Abstract
本发明公开了一种去除气相中多环芳烃的方法,在一定温度下含有多环芳烃的气流通过无毒无害的环糊精或其衍生物吸附剂层,大部分多环芳烃被富集在多环芳烃的空腔中,另一部分被转化为非致癌的低碳烃类,多环芳烃的富集率可以达到0.07-1.81mg/g。采用这种方法可以有效地去除空气中的多环芳烃,从而达到净化空气的目的。本发明广泛适用于去除气相环境中的多环芳烃,是一种具有很高实用价值的环境净化方法。

一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种去除环境空气中有害物质的方法,具体地说是一种去除气相中多环芳烃的方法。
二、背景技术
多环芳烃(Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,以下简称PAH,以蒽为代表)是石油、煤等化石燃料以及木材、汽油、重油、纸张、作物秸杆、烟草等含碳氢化合物的物质,经不完全燃烧或在还原性气氛中经热分解而生成。目前,人们已经从各种各样的环境物质如空气、水、食品、工业品等中检出了PAH。多环芳烃是一类具有“三致”效应的有机污染物,其总量占所有致癌物质的1/3以上,是空气中重要的有机污染物之一,对环境和人体健康危害很大。
PAH的主要排放源有:家庭烧煤取暖、家庭烧“特轻”取暖油、烧煤的发电站和工厂、烧油的工厂、汽车、香烟等。
燃烧是大气中多环芳烃的主要来源。燃烧时多环芳烃主要以气态释放,在高温条件下,几乎所有的碳氢化合物都能产生一定量的多环芳烃。乏氧是生成多环芳烃的另一个重要条件。不同燃料在相同的燃烧条件下产生的多环芳烃量可有很大的差别,无烟煤球燃烧产生烟气中,多环芳烃浓度比一般工业城市大气中高出数百至数千倍。无烟煤球是我国很多地区家用炉灶中常用的燃料之一,它对家庭主妇和厨房工作人员的健康造成极大的影响。
焦化厂是排放多环芳烃最严重的工厂,在离焦炉作业区500m处的浓度比一般工业城市高出500~1000倍,其排放的污水和厂区及周围的土壤中也含有大量的多环芳烃。煤气厂和炼铁高炉废气也是多环芳烃的重要污染源。在半敞开式焦油沥青加热炉附近4m处的苯并[α]芘(PAH的一种)浓度高达78μg/m3,城市垃圾焚烧炉也是多环芳烃的重要来源。
汽车,飞机等机动车辆所排出废气中也含有相当数量的多环芳烃。每100辆客运汽车,每年能散发2~10吨的苯并[α]芘。在一些交通繁忙的街道,空气中的多环芳烃几乎主要是由汽车废气造成。从多环芳烃污染的角度来看,汽车发动机要比柴油发动机严重很多,高耗油量产生的多环芳烃要比正常状态下高出好几倍,且此时废气焦油的致癌性也比较强。含多环芳烃多的汽油奇排放的废气中多环芳烃的含量也比较高。
造成室内多环芳烃污染的主要原因是吸烟和室内的小型炉灶。吸烟已被证实是诱发肺癌的重要因素,吸烟排出的多环芳烃虽然数量有限,但在一些拥挤的公众场合也可造成严重的室内污染,一些餐厅和飞机座舱内的空气中苯并[α]芘的浓度,竟分别高达3~14μg/100m3和8.5~15μg/100m3。1975年苏联就提出苯并[α]芘的最高容许浓度(MAC)在环境空气中为0.1μg/100m3;苯并[α]芘只占PAH总量的1-20%。
早在200年前人们就意识到暴露在燃烧气体中对人体是有害的。随着科技的不断发展,到本世纪初人类开始认识多环芳烃的危害。多环芳烃的毒性表现在强的致癌、致突变及致畸性。人类及动物癌症病变有70%~90%是环境中化学物质引起的,而多环芳烃则是环境致癌化学物质中最大的一类。吸入大气中吸附在微粒上的多环芳烃而导致的肺癌占总肺癌病变的85%以上,长期暴露在含高浓度PAH的烟气、石油馏分、沥青及煤产品等环境中,皮肤癌及肺癌发病率很高。焦化厂工人的肺癌死亡率明显高于其周围居民。有资料指出,大气中苯并[a]芘浓度10.0至12.5μg/100m3时,居民肺癌标化死亡率仅为25人/10万;而当苯并[a]芘浓度为17.0至19.0μg/100m3时,居民肺癌标化死亡率增至35至38人/10万人。两者具有明显的相关性,相关系数为0.97。1973年,美国的卡诺等详细分析了系列有关肺癌流行病学的调查资料,认为大气中苯并[a]芘浓度每增加0.1μg/100m3,肺癌死亡率相应升高5%。目前,煤油、沥青、焦油类物质已被国际癌研究机构(IARC)列入对人致癌的化学物质之中。多环芳烃(PAHs)并非是直接致癌物质,必须经细胞微粒体中的混合功能氧化酶激活后,才具有致癌性。此外、PAH对微生物生长有强抑制作用,PAHs因水溶性差及其稳定的环状结构而不易被生物利用,它们对细胞的破坏作用抑制普通微生物的生长。
