Abstract
公开了一种可与便携式装置互操作的家庭网络系统。家庭服务器控制在家庭中与多个家用设备连接的内部网络的数据传输和接收。图像服务器把与家庭中的至少一个图像有关的信息输出到家庭服务器。便携式装置服务器通过家庭服务器接收来自图像服务器的图像信息,并把它传送到便携式电子装置。因此,用户可从家庭以外的任何位置通过便携式电子装置来识别家庭中的情况,从而提高使用便利性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及可与便携式电子装置互操作的家庭网络系统,具体涉及以下一种可与便携式装置互操作的家庭网络系统,其中,设有家庭服务器,以对家庭中的多个家用设备进行控制,并且便携式装置服务器与家庭服务器连接,以把来自家庭服务器的家用设备控制信息等传送到用户的便携式电子装置。
背景技术
通常,在家庭网络系统中,安装在各家庭中的多个家用设备分别装有网络接口,使得其可联网,以便通过内部网络可实现控制。
特别是,最近,随着因特网使用的显著增加和用户在家庭中所花时间的减少,对这样一种家庭网络系统的需求快速增加,在该家庭网络系统中,用户可从家庭以外的任何位置通过因特网对他们家庭中的家用设备进行控制。
图1示出了这样一种常规家庭网络系统的构成。
如图1所示,常规家庭网络系统包括:多个网络接口1,其分别安装在家庭中的多个家用设备内,以发送和接收数据;以及家庭服务器2,其用于通过网络接口1来对内部网络上的数据传输和接收进行控制。家庭服务器2也适合于与外部因特网网络之间发送和接收数据。
使用该构成,家用设备用户能够从家庭以外的某一位置,通过位于外部因特网网络上的个人计算机(PC)来访问家庭服务器2,并然后可对家庭中的家用设备进行控制。
然而,上述常规家庭网络系统具有一个缺点是,使用外部PC等的家用设备用户不能从家庭以外来识别家庭中发生的情况,这样,如果家庭中发生火灾或气体泄漏,用户就不能将其识别。
发明内容
因此,本发明是鉴于上述问题而提出的,本发明的目的是提供一种可与便携式装置互操作的家庭网络系统,其中,便携式装置服务器通过家庭服务器与图像服务器连接,用于把家庭中的图像传送到用户携带的电子装置,从而减少用户对盗贼侵入或者家庭中发生火灾的担忧。
根据本发明,上述和其他目的可通过提供一种可与便携式电子装置互操作的家庭网络系统来达到,该家庭网络系统包括:家庭服务器,用于对在家庭中与多个家用设备连接的内部网络的数据发送和接收进行控制;图像服务器,用于把与家庭中的至少一个图像有关的信息输出到家庭服务器;以及便携式装置服务器,用于通过家庭服务器接收来自图像服务器的图像信息,并把该图像信息传送到便携式电子装置。

具体实施方式
参照图2,以方框形式示出了根据本发明第一实施例的可与便携式装置互操作的家庭网络系统的构成。如该图所示,家庭网络系统包括:家庭服务器10,其用于对与内部网络I连接的多个家用设备H1-Hn的数据传输和接收进行控制,并把用户输入的控制命令发送到家用设备H1-Hn中的对应一个;图像服务器20,其用于通过安装在家庭中的多个照相机C1-Cn来获得与家庭中的图像有关的信息,并把所获得的图像信息通过传输控制协议/因特网协议(TCP/IP)网络发送到家庭服务器10;以及便携式装置服务器30,其用于通过在家庭以外构成的外部因特网网络,与家庭服务器10之间发送和接收数据,通过家庭服务器10接收来自图像服务器20的图像信息,并把它传送到用户携带的诸如移动电话、个人数字助理(PDA)或者笔记本计算机那样的便携式电子装置。
根据本发明第一实施例的可与便携式装置互操作的家庭网络系统还包括:显示器单元,例如门电话D,其与图像服务器20连接,用于显示来自图像服务器20的图像信息,使得其可由用户识别;以及报警单元40,其用于对盗贼侵入家庭进行检测。报警单元40包括安装在家庭入口的传感器。
如图3所示,便携式装置服务器30包括:无线通信模块31,其用于把数据传送到诸如移动电话、PDA或者笔记本计算机那样的便携式电子装置;因特网通信模块32,其用于通过外部因特网网络来与家庭服务器10之间发送和接收数据;以及便携式装置服务器微计算机33,其用于对无线通信模块31和因特网通信模块32的数据传输和接收进行控制,通过家庭服务器10和因特网通信模块32接收来自图像服务器20的图像信息,并把它传送到便携式电子装置。
