Abstract
本发明涉及一种带锯,尤其用于切割岩石,所述带锯具有一个基带(1)和一些烧结的磨削段(3),其中,所述磨削段(3)烧结到与基带(1)焊接的过渡体(2)上。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种带锯,尤其用于切割岩石,它具有一个基带和一些烧结的磨削段,本发明还涉及一种相关的制造方法。
背景技术
所述带锯由于微小的切割宽度以及高的导向精度而与众不同。此外它提供了一种分割非常大的工件的方法。尽管在金属加工工业中对带锯的应用积累了多方面的积极经验,但是目前将带锯富有成效地用于岩石加工的所有试验都失败了。这个事实的原因尤其是因为在岩石加工过程中产生的大的作用力。这些作用力在目前对于岩石的使用试验中经常导致烧结的或也包括焊接的磨削段从基带上脱落,由此使带锯迅速地报废。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是,实现一种带锯,它适合用于岩石加工。
为此按照本发明规定,将所述磨削段烧结在与基带焊接的过渡体上。
所述带锯的基带对于微小的厚度必需具有高的韧性和高的断裂强度。此外所述基带必需具有特别好的弯曲磨损特性,以便承受住在带锯机的轴辊上导引时的应力。试验已经证实,那些由于其特性适合作为基带的材料都不适合于牢固而持久的磨削段烧结。只有通过加入按照本发明所规定的过渡体才能同时实现最佳的基带特性以及可靠地固定烧结的磨削段。此外烧结到过渡体上的磨削段与下面的基带连接分开进行加工在加工工艺上是有利的。
为了可靠地使过渡体与基带连接最好规定,所述过渡体通过激光焊接与基带焊接。
如果基带每直线米上具有25至45个磨削段、最好是约35个磨削段,这对于最佳的磨削效率是有利的。
通过使基带具有一个0.9mm至2.2mm的厚度,最好是约1.65mm的厚度实现最佳的弯曲和强度特性。
已经证实,作为基带的材料尤其是48CrMoV67钢材是经受住考验的。如果过渡体由含碳量小于0.35%或碳当量小于0.75%的钢材制成,尤其是由St 52或25CrMo4制成,则能够保证过渡体和基带具有良好的耐磨性。
为了不妨碍带锯在带锯机轴辊上环绕,最好规定,所述磨削段的长度(l)为8mm至15mm之间,最好是约10.5mm。
所述磨削段在用于岩石切割时所必需的硬度通过使用金刚石颗粒作为切割材料得以实现。在此烧结结合剂是一种混合物被证实是有效的,它含有铁、钴、铜、钨和锡中的至少两种元素。
所述磨削段与过渡体之间的连接强度能够由此得到提高,即,过渡体在烧结磨削段的那个区域在横截面上局部地变小。
按照本发明的用于加工烧结到过渡体上的磨削段的方法规定,在一个至少为磨削段的长度(l)的两倍的长度(L)上,将含有切割材料的可烧结的粘接剂烧结到构成过渡体的材料上,然后将其断开或截开成具有烧结的磨削段的单个过渡体。
这种方法能够有效地加工烧结到过渡体上的磨削段。
为了断开或截开具有磨削段的过渡体,最好使用一种激光切割。

具体实施方式
在图1至3中所示的带锯具有一个基带1,它由48CrMoV67制成。因此按照公式C=C+(Mn/6)+(Cr/5)+(Ni/15)+(Mo/4)计算的碳当量超过0.95%。基带1的宽度b为约60mm,厚度d约1.65mm。
所述基带1从原理上可以具有任意的长度,其中这个长度适配于所使用的带锯装置转向辊的距离。为了在切割岩石时也达到高的切割效率,基带1每一直线米具有约35个磨削段3。
所述磨削段3不直接安置在基带1上,而是按照本发明中间插入过渡体2。该过渡体2通过一种CO2激光与基带1焊接。
如图3所示,过渡体2的上部区域变小,以保证最佳地固定磨削段3。所述过渡体2由St 52和25CrMo4制成并可以在烧结磨削段3的那个区域覆上一个铜层。
所述磨削段3的长度l约10.5mm而高度h约9mm。作为在切割区域以磨削方式去除岩石的切割材料,所述磨削段具有金刚石颗粒,它被掺入烧结结合剂。所述烧结结合剂由一种铁、钴、铜、钨和锡的混合物制成。
如图4所示实施例所表示的那样,所述磨削段3的边缘区3a可以具有一个比核心区域高的切割材料密度。这一点将改善切割特性。
由图5可以看出那个变化,其中所述磨削段3向外锥形扩展地延伸,其中图示是夸张的。所述磨削段3在外部区域仅略宽于在内部区域。
图6仅以示意图示出了按照本发明的制造方法。在构成过渡体2的一个材料段上,在一个长度L上安置切割材料,尤其是含有金刚石颗粒的可烧结的粘接剂。对含有切割材料的粘接剂进行冷挤压并接着在压力下进行烧结。通过一种激光切割可以沿着虚线断开或截开成具有烧结磨削段3的单个过渡体2。接着将被断开或截开的块体分别与基带1焊接。
Claims (16)
1.一种带锯,尤其用于切割岩石,所述带锯具有一个基带(1)和一些烧结的磨削段(3),其特征在于,所述磨削段(3)烧结到与基带(1)焊接的过渡体(2)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的带锯,其特征在于,所述过渡体(2)通过激光焊接与基带(1)焊接。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的带锯,其特征在于,所述基带(1)每直线米具有25至45个磨削段(3),最好是约35个磨削段(3)。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的带锯,其特征在于,所述基带(1)的厚度(d)为0.9mm至2.2mm,最好为约1.65mm。
5.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的带锯,其特征在于,所述基带(1)由碳当量大于0.95%的钢材制成,尤其是由48CrMoV67制成。
6.如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的带锯,其特征在于,所述过渡体(2)由含碳量小于0.35%或碳当量小于0.75%的钢材制成,尤其是由St 52或25CrMo4制成。
7.如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的带锯,其特征在于,所述磨削段(3)的长度(l)为8mm至15mm,最好为约10.5mm。
8.如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的带锯,其特征在于,所述磨削段(3)的高度(h)为7mm至13mm。
9.如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的带锯,其特征在于,所述磨削段(3)含有金刚石颗粒作为切割材料。
10.如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的带锯,其特征在于,所述磨削段(3)的烧结结合剂含有铁、钴、铜、钨和锡中的至少两种元素。
11.如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的带锯,其特征在于,所述磨削段(3)具有一个边缘区(3a),它具有不同的切割材料密度,最好具有较高的切割材料密度。
12.如权利要求1至11中任一项所述的带锯,其特征在于,所述磨削段(3)在横截面上向外锥形扩展地延伸。
13.如权利要求1至12中任一项所述的带锯,其特征在于,所述过渡体(2)在烧结磨削段(3)的那个区域在横截面上局部地变小。
14.一种用于加工烧结到过渡体(2)上的磨削段(3)的方法,所述磨削段尤其用于如权利要求1至13中任一项所述的带锯,其特征在于,在一个至少为一个磨削段(3)的长度(l)的两倍的长度(L)上,将含有切割材料的可烧结的粘接剂烧结到构成过渡体(2)的材料上,然后将其断开或截开成具有烧结的磨削段(3)的单个过渡体(2)。
15.如权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,为了断开或截开具有磨削段(3)的过渡体(2),使用一种激光切割。
16.如权利要求14或15所述的方法,其特征在于,首先将含有切割材料的可烧结的粘接剂冷挤压到构成过渡体(2)的材料上,然后接着在压力下进行烧结。
