Description

用于矫形的插入件
技术领域
本发明在更广的方面涉及用于矫形的插入件。
尤其地，本发明涉及包括广口瓶状主体的插入件，所述主体包括裙部并在一端通过端壁闭合并在相对端上敞开，其中通过开口可以进入所述裙部内部限定的腔部。
这样的插入件的典型示例应用涉及关节假肢，即，用于恢复受损坏的关节的功能的机械装置。在这种情况下，插入件将固定到骨的髓管中并连接到关节假肢的关节接头半部分，所述关节接头用于恢复受损关节的功能。
背景技术
插入件公知用于安装在骨的髓管内，接着对其细心成形，并通过至少插入件的区域的膨胀而在那里固定，这样插入件可以紧紧地固定在管内并直接与骨相接触。此后，由于骨组织允许在所安装的插入件之上生长并牢固地保持插入件在位，设置在插入件表面上的多孔敷层作为骨组织与骨进行骨结合。
作为一个规则，这样的插入件的形式是包括优选具有平截锥轮廓的小张角的圆柱形裙部的广口瓶状主体。此平截锥的更小的基部通过圆形端壁闭合，在此平截锥的相对基部上主体通过开口敞开，这样可以进入通过裙部所限定的基本圆柱形腔部。腿骨被安装在所述腔部内。所安装的腿骨具有可变形效果，其至少在插入件裙部的区域上在径向的方向中相对插入件径向膨胀。
插入件需要具有优良的机械属性，并有必须具有生物可兼容性：在矫形中，通常使用钛或者铬钴合金。
为了让插入件根据需要膨胀，第一现有技术建议指出使用小的薄件：但是，在这种情况下，裂纹很可能通过薄插入件壁延展并允许骨组织不利地长到插入件中，这导致插入件偏离理想的轴线，所述轴线在骨的髓管的准备阶段被使用。通过骨生长到插入件中所带来的另外的缺陷是已经安装的腿骨不能恢复，例如在假肢的移植之后的可能的操作中。
第二现有技术指出减轻裙部的区域中的材料，诸如在平截锥轮廓的壁中形成一系列纵向槽。再次，裂纹可能沿着这样的槽延展并允许骨组织生长到插入件中。
发明内容
本发明的所要解决的问题是提供一种矫形用关节接头，能够克服参照现有技术中所提到的缺点。
根据本发明，所述问题通过用于矫形的插入件解决如上所述的问题，其特征在于如前所指出的那样，至少一个切口形成通过至少所述裙部的一部分，所述至少一个切口将所述腔连通到裙部的外部并基本沿着裙部的长度方向延展。
根据本发明的用于矫形的插入件的进一步的特征和优点将从实施例的详细说明并结合附图，通过非限定性示例而得以显而易见。

