Abstract

一种磁悬浮轴承,是由两块不同形状的磁体,利用磁的同极磁性相斥原理构成,其特点是将固定于架座上的A磁体,做成内腔的半圆槽状,两磁极在两槽头向下,两槽头的下端面(两磁极),外长内短呈斜面状,其下方装有一圆管状B磁体,其两端均有径向凸出的围沿,其围沿的外面内高外低呈斜面状。它克服了其他轴承摩擦力大、机械效率低的缺点,适应车辆加工等行业使用。

磁悬浮轴承
本发明涉及轴承的生产加工领域,具体的说是一种无磨擦的轴承。
目前社会上使用的轴承都是钢圈钢珠结构,其缺点磨擦力大、机械效率低。
本发明的目的是,设计一种利用磁体的磁性的新型轴承。
本发明的技术方案:一种磁悬浮轴承,是由两块不同形状的磁体,利用磁的同极磁性相斥原理构成,其特殊之处是:将固定于架座上的A磁体做成内腔的半圆槽状,两磁极在两槽头向下,两槽头的下端面(两磁极),外长内短呈斜面状,其下方装有一圆管状B磁体,B磁体两端均有径向凸出的围沿,其围沿的外面内高外低呈斜面状,其两磁极则与上方半圆槽状A磁体的磁极相对装配,即形成同性磁极斥力,降低了轴承间的摩擦。两块磁体的两极的成斜度,阻止了下磁体左右摆动,管状B磁体的空心处装有非磁性材料的轴以便所用。为了防止可转动的管状磁体放入槽状A磁体后,由于同性相斥的力向外推出,在两磁体外围另设一框架。
由于采取上述方案可以实现一种结构简单,具有损耗低的节能轴承。
下面结合附图实例作进一步说明。
图1是本发明的结构纵剖主视图。
图2是本发明的侧视图。
在图中,1轴、2 B磁体、3 A磁体、4框架。
如图所示,将固定于架座上的A磁体3做成内腔的半圆槽状,两磁极在两槽头向下,两槽头的下端面(两磁极),外长内短呈斜面状,其下方装有一圆管状B磁体2,其两端均有径向凸出的围沿,其围沿的外面内高外低呈斜面状,其两磁极则与上方半圆槽状A磁体3的磁极相对装配,即形成同性磁极斥力,降低了轴承间的摩擦。两块磁体的两极的成斜度,阻止B磁体2左右摆动,管状B磁体的空心处装有非磁性材料的轴1以便所用。为了防止可转动的管状B磁体放入槽状A磁体后,由于同性相斥的力向外推出,在两磁体外围另设一框架4。

1、一种磁悬浮轴承,是由两块不同形状的磁体,利用磁的同极磁性相斥原理构成,其特征在于:将固定于架座上的A磁体做成内腔的半圆槽状,两磁极在两槽头向下,两槽头的下端面(两磁极),外长内短呈斜面状,其下方装有一圆管状B磁体,B磁体两端均有径向凸出的围沿,其围沿的外面内高外低呈斜面状。
