Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于称作鼠标的计算机输入设备的垫片物(鼠标垫),它由至少一个由开裂成微纤维单丝的双或多组分纤维或单丝组成的织造或针织层或一种无纺布层组成,其中开裂通过表面高压流体束处理进行。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于称为鼠标的计算机输入设备的垫片物(鼠标垫)。
背景技术
由资料DE29722764U1已知一种用于计算机鼠标的垫片物,特别是滚动垫片物,它是一可在喷墨印(刷)花机(Tintenstrahldrucker)内印花的印张的一部分,并且在底侧上设有防滑覆盖层。这里底面应该由由一用乳胶或丙烯酸树脂浸渍/预处理的纤维素无纺布组成,印花(刷)墨(浆)通过短时间的加热固着(色)。其次由JP09241959已知一种由非常细的纤维组成并用树脂浸渍的无纺布。纤维在表面的端部上具有锤头状结构。这种鼠标垫应该具有良好的可吸尘性。资料JP10312240说明了一种其表面由织造的纺织物组成的鼠标垫,该鼠标垫(纤维)具有0.05至1旦尼尔的纤维纤度以及还有一由一由直径为0.1至20μm的纤维组成的、密度为0.1至0.4g/cm2和厚度为0.1至0.5mm的弹性无纺布组成的背面。这种鼠标垫保证计算机鼠标良好的工作性能,并具有良好的可去污性。
已知鼠标垫具有这样的缺点,即特别是由于汗水和手上的油脂在垫片物或鼠标上形成牢固附着的污物。由此造成对于鼠标垫印制上的图案很高的磨损以及计算机鼠标大的维护工作量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种减少上面所述缺点的用于称为鼠标的计算机输入设备的垫片物。
按照本发明这个目的通过这样一种垫片物(鼠标垫)来实现,它由至少一种由开裂成微纤维或微单丝的双组分或多组分纤维或单丝组成的织造或针织的层或无纺布层组成。按本发明的垫片物很好地吸收汗水和皮肤油脂并对于鼠标的控制球具有良好的抓持。
微纤维或微单丝的纤度最好在0.05至0.5dtex范围内。
特别优选的是一种在其底侧上存在一泡沫塑料层的垫片物。这种鼠标垫具有舒适的可操作性和防滑性能。
最好对按本发明的鼠标垫的上侧进行印花(bedrucken,印刷图案)。令人惊讶的是,用市场上常见的喷墨印花机在通过喷水加强和开裂得到的材料上印制的印花图案不经附加地用树脂浸渍也具有足够的颜色稳定性,尽管接着借助于热熔性粘接剂通过烫熨将鼠标垫固定在泡沫塑料层上。
微纤维或微单丝平面织物在下侧上最好设有泡沫塑料层,这里泡沫塑料层的粘贴最好借助于热熔性粘接剂进行。在与泡沫塑料层连接之前对开裂的材料的上侧进行印花。印花最好在通过高压流体束处理而加强的表面上进行。
按本发明的方法以这样的方式进行,即由双组分或多组分纤维或单丝组成的织造或针织层或无纺布层通过表面高压流体束处理开裂成微纤维或微单丝。
本发明方法其它有利的方案在权利要求6至12中说明。
下面借助于两个实施例对本发明加以较详细的说明。
本发明具体的实施方式
例1:
由可开裂的双组分短纤维铺放成一面密度为170g/m2的纤维网,通过压力小于350bar的喷水处理使双组分纤维开裂成纤度少于0.2dtex的微纤维并同时加强。加强的微纤维织物在普通喷墨印花机内印花,在背面设置热熔性能接剂并烫熨在一泡沫塑料层上。无需清洗印花图案可很好地保持约一年。
例2:
在拉伸和堆置在一多孔带上后用一针刺机预加强可开裂的双组分单丝,接着通过压力<220bar的两侧喷水处理使其开裂和加强成一具有类似于纸的刚度的微单丝织物。这种材料可以直接用一普通的喷墨印花机印花,并在使用热熔性粘接剂的情况下通过烫熨固定在泡沫塑料衬垫上。这种根据本发明的鼠标垫不会由于表面上的汗水呈现潮湿性,因此使用者的手非常舒适。按本发明的鼠标垫具有良好的抓持性,从而使控制球具有良好的可引导性,单色染色的表面在两年内具有很少的污染,从而得在这段时间内不需要清洗鼠标垫和计算机鼠标。
Claims (12)
1.用于称作鼠标的计算机输入设备的垫片物也叫鼠标垫,由至少一个由开裂成微纤维或微单丝的双组分或多组分纤维或单丝组成的织造或针织层或一个无纺布层组成,其中开裂通过表面高压流体束处理进行。
2.按权利要求1所述的垫片物,其特征为:微纤维或微单丝的纤度在0.05至0.5dtex范围内。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的垫片物,其特征为:在下侧上存在一泡沫塑料层。
4.按权利要求1至3之任一项所述的垫片物,其特征为:上侧经过印花。
5.用来制造按权利要求1至4之任一项所述的垫片物的方法,其特征为:由双或多组分纤维组成的一个织造或针织层或一个无纺布层通过表面高压流体束处理开裂成微纤维或微单丝。
6.按权利要求5所述的方法,其特征为:至少从一侧以50至500bar的压力进行一次表面的高压流体束处理。
7.按权利要求5或6所述的方法,其特征为:在下侧上安放一泡沫塑料层。
8.按权利要求7所述的方法,其特征为:借助于热熔性粘接剂铺装所述泡沫塑料层。
9.按权利要求5至8之任一项所述的方法,其特征为:在与泡沫塑料层结合前对上侧进行印花。
10.按权利要求9的方法,其特征为:印花在通过高压流体加强的表面的最后一道处理的相对侧进行。
11.按权利要求10所述的方法,其特征为:借助于转移印花、胶版印花(Binderdruck)、凹版印花或喷墨印花进行印花。
12.按权利要求10所述的方法,其特征为:印花借助于工业喷墨印花机或家用喷墨打印机进行。