具体实施方式
现在参照附图，说明根据本发明的所示的矫形用关节接头，全文中用10指示。
插入件10通常用于安装在骨的髓管中，然后经过对其仔细成形，插入件10具有纵向轴X-X和包括通常圆柱形裙部12的广口瓶状主体。
裙部12在一端通过端壁15闭合，并在相对端16通过开口17敞开，从而可以进入到裙部12中所限定的腔部18。此腔部18通常是圆柱形状。腿骨(图中未示出)可以安装在腔部18中，引入腿骨导致至少裙部10的区域22相对插入件轴线X-X在径向方向膨胀。实际上，区域22形成裙部12的弱化区域。插入件10由生物兼容性材料诸如钛或者铬钴合金。插入件的骨接触区域镀以羟磷灰石以与骨进行骨结合。
裙部12的轮廓在两个轴向相对区域24和26变平。插入件10的开口17在一相对侧上以锥形分叉28相对腔部18延展到基本圆柱形外侧形状的端接套环30中。套环30限定通口32，所述通口32例如是四边形的，优选是矩形的，通口32大于插入件10的腔18并与所述腔18相连通。
裙部12的外轮廓具有周向槽34。此外，至少一个切口36通过裙部12的至少一部分来形成，尤其是在朝向通过端壁15闭合的端部的侧面上，至少形成一个切口36，所述切口36将腔部18与裙部12的外部相连通并基本在裙部12的长度方向延展。
根据本发明的一方面，切口36位于基本平行于插入件10的轴线X-X的切口平面并基本与腔部18相切，即，在图示中，切口延展与基本圆柱形腔部18的圆柱体的母线周长相切。优选地，切口36等距离围绕周长，例如，可以有四个这样的切口。
总之，腿骨基本是平截锥并朝向一端张开，在所述一端形成有基本圆柱形差拍(beat)套环。与腿骨的平截锥部分相邻的套环的基端设有具有合适横截面形状的平行六面体主体，能够插入到插入件10的套环30的通口32中。
现在说明根据本发明的用于矫形的插入件的操作。
插入件10首先引入到骨的髓管中。
腿骨然后通过开口17引入到插入件10的腔部18中。腿骨的平截锥部分传统地压缩腔部18的侧壁，例如，其提供过盈关系，并在径向变形裙部12的区域22。腿骨22相对腔18的内壁的压力导致裙部12的区域22膨胀，所述压力增加直到腿骨的差拍套环与插入件10的终端套环30相邻。
此膨胀通过所提供的切口36而增加。但是，对切口36所选择的特殊的布置防止较大的通端口形成在插入件10的外部和插入件10的内部之间，这样防止骨组织生长到插入件10中。实际上，当切口36的外部敞开，切口36的内部趋于自身闭合，由此关闭未变形切口36的通端口。
必须指出，通过插入件的良好膨胀，所使用的插入件的良好的稳定性在假肢移植之后立即实现：这样允许较快的恢复。最后，将发生插入件10和骨之间的最终骨接合：这种稳定的锚定自身建立在周向槽34上，后者通过裙部12的膨胀而变形。相应地，生长到槽34中的骨组织将插入件10牢固在位固定，尤其是在轴向的方向中。
不能忽视的是，插入件10在前部通过端壁15闭合以防止骨向内生长。此外，位于套环30的前部的插入件10的锥形分叉防止形成不利的阶梯状骨吸收。
根据本发明的矫形用的插入件的主要优点是其允许在不用冒在插入件侧壁断裂的危险的情况下允许非正常量的膨胀。
普通技术人员对刚才所描述的用于矫形的插入件可以进行一些变化，其范围落入本发明的范围中，如下述权利要求所限定的那样。

Claims (13)

1.一种用于矫形的插入件(10)，包括广口瓶状主体，所述主体包括具有纵向轴(X-X)的基本圆柱形裙部(12)，其中所述广口瓶状主体在一端(14)通过端壁(15)闭合，并在一相对端(16)敞开，从开口(17)可以进入限定在所述裙部(12)中的基本圆柱形腔部(18)，在所述腔部(18)中可以插入腿骨，在至少所述裙部(12)的区域(22)中相对所述插入件(10)的轴线(X-X)沿径向向外的方向产生变形，其特征在于，至少一个切口(36)通过至少裙部(12)的一部分形成，所述至少一个切口(36)将所述腔部(18)连通到裙部(12)的外部并基本沿裙部(12)的长度方向延展。
2.根据权利要求1所述的插入件(10)，其特征在于，所述切口(36)形成在基本平行于所述插入件(10)的轴线(X-X)的切口平面中并基本与所述圆柱形腔部(18)相切。
3.根据权利要求1或者2所述的插入件(10)，其特征在于，提供了一系列所述切口(36)，并围绕周长等距分布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的插入件(10)，其特征在于，所述插入件安装在骨的髓管中，接着对其径向细心成形。
5.根据权利要求1所述的插入件(10)，其特征在于，其是具有生物兼容性的材料并在与骨相接触的区域涂敷以羟磷灰石。
6.根据权利要求1所述的插入件(10)，其特征在于，所述裙部(12)外部在两个轴向相对区域(24，26)变扁平。
7.根据权利要求1所述的插入件(10)，其特征在于，所述相对侧面上的开口(17)具有锥形分叉(28)相对腔部(18)延展到基本圆柱形形状的端接套环(30)中。
8.根据权利要求7所述的插入件(10)，其特征在于，所述套环(30)形成有大于插入件(10)的腔部(18)的通口(32)，所述通口(32)与所述腔部(18)相连通。
9.根据权利要求8所述的插入件(10)，其特征在于，所述通口(32)具有四边形形状。
10.根据权利要求1所述的插入件(10)，其特征在于，所述裙部向外具有周向槽(34)。
11.根据权利要求1所述的插入件(10)，其特征在于，所述至少裙部(12)的一部分位于朝向通过端壁(15)闭合的端部(14)的侧面上。
12.根据权利要求1所述的插入件(10)，其特征在于，所述腿骨具有基本朝向端部张开的平截锥，在所述一端形成有基本圆柱形差拍套环。
13.根据权利要求9和12所述的插入件(10)，其特征在于，与腿骨的平截锥部分相邻的所述套环的基端设有具有合适横截面形状的平行六面体主体，所述平行六面体主体能够插入到插入件(10)的套环(30)的通口(32)中。