如图3所示,家庭服务器10包括:网络接口11,其用于与家用设备H1-Hn发送和接收数据所通过的内部网络之间发送和接收数据;TCP/IP通信模块12,其用于通过外部因特网网络和TCP/IP网络,分别与便携式装置服务器30和图像服务器20之间发送和接收数据;以及家庭服务器微计算机13,其用于对网络接口11和TCP/IP通信模块12的数据传输和接收进行控制,并把来自图像服务器20的图像信息通过TCP/IP通信模块12发送到便携式装置服务器30,并根据需要,通过网络接口11将其发送到内部网络,使得该图像信息可显示在家用设备H1-Hn内。
照相机C1-Cn安装在家庭内,以捕获家庭中的图像。如图3所示,图像服务器20包括:图像服务器微计算机23,其用于对照相机C1-Cn捕获的图像进行处理以产生图像信息,并把所产生的图像信息输出到家庭服务器10或门电话D;TCP/IP通信模块21,其用于与家庭服务器10之间发送和接收数据,并在图像服务器微计算机23的控制下,把所产生的图像信息输出到家庭服务器10;图像信息输出单元24,其用于在图像服务器微计算机23的控制下,把所产生的图像信息输出到门电话D;以及报警信息输入单元25,其用于接收来自报警单元40的报警信息,并把该报警信息传递到图像服务器微计算机23。图像服务器20还包括数据库22,其用于存储通过照相机C1-Cn获得的图像信息。
特别是,在报警信息输入单元25接收来自报警单元40的报警信息的情况下,图像服务器微计算机23把当时包含在报警信息内的图像信息或者通过照相机C1-Cn获得的图像信息输出到家庭服务器10,从而可把盗贼侵入家庭时获得的图像信息传送到便携式电子装置。
如图3所示,报警单元40包括:至少一个红外传感器41,其安装在家庭入口,用于对盗贼侵入家庭进行检测;报警单元微计算机42,其用于判定红外传感器41是否检测出盗贼侵入家庭,并一旦判定为红外传感器41检测出盗贼侵入,就产生安全请求信号;以及安全请求信号输出单元43,其用于把所产生的安全请求信号发送到外部安全服务提供者服务器或图像服务器20。
参照图4,以方框形式示出了根据本发明第二实施例的可与便携式装置互操作的家庭网络系统的构成。
在第二实施例中,可与便携式装置互操作的家庭网络系统包括:便携式装置服务器30,家庭服务器10以及门电话服务器50。也就是说,第二实施例在构成上与第一实施例大体相同,只不过设有门电话服务器50而不是图像服务器。该第二实施例是基于以下事实:通过使用通常安装在家庭内的现有门电话,可对盗贼侵入家庭进行检测,而不象第一实施例中那样,在家庭中单独安装多个照相机。
因此,用户通过构成包括门电话在内的门电话服务器50,并使门电话服务器50能够与家庭服务器10之间发送和接收数据,从而可通过外部便携式装置来检查家庭或办公室中的安全状态。
图5是图4的家庭网络系统的详细方框图。
如图5所示,门电话服务器50包括:TCP/IP通信模块51,其用于根据TCP/IP通信协议,与家庭服务器10之间发送和接收数据;以及门电话服务器微计算机53,其用于把从门电话D接收的图像信息存储在数据库52内,并对TCP/IP通信模块51的数据传输和接收进行控制。
与第一实施例类似,根据第二实施例的家庭网络系统还包括报警单元40。在此方面,门电话服务器50还包括报警信息输入单元55,其与门电话服务器微计算机53连接,用于把从报警单元40发送的报警信号输入到微计算机53。
因此,用户可从家庭以外的某一位置,通过与门电话D链接的门电话服务器50来检查门电话D的状态,而不用在家庭中单独安装照相机,这样,他/她即使在另一位置时,也能检查家庭或办公室中的安全状态。
从以上说明可知,本发明提供了一种可与便携式装置互操作的家庭网络系统,其中,设有家庭服务器,以控制在家庭中与多个家用设备连接的内部网络的数据传输和接收;设有图像服务器,以把与家庭中的至少一个图像有关的信息输出到家庭服务器;以及设有便携式装置服务器,以通过家庭服务器接收来自图像服务器的图像信息,并把它传送到便携式电子装置。因此,用户可从家庭以外的任何位置通过便携式电子装置来识别家庭中的情况,从而提高使用便利性。
