以保证双向节流时具有相同的节流特性。这两种回路的缺点是结构复杂,不仅占用了较大的空间、增加了材料成本,还由于焊点多、容易造成泄漏。为此,现有技术的热泵机组中使用了一种双向膨胀阀来取代传统的阀组件回路,可以大大简化设备结构,降低设备成本。但在使用中,由于双向膨胀阀的调节能力有限、工况范围窄,所以存在制冷和制热两个过程中制冷剂节流流量平衡困难、效率不高的问题。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种带补偿节流流量的热泵机组。它可使热泵机组在制冷和制热运行过程中都能够满足流量的需求,使机组的运行更稳定可靠、工作效率大大提高。
为了达到上述的发明目的,本发明的技术方案以如下方式实现:
一种带补偿节流流量的热泵机组,它包括由压缩机、四通阀、冷凝器、蒸发器、汽液分离器和节流器组成的系统回路。其结构特点是,所述节流器是由双向膨胀阀和毛细管组成。双向膨胀阀串联在上述系统回路中,毛细管与双向膨胀阀并联连接。
由于本发明采用了上述的技术方案,增加了与双向膨胀阀并联的毛细管。在热泵机组制冷时,双向膨胀阀与毛细管共同对制冷剂节流;而在热泵机组制热时,毛细管对反向流动的双向膨胀阀起补偿作用。同现有技术相比,本发明不仅可使热泵机组在制冷和制热运行过程中都能够满足流量的需求,而且机组运行更加稳定可靠,工作效率大大提高。
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。

具体实施方式
参看图3,本发明包括压缩机1、四通阀3、冷凝器4、双向膨胀阀5、与双向膨胀阀5并联的毛细管6、蒸发器7和汽液分离器2,其相互通过管路连接形成热泵机组。
本发明在制冷过程中,压缩机1对通过汽液分离器2从蒸发器7吸入的低温低压制冷剂蒸汽进行压缩,产生的高温高压蒸气由压缩机1的排气口经四通阀3进入冷凝器4,并被冷凝成高压的液体经双向膨胀阀5的正向和毛细管6的共同节流,形成低温低压的湿蒸气进入蒸发器7,再被蒸发汽化成低温低压的蒸汽,回到四通阀3经汽液分离器2进入压缩机1的吸气端,依此循环往复。
本发明在制热过程中,制冷时的蒸发器7作为冷凝器使用,冷凝器4作为蒸发器使用。压缩机1对通过汽液分离器2从蒸发器4吸入的低温低压制冷剂蒸汽进行压缩,产生的高温高压蒸气由压缩机1的排气口经四通阀3进入冷凝器7,并被冷凝成高压的液体经双向膨胀阀5的反向和毛细管6的补偿节流,形成低温低压的湿蒸气进入蒸发器4,再被蒸发汽化成低温低压的蒸汽,回到四通阀3经汽液分离器2进入压缩机1的吸气端,依此循环往复。

1、一种带补偿节流流量的热泵机组,它包括由压缩机(1)、四通阀(3)、冷凝器(4)、蒸发器(7)、汽液分离器(2)和节流器组成的系统回路,其特征在于,所述节流器是由双向膨胀阀(5)和毛细管(6)组成,双向膨胀阀(5)串联在上述系统回路中,毛细管(6)与双向膨胀阀(5)并联连接。
