Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种适于许多用途但非常适于使用在汽车车门机构中保持金属杆的杆夹里的铰链。特别地,本发明涉及一种铰链,此铰链能够以一单件模制并且随后断裂成两件而供使用。
背景技术
众所周知,在汽车工业中杆夹用于将起动杆与控制杆相连接。这种类型的装置在门锁机构和汽化器连杠装置中非常普遍。夹子典型地由塑料制成并且咬合在杆的末端。控制杆随后卡入在(snap into)在其边侧具有挡持边缘或挡靠件的夹子上的突起里。
夹子可以制造成具有整体“活动铰链”的单件或具有连接两个元件的连接机构的两件。通常,两件式构造比较耐用,但是因为是独立的元件而难于模制和组装。
另外,两件式铰链通常在两个部件之间有许多的间隙,并且两个部件之间的相互配合很松散。
一种铰链结构图示在授与Meyer的美国专利6,053,458中,此专利图示了一种铰链,其经由将杆保持保持就位的孔中径向延伸的指状件整体模制成单件。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一个杆夹或其它物件,具有两件式的铰接结构,能够被一次模制成形而不需要组装,并且在两部件之间不会有太多的间隙。
本发明包括一个具有一个第一部分和一个第二部分的带有铰接的产品。第一部分有一个横跨一端延伸的杆。第二部分在其上有两个同轴孔,每个孔具有一个内壁。在第一部分上的杆延伸穿过在第二部分上的孔以将第一部分与第二部分相连接。
第一部分与第二部分经由至少一个连接点整体形成。相对于第二部分旋转第一部分会导致连接点或各连接点的断裂。因此,两件式铰链能够制作成一单件。在一个优选实施例中,连接点由第一部分侧壁上的突起形成,位于杆上方。这个突起最初与第二部分的刚好位于所述孔外面的内侧壁整体形成。相对于第二部分旋转第一部分会导致连接点断裂并且形成一个两件式铰链。
在第二优选实施例中,连接点由沿第二部分内侧壁径向延伸的肋形成,正好在孔的外侧。这个肋刚好在所述杆的与第一部分的枢转侧相对的那边连接到第一部分的后部。相对于第二部分旋转第一部分会导致肋断开与第一部分或第二部分的接触。
在第三优选实施例中,连接点由从第二部分径向伸向杆的突起形成,在孔的外侧。相对于第二部分旋转第一部分会导致突起的断裂,优选地是在其与杆的连接点处断裂。
根据本发明的铰链在许多不同产品中是非常有用的。特别适用于一种杆夹,在JosephAnscher的美国专利申请10/187,663中公开了此种杆夹,其公开内容在这里引作参考。
在一个优选实施例中,杆和孔具有多个设置在杆端和孔壁之间的空间中的肋和突起,在两部分之间构成一种阶梯式旋转。这一特征被公开在美国专利申请No.10/453,949中,它在这里被引作参考。
根据本发明的产品可以由任何适合的材料制成,例如注射模制塑料。

具体实施方式
现在详细参考附图,图1至图4中图示了根据本发明的铰链10的一个优选实施例。铰链10包括一个与第二部分30铰接的第一部分20。第一部分20具有一个杆21延伸穿过位于第二部分30上的两个同轴孔31。每个孔31有一个四周延伸的内壁32。
整个铰链10整体模制成单件,带有连接第一部分20和第二部分30的连接点36。连接点36从位于第一部分20上的突起33伸出,并且直接与第二部分30上的内向壁35相连接。通过这种方式,需要单一一个模具来制成整个产品。为了使用这种铰链,通过相对于第二部分30旋转第一部分20直至连接点断裂,连接点36被断开。然后,两个部分彼此之间被永久地分开而用作一个两件式铰链。
图5至图8图示了根据本发明铰链10的另一优选实施例。在这里,连接点36由设置在第二部分30上的一个肋形成并且连接到在第一部分20上的杆21。此连接位于第一部分20的主枢转部分的对面,在杆21的后面。肋38沿第二部分30的内向壁35延伸,在孔31的外侧。
图9至图12中图示了铰链10的第三个实施例。在此实施例中,连接点36由一个突起39形成,此突起从第二部分30伸出并且连接到第一部分20上的肋21。相对于第二部分30旋转第一部分20导致突起39在连接点36处断裂从而形成两件式铰链。
虽然仅图示和描述了本发明的一些实施例,可明显地是,在不背离本发明范围和精神的情况下,可以对本发明做出许多改变和修改。

Claims (4)

1.一种带有铰链的产品,包括:
一个具有横跨其一端横向延伸的杆的第一部分;
一个其上具有两个同轴孔的第二部分,每个所述孔有一内壁,其中位于第一部分上的所述杆延伸穿过位于第二部分上的所述孔以在第一部分和第二部分之间形成一个枢转连接;
其中第一部分经由至少一个在所述孔外面连接第一部分和第二部分的连接点与第二部分整体形成,其中,相对于第二部分旋转第一部分导致所述至少一个连接点断裂。
2.根据权利要求1的带有铰链的产品,其中所述至少一个连接点由第一部分的与所述杆相邻的侧壁上的突起形成,所述突起最初与第二部分的正好在所述孔外侧的内侧壁整体形成,使得相对于第二部分旋转第一部分导致至少一个连接点断裂从而形成一个两件式铰链。
3.根据权利要求1的带有铰链的产品,其中连接点由一个肋形成,所述肋沿第二部分的位于所述孔外面的一个内侧壁径向延伸并且在所述杆的后面连接到第一部分的后部,使得相对于第二部分旋转第一部分导致所述肋断开与第一部分和第二部分之一的接触。
4.根据权利要求1的带有铰链的产品,其中连接点由在所述孔外面从第二部分径向延伸向所述杆的突起形成,使得相对于第二部分旋转第一部分导致突起的断裂从而形成一个两件式带有铰链的产品。
