本发明是仙人掌猪用饲料添加剂,其原料由玉米面、麦麸、次粉、乳清粉、生物素蛋白粉、玉米糖浆、石粉、磷酸氢钙、食盐、复合预混料,再加入仙人掌微粉,制成仙人掌猪用饲料添加剂,其特征在于:各种原料的重量百份配比:玉米面5-10、麦麸10-30、次粉2-6、石粉3-6、磷酸氢钙2-4、食盐2-3、生物素蛋白粉5-15、玉米糖浆6-10、仙人掌微粉1-10、复合预混料1-5组成。经清理、粉碎配料、混合制成仙人掌猪用饲料添加剂。

1、仙人掌微粉:是该饲料中具有功能饲料添加剂的主要原料;仙人掌中含有18种人和动物必需的氨基酸和多种微量元素,以及多糖、墨斯卡林、酪胺、N—甲基酪胺、安哈定、安哈里宁、大麦芽碱、佩落碱等生物碱;芸香甙、橙皮甙、葛极素、白果双黄酮等多种黄酮;胆留醇、豆留醇、燕麦留醇、谷留酸、SOD、脂肪酸、植物凝集素等其它众多活性成分,这些活性成份是仙人掌发挥作用的基础,有独特的食用药用价值,被应用于各领域。鲜仙人掌经干燥制成微粉,25公斤鲜仙人掌制成1公斤仙人掌微粉。
2、玉米面:水分≤14%;蛋白质≥8%;黄曲霉毒素B1≤500ppb。
3、麦麸:水份≤13%,蛋白质≥14%,粗纤维≤10%。
4、次粉:水份≤13%,蛋白质≥11%,黄曲霉毒素B1≤500ppb。
5、生物素蛋白粉:水份≤10%,活菌数40亿/g。
6、玉米糖浆:水份≤12,蛋白质≥24。
7、磷酸氢钙:水分≤5%,磷15-17%,钙20-23%,氟≤0.18%。
8、石粉:钙≥37.5%,镁≤0.5%。
为了验证仙人掌猪用饲料添加剂的效果,选用黑龙江省双城市希勤种猪场进行试喂。该场位于双城市西郊,占地80万亩。饲养长白猪、大白猪、皮特兰等优良品种猪,商品猪5000多头,种猪400余头,年收入40-50万元。试验猪选择三元杂交猪120头,在同一条件下按一定比例投入常规猪饲料。分对应两组,对照组60头,试验组60头,在饲料中按0.1%比例添加仙人掌猪用饲料添加剂。从2004年3月20日开始于2004年6月13日止,饲养期85天。

用仙人掌猪用饲料添加剂喂猪85天其表现是:
1、猪的肠道有益菌增多,免疫力增强,85天中没有发生肠胃疾病。
2、增重快,试验组比对照组日增重0.054千克,日增重提高10.11%.
3、饲料转化率提高,料肉比下降,试验组料肉比,比对照组下降10%,降低了饲养成本,提高了经济效益。
4、猪粪便臭味基本消除,畜舍卫生环境得以改善,有利猪生长和饲养人员的身体健康。
本发明与现有的技术相比:仙人掌猪用饲料添加剂是一种安全性的饲料添加剂,该饲料添加剂中没有对饲养的猪的健康和生长性能造成实际危害的有毒有害物质,并且这类物质不会在猪产品中残留,蓄积而危害人类健康或对人类的生存环境造成威胁。仙人掌猪用饲料添加剂是以仙人掌、粮食为主要原料,它具有调节采食中枢,促进消化道的消化液分泌,改善内分泌系统的功能,可消化碳水化合物、粗蛋白、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、钙、磷、钾、镁等微量元素,可刺激胃泌素、胰岛素、神经肽、瘦素等激素的大量分泌,增进动物食欲,提高猪的消化机能,提高饲料转化率;同时可增强免疫功能。仙人掌猪用饲料添加剂可以根据猪各个发育阶段的不同需要提供全价饲料。提高猪生长速度和产品质量,确保“放心肉”的供应,提高经济效益,有利环境保护。
具体实施方式:
仙人掌猪用饲料添加剂由玉米面、麦麸、次粉、石粉、乳清粉、磷酸氢钙、食盐、生物素蛋白粉、玉米糖浆、仙人掌微粉、复合预混料组成,各种原料的重量百分配比:玉米面5-10、麦麸10-30、次粉2-6、石粉3-6、磷酸氢钙2-4、食盐2-3、生物素蛋白粉5-15、玉米糖浆6-10、仙人掌微粉1-10、复合预混料1-5组成。经清理、粉碎配料、混合制成仙人掌猪用饲料添加剂。在配制的过程中,按原料的重量多少,将玉米面、麦麸、乳清粉、生物素蛋白粉用大型设备分别进行清理、除杂铁、粉碎后进入配料仓。剩下其它原料用小型专用设备分别进行清理、粉碎、进入配料仓。配料后,首先将次粉、石粉、玉米糖浆、磷酸氢钙、食盐、仙人掌微粉、复合预混料先进行混合均匀后,再与玉米面、生物素蛋白粉、乳清粉、麦麸进行混合搅拌均匀,成粉状成品,然后制粒、冷却、筛分成粒状仙人掌猪用饲料添加剂,然后包装或散装出厂。
实施例:
按上述配比取出各种原料,重量单位是公斤,用于猪的饲料添加剂:仙人掌微粉8、复合预混料3、麦麸25、次粉5、乳清粉23、生物素蛋白粉10、玉米糖浆8、食盐2、磷酸氢钙3、石粉5、玉米粉8。将生物素蛋白粉、玉米粉、乳清粉、麦麸分别进行清理、除杂铁后用大型专用设备进行粉碎,进入配料仓。再将余下的原料分别进行清理除杂铁后,用小型专用设备进行粉碎,进入配料仓。将各原料配料后,先将次粉、石粉、玉米糖浆、磷酸氢钙、食盐、仙人掌微粉、复合预混料先进行混合,混合均匀后,再与生物素蛋白粉、大豆皮、麦麸用混合搅拌机混合均匀后成粉状,再进行制粒、冷却、筛分成粒状仙人掌猪用饲料添加剂,然后包装或散装出厂。

1、一种仙人掌猪用饲料添加剂,包括复合预混料,麦麸、玉米面、次粉、石粉、生物素蛋白粉、玉米糖浆、食盐、磷酸氢钙、其特征在于:各种原料重量百份配比:玉米面5-10、麦麸10-30、次粉2-6、石粉3-6、磷酸氢钙2-4、食盐2-3、生物素蛋白粉5-15、玉米糖浆6-10、仙人掌微粉1-10、复合预混料1-5组成,经清理、粉碎配料、混合制成仙人掌猪用饲料添加剂。