多环芳烃是全球性有机污染物,在世界各地各种环境介质中都有分布,也是美国环境保护署的优先控制污染物。在如何消除环境中多环芳烃污染方面,研究者作了大量的工作。环糊精(cyclodextrin,简称CD)是由芽孢柑菌产生的环糊精葡萄糖基转移酶作用于淀粉或直链糊精而制得的一系列环聚糖的总称。最常见的有α-,β-和γ-环糊精,分别由6,7和8个葡萄糖单元组成。其中又以β-环糊精产量最高,应用最广泛。Villiers于1891年通过用酶降解淀粉发现了环糊精。1903年至1911年期间薛定谔Schardinger)完成了确定环糊精结构的研究,从而为环糊精化学的开创奠定了基础。环糊精的结构特点是分子结构中存在一个亲水外缘和一个疏水的空腔。疏水是由于环糊精的空腔内侧由两圈氢原子(H-3和H-5)及一圈糖苷键的氧原子处于C-H键屏蔽之下,而环糊精分子的外侧边框则由于羟基的聚集而呈亲水性。正是由于其特殊的分子结构赋予了环糊精与多种客体化合物形成包合物的能力,而这一特点又是它们获得广泛应用的结构基础。近年来又开发了一系列β-环糊精的衍生物,如甲基环糊精,羟丙基环糊精,羟甲基环糊精等,这些环糊精衍生物的溶解性能比β-环糊精好,因而用途也更广泛。例如将环糊
精的衍生物作为酶模型,利用其空腔大小对分子的选择性模拟生物酶的选择性催化作用;利用环糊精包合物溶解度大的特点增加药物的溶解度和稳定性,提高药物的生物利用度;将环糊精作为食品添加剂去除食物的异味,延长保存时间等。在分析化学中,将环糊精作为分析增效剂,及作为活性物质制作电化学分析传感器和色谱固定相等。中国专利公开了(公开号1352199)一种用聚合环糊精来净化含有机毒物的污水的方法,该方法能将水中某些有机物的浓度降低到ppb级。目前,虽然人们采取了许多措施尽可能地减少空气中多环芳烃的排放,但是效果均不理想,对如何消除气相中的多环芳烃至今未见有任何报道。
三、发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种选择性去除气相中多环芳烃的方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种去除气相中多环芳烃的方法,其特征是:采用环糊精作为吸附剂,在一定温度下含有多环芳烃的气流通过环糊精吸附剂层后,可以过滤去除气相中的多环芳烃,多环芳烃的富集率为0.07-1.81mg/g。
所述气相为含多环芳烃的有机气体相或含多环芳烃的空气相。
所述环糊精吸附剂包括α-CD:葡萄糖单元数为6,分子量为972,端口直径分别约为0.5和1.4nm;β-CD:葡萄糖单元数为7,分子量为1135,端口直径分别约为0.8和1.6nm;γ-CD:葡萄糖单元数为8,分子量为1297,端口直径分别约为7.5和8.3nm;带有取代基的衍生物:羟丙基β-环糊精及羟甲基环糊精等。为达到最佳的效果,环糊精吸附剂可以采用以上一种或多种的组合。
所述多环芳烃是含2-5个苯核的多环芳烃。
为能充分去除气相中的多环芳烃,所述吸附温度优化为150-300℃。
环糊精特殊的非极性空腔适合吸附多环芳烃这类有机毒物,富集多环芳烃后的环糊精可通过热裂解和光降解来处理,达到消除的目的;此外,无毒无害的环糊精为天然可降解产物,来源广泛,所以环糊精应该是最合适的吸附剂。
本发明所述的去除气相中多环芳烃的方法,是在一定温度下含有多环芳烃的气流通过环糊精吸附剂层,即可以选择性过滤除去气相中的多环芳烃,大部分多环芳烃被富集在多环芳烃的空腔中,另一部分被转化为非致癌的低碳烃类,多环芳烃的富集率可以达到0.07-1.81mg/g。采用这种方法可以有效地去除空气中的多环芳烃,从而达到净化空气的目的。
四、具体实施方式
所有实施例中使用的环糊精吸附剂在使用前均经150℃脱水处理,气流中的多环芳烃化合物的含量采用气相色谱法检测(GC-FID)。
实施例一
150℃下已脱水的β-CD 5.3mg装在微型不锈钢反应管(φ3×150mm)中,接在Varian3700气相色谱仪中的柱头进样器与填充柱之间,并置于色谱仪的柱箱中。样品升温至250℃,蒽的环己烷溶液被脉冲注射进反应器,脉冲量为5μL,共六次;经SE-30填充柱(φ3×500mm)分离后由TCD检测流出气体中的多环芳烃。经分析对蒽的富集率为1.81mg/g。