尽管本发明的优选实施例是为说明性目的而作了揭示,然而本领域技术人员应意识到,在不背离所附权利要求中揭示的本发明的范围和精神的情况下,可进行各种修改、附加和替代。
Claims (13)
1.一种可与便携式电子装置互操作的家庭网络系统,包括:
家庭服务器,其用于控制在家庭中与多个家用设备连接的内部网络的数据传输和接收;
图像服务器,其用于把与家庭中的至少一个图像有关的信息输出到所述家庭服务器;以及
便携式装置服务器,其用于通过所述家庭服务器来接收来自所述图像服务器的所述图像信息,并把它传送到所述便携式电子装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的家庭网络系统,还包括至少一个照相机装置,其用于捕获家庭中的所述至少一个图像,并把它发送到所述图像服务器。
3.根据权利要求2所述的家庭网络系统,其中,所述图像服务器包括:
传输控制协议/因特网协议TCP/IP通信模块,其用于根据TCP/IP通信协议把所述图像信息发送到所述家庭服务器;
数据库,其用于存储所述图像信息;以及
图像服务器微计算机,其用于对所述TCP/IP通信模块的数据传输和接收以及与所述照相机装置捕获的所述图像有关的所述信息在所述数据库内的存储进行控制。
4.根据权利要求3所述的家庭网络系统,还包括显示器装置,其用于显示与从所述照相机装置发送到所述图像服务器的所述图像有关的所述信息。
5.根据权利要求4所述的家庭网络系统,其中,所述图像服务器还包括图像信息输出单元,其用于把所述图像信息输出到所述显示器装置。
6.根据权利要求3所述的家庭网络系统,还包括报警装置,该报警装置安装在家庭入口,用于对盗贼侵入家庭进行检测,
其中,所述报警装置一旦检测出盗贼侵入,就把检测结果发送到所述图像服务器。
7.根据权利要求6所述的家庭网络系统,其中,所述报警装置包括:
至少一个传感器,其安装在家庭入口,用于对盗贼侵入家庭进行检测;
报警装置微计算机,其用于判定所述传感器是否检测出盗贼侵入家庭,并一旦判定为所述传感器检测出盗贼侵入,就产生安全请求信号;以及
安全请求信号输出单元,其与外部安全服务提供者服务器连接,用于把所述安全请求信号发送到该外部安全服务提供者服务器。
8.根据权利要求6所述的家庭网络系统,其中,所述图像服务器还包括报警信息输入单元,其用于接收从所述报警装置发送的检测结果。
9.根据权利要求1所述的家庭网络系统,其中,所述家庭服务器包括:
网络接口,其用于与所述内部网络之间发送和接收数据;
TCP/IP通信模块,其用于通过外部因特网网络和TCP/IP网络,分别与所述便携式装置服务器和所述图像服务器之间发送和接收数据;以及
家庭服务器微计算机,其用于对所述网络接口和TCP/IP通信模块的数据传输和接收进行控制,并把来自所述图像服务器的所述图像信息发送到与所述内部网络连接的所述家用设备。
10.根据权利要求1所述的家庭网络系统,其中,所述图像服务器包括门电话服务器,该门电话服务器用于通过包含在门电话内的照相机获得图像信息,并把所获得的图像信息发送到所述家庭服务器,使得用户可检查家庭中的安全状态。
11.根据权利要求10所述的家庭网络系统,其中,所述门电话服务器包括:
TCP/IP通信模块,其用于通过TCP/IP网络与所述家庭服务器之间发送和接收数据;
数据库,其用于存储通过所述门电话获得的所述图像信息;以及
门电话服务器微计算机,其用于对所述TCP/IP通信模块的数据传输和接收以及通过所述门电话获得的所述图像信息在所述数据库内的存储进行控制。
12.根据权利要求11所述的家庭网络系统,还包括报警装置,该报警装置安装在家庭入口,用于对盗贼侵入家庭进行检测,
其中,所述报警装置一旦检测出盗贼侵入,就把检测结果发送到所述门电话服务器。
13.根据权利要求12所述的家庭网络系统,其中,所述门电话服务器还包括报警信息输入单元,用于接收从所述报警装置发送的检测结果。
