Abstract

一种通知一电话的来电者关于受话方电话的操作模式的方法，操作模式是指受话方将其所处环境下对其电话的操作设定；受话方的电话是连接于一电话网络，该方法包含：受话方选取该电话的操作模式；传输该电话的操作模式至该电话网络，以及当该来电者的来电未被受话方接听时，该电话网络会通知该来电者该电话所选定的操作模式。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种通知电话操作模式的方法，特别涉及一种通知来电者受话方电话的操作模式的方法。
背景技术
电话一直用来联络朋友、家人、同事等等，但是有时候人们却希望自己不要被来电打扰或是因故无法接听来电的时候，基于此，目前移动电话多设有操作模式的设定，如：”会议中”、”开车中”...等，以方便电话使用者在不方便接听电话的使用环境下，暂时拒接来电。
但是这样的设计却也带来缺点，举例来说，假设电话是指移动电话，而电话的使用者正在开车回家，此时却有一个来电，基于安全或是法律的因素，使用者可能无法接听，但是来电者却无法知道移动电话的使用者所处的环境，或无法接听的原因，这会使来电者不放心或是困惑于受话者无法接听的理由。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是提供一种方法，用来通知来电者其所拨号的电话受话者的操作模式状态，以解决上述问题。
本发明是提供一种通知一电话来电者关于该电话受话者的操作模式的方法，该电话是连接于一电话网络，该方法包含选取该电话的操作模式；传输该电话的操作模式至该电话网络，；以及当该来电者的来电未被该电话受话者接听时，该电话网络会通知该来电者该电话所选定的操作模式。
本发明的优点在于，该电话网络会通知来电者其所拨号的电话的操作模式状态，使得来电者知道该电话的持有人正在做什么，或是知道无法接听的理由。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1，图1为第一电话10与第二电话20通过电话网络30连接的示意图。第一电话10可为一移动电话，但是其它电话也属于本发明的范畴。
当第一电话10的持有人不想要被打扰或是无法接听任何来电时，第一电话10的持有人可以选择一操作模式，例如”会议中”、”开车中”、”睡眠中”等等。在选定第一电话10的操作模式后，第一电话10会将选定的操作模式传送至电话网络30。选择第一电话10的操作模式可以让来电者知道第一电话10的状况。
假设一位使用第二电话20的人打电话给第一电话10，而第一电话的持有人无法响应，此时第一电话10就会传送其操作模式至电话网络30，而电话网络30会将该操作模式传予第二电话20。如此一来，使用第二电话20的使用者会马上知道第一电话10的持有人的状态，也就不会在困惑于为何第一电话10的持有人不接电话的理由。
请参阅图2，图2为本发明通知第二电话20的使用者有关第一电话的设定状态的方法的流程图。
步骤100：开始；
步骤102：第一电话10的持有人选择第一电话10的操作模式；
步骤104：第二电话20的使用者打电话给第一电话10；
步骤106：电话网络30接收第二电话20的来电，并连结第二电话20至第一电话10；
步骤108：若第一电话10的持有人并没有响应，则将第一电话10已选择的操作模式传输至电话网络30；
步骤110：电话网络30将第一电话10选取的操作模式通知第二电话的使用者；以及
步骤112：结束。
请参阅图3，图3为本发明中各种第一电话10的操作模式例所对应的识别码的对照图50。对照图50显示三种操作模式以及其所对应识别(ID)码。举例来说，”会议中”对应到的识别码为“010”，”开车中”对应到的识别码为“011”，而”睡眠中”对应到的识别码为“012”。
请参阅图4，图4为图2的方法的信息传递方式的示意图。在步骤102中，第一电话10的持有人选择了操作模式“会议中”。在步骤104里，第二电话20的使用者通过电话网络30打电话给第一电话10。在步骤106中，电话网络30会连结第二电话20至第一电话10，在步骤108中，当第一电话10没有响应时，第一电话10会传送选定的操作模式“010”至电话网络30。在步骤110中，电话网络30会将“010”转译为语音信息，其内容为“电话使用者会议中”，并传送该语音信息至第二电话20。
本发明的第一电话10可为一移动电话，而电话网络30可为一移动电话网络。因为所有给移动电话的来电都会经由移动电话网络来转送，所以本发明利用既有的移动电话网络架构来实施会比较简单。移动电话的固件应需升级为可传送设定状态至该移动电话网络，此外，该移动电话网络也应能够转译该受话者的电话操作模式至对应的语音信息(例如前述的“电话使用者会议中”)以通知来电者该电话的操作模式。电话网络30可以接收第一电话10所选取的操作模式并通知来电者。本发明的第一电话10并不局限于使用移动电话，也可以使用其它种类的电话来选择设定状态。
相较于已知技术，本发明的方法可使用电话网络自动地通知一电话的来电者关于受话者电话的操作模式，因此该来电者可以直接且快速地了解受话者的状态。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例，凡依本发明申请专利范围所做的均等变化与修饰，皆应属本发明专利的涵盖范围。

Claims (5)

1.一种通知一电话的来电者关于该电话的操作模式的方法，该电话是连接于一电话网络，该方法包含：
选取该电话的一操作模式；
传输该电话的该操作模式至该电话网络；以及
当该来电者的来电未被该电话接听时，该电话网络会通知该来电者该电话所选定的该操作模式。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法，其中，该电话是一移动电话。
3.如权利要求2所述的方法，其中，该电话网络是一移动电话网络。
4.如权利要求1所述的方法，其中，该电话是传输一表示该操作模式的识别码至该电话网络。
5.如权利要求4所述的方法，其中，该电话网络会转译该识别码为一对应的语音信息，以用来通知该来电者关于该电话所选定的该操作模式。