实施例二
150℃下已脱水的β-CD 5.8mg装在微型不锈钢反应管(φ3×150mm)中,接在Varian3700气相色谱仪中的柱头进样器与填充柱之间,并置于色谱仪的柱箱中。样品升温至200℃,蒽的环己烷溶液被脉冲注射进反应器,脉冲量为5μL,共五次;经SE-30填充柱(φ3×500mm)分离后由TCD检测流出气体中的多环芳烃。经分析对蒽的富集率为1.34mg/g。
实施例三
150℃下已脱水的β-CD 4.7mg装在微型不锈钢反应管(φ3×150mm)中,接在Varian3700气相色谱仪中的柱头进样器与填充柱之间,并置于色谱仪的柱箱中。样品升温至250℃,荧蒽的环己烷溶液被脉冲注射进反应器,脉冲量为5μL,共六次;经SE-30填充柱(φ3×500mm)分离后由TCD检测流出气体中的多环芳烃。经分析对荧蒽的富集率为0.82mg/g。
实施例四
150℃下已脱水的β-CD 4.6mg装在微型不锈钢反应管(φ3×150mm)中,接在Varian3700气相色谱仪中的柱头进样器与填充柱之间,并置于色谱仪的柱箱中。样品升温至200℃,荧蒽的环己烷溶液被脉冲注射进反应器,脉冲量为5μL,共五次;经SE-30填充柱(φ3×500mm)分离后由TCD检测流出气体中的多环芳烃。经分析对荧蒽的富集率为0.36mg/g。
实施例五
150℃下已脱水的羟丙基β-CD 5.0mg装在微型不锈钢反应管(φ3×150mm)中,接在Varian3700气相色谱仪中的柱头进样器与填充柱之间,并置于色谱仪的柱箱中。样品升温至200℃,蒽的环己烷溶液被脉冲注射进反应器,脉冲量为5μL,共四次;经SE-30填充柱(φ3×500mm)分离后由TCD检测流出气体中的多环芳烃。经分析对蒽的富集率为0.21mg/g。
实施例六
150℃下已脱水的γ-CD 4.5mg装在微型不锈钢反应管(φ3×150mm)中,接在Varian3700气相色谱仪中的柱头进样器与填充柱之间,并置于色谱仪的柱箱中。样品升温至200℃,蒽的环己烷溶液被脉冲注射进反应器,脉冲量为5μL,共四次;经SE-30填充柱(φ3×500mm)分离后由TCD检测流出气体中的多环芳烃。经分析对蒽的富集率为0.88mg/g。
实施例七
150℃下已脱水的α-CD 4.5mg装在微型不锈钢反应管(φ3×150mm)中,接在Varian3700气相色谱仪中的柱头进样器与填充柱之间,并置于色谱仪的柱箱中。样品升温至200℃,蒽的环己烷溶液被脉冲注射进反应器,脉冲量为5μL,共五次;经SE-30填充柱(φ3×500mm)分离后由TCD检测流出气体中的多环芳烃。经分析对蒽的富集率为0.07mg/g。
由上可知,环糊精及其衍生物对气相中的多环芳烃有很强的选择性富集能力,环糊精是一种无毒副作用的天然产品,可自然降解,且来源广泛。富集多环芳烃后的环糊精可通过热裂解和光降解来消除。环糊精的这种性能将使其成为非常有前途的环境净化剂。
Claims (8)
1、一种去除气相中多环芳烃的方法,其特征是:采用环糊精作为吸附剂,在一定温度下含有多环芳烃的气流通过环糊精吸附剂层后,可以过滤除去气相中的多环芳烃,多环芳烃的富集率为0.07-1.81mg/g。
2、根据权利要求1所述的去除气相中多环芳烃的方法,其特征是:所述气相为含多环烃的有机气体相或含多环芳烃的空气相。
3、根据权利要求1所述的去除气相中多环芳烃的方法,其特征是:所述环糊精吸附剂包括α-CD:葡萄糖单元数为6,分子量为972,端口直径分别约为0.5和1.4nm。
4、根据权利要求1所述的去除气相中多环芳烃的方法,其特征是:所述环糊精吸附剂包括β-CD:葡萄糖单元数为7,分子量为1135,端口直径分别约为0.8和1.6nm。
5、根据权利要求1所述的去除气相中多环芳烃的方法,其特征是:所述环糊精吸附剂包括γ-CD:葡萄糖单元数为8,分子量为1297,端口直径分别约为7.5和8.3nm。
6、根据权利要求1所述的去除气相中多环芳烃的方法,其特征是:所述环糊精吸附剂包括羟丙基β-环糊精和羟甲基环糊精。
7、根据权利要求1或2所述的去除气相中多环芳烃的方法,其特征是:所述多环芳烃是含2-5个苯核的多环芳烃。
8、根据权利要求1所述的去除气相中多环芳烃的方法,其特征是:所述吸附温度优化为150-300℃。
