Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于儿童的背携件，儿童可以作为一外衣那样的穿戴它，并可有许多用途。
背景技术
现今有不少用来背携幼儿的辅助装置，诸如供婴儿使用的幼儿背携件背带和可用于稍大一点的儿童的儿童背携件背带。幼儿背携件或儿童背携件通常用作替代童车或手推车的另一种方式，特别是在地形不适于童车的场合中。此外，幼儿或儿童背携件、特别是儿童背携件不像童车那样庞大笨重，在不使用时的搬运过程中所占的空间也较小。幼儿和儿童背携件可帮助儿童坐直，以使照看者可以观望和照看紧挨着其的儿童，且可更加积极地参加社会活动。
现有的幼儿和儿童背携件的问题在于，在幼儿或儿童背携件可以使用之前必需将儿童安置好，以在之后不要使用幼儿背携件或儿童背携件时，从儿童和背负的人身上脱卸下来。使用现在的背携件，为了将其从儿童身上脱卸下来或安装到儿童身上，必须让儿童坐在座位上或躺下，或者必须在儿童穿入背带之前将背带部分地安装到背携件上，然后更加长久地系固住，并且，为了把儿童从背携件中取出必需按相反的过程来做。在儿童背携件中，必须使儿童坐在例如登立在地上的背携件中，然后必须用一安全背带来系固儿童，并且最后必须将儿童背携件小心地提举到背负的人的背部上。为了将儿童从儿童背携件中取出，必须以相反的顺序来重复这样的过程。这是麻烦和耗时的，特别是当儿童经常要自己走几步、而后又要背携一小段时间、然后又要再走几步时候等等的时候。现今的幼儿背携件还十分笨重；当儿童穿戴着背携件时，他是动不了的，这是因为，这些儿童背携件的目的仅在于使儿童在被携带时感到舒适。
在市场上还有一些用于儿童的安全背带，可用来防止儿童掉出椅子或童车。儿童可以较长久地穿戴这些背带，并且这些背带可以系固于童车或椅子，或者可以在儿童自己走动时系固到儿童的照看者所握持的一安全带上。这些背带通常仅仅有腹部和肩部的带子，并仅能阻止侧向和向上的移动，以防止儿童从座位上爬出来。这些安全带不能阻止儿童从背带下方掉出。仅仅为了防止这样的情况，一些安全背带装有一根在两腿之间的带子，但这仅是为了安全的原因，而非设计用来提举孩子。
因而，需要一种儿童可以长久穿戴的背携件背带，它既可以用作背携件也可用坐安全背带，还可以供选择地用作学步缰绳，且安装和脱卸方便。
发明内容
本发明通过一种小型简洁的轻质幼儿用背带来解决上述的问题，可以作为一件外衣那样供儿童穿戴这种幼儿用背带，它可使儿童在自己走动时能足够自由地运动，还在儿童被背携时为儿童提供支托。这种幼儿用背带可为了背携儿童而快速地连接至一背携带或从背携带连接过来，或者例如作为一安全背带连接至一童车或椅子。该幼儿用背带还可以在儿童想要自己走动时用作一学步或安全背带。

具体实施方式
幼儿用背携件1包括一轭状物2，该轭状物带有一背片3、一前片4以及两侧片7，其中两侧片7通过长度可调节的侧带8与前片4相连，以使所述诸部分形成一小裤子形式的座椅构件。各条长度可调节的侧带8可以还附加安装有一锁住装置9，以可拆开地连接至可包含一相应的锁住装置10的前片4。锁住装置可以呈卡扣式锁的形式。
从背片3的上背部伸出两根肩带，它们长度可调节地安装于前片4，较佳的是，通过肩带11设有锁住装置12、锁住装置12配合入安装在前片4上的相应的锁定装置6中来实现这样的安装，且锁定装置较佳的是卡扣式锁的形式。
如图2中所见，在背片2外部区域的侧向最边上安装有另外的系固装置13，在本实施例中，它们呈孔眼的形式，用于系固背携带14，或者用于系固至幼儿的其它座椅。
图3中所示的背携带14在本实施例中由一加垫的肩带15构成，该肩带在每一端部中带有长度可调节的带子16，这些带子16可以具有用于系固扣合钩的环箍17。肩带15在本实施例中呈如一帽子那样的特别宽且呈弧形的形式，以围绕背携幼儿的相对侧上的肩部球贴合地配合。肩带15可以具有一口袋，以用来存放小物品或者在不使用幼儿用背带1时存放背带1。口袋可以用一拉链或

Claims (5)

1.一种用于儿童的背带(1)，它包括一轭状物(2)，所述轭状物带有一背片(3)、一前片(4)以及两侧片(7)，两侧片7通过侧带(8)与前片(4)相连，且长度可调节的肩带(11)从背片(3)的上背部延伸至前片(4)；
其特征在于，
所述侧片(7)都连接到所述背片(3)上；
所述轭状物(2)、所述前片(4)、所述背片(3)以及两侧片(7)形成一座椅构件；
所述肩带(11)是儿童所用的肩带；
所述侧带(8)的长度是连续可调节的；
所述背片(3)在外部区域的侧向最边上具有作为系固装置的孔眼(13)，该系固装置适于系固一背携带或者系固至可供儿童使用的座椅；
所述背带包括一长度可调节的背携带(14)，它可以通过在其端部处的钩式锁(18)以作为相应的系固装置来快速地脱卸和连接至背带(1)的系固装置(13)，
这样，当儿童自己行走时、当用背携带(14)背携儿童时、或者儿童被系固一座椅中时，所述背带(1)可能作为一件外衣那样地穿戴在儿童身上。
2.如权利要求1所述的背带，其特征在于，背带(1)的肩带(11)设有锁住装置(12)，用来可脱卸地系固至前片(4)上的相应锁住装置(6)。
3.如权利要求1-2所述的背带，其特征在于，背带(1)的侧带(8)设有锁住装置(12)，用来可脱卸地系固至前片(4)上的相应的锁住装置(10)。
4.如权利要求1所述的背带，其特征在于，背带(1)的肩带(11)设有作为系固装置的环用来系固至一导向或安全带。
5.如权利要求1所述的背带，其特征在于，背带(1)可系固至幼儿高脚椅、儿童摇椅、童车、购物手推车、自行车座椅、凹底雪橇、或者马拉雪橇。
