Abstract
在根据流体静力学原理的加速防护服(1)中,如在一充满液体的管络(2)的最低点设置一测压单元(3),通过内部压力,所述管络(2)产生所述加速防护服(1)所需的循环压力。由于呼吸期间内穿戴防护服(1)的人的体积有变化,所以出现压力变化,测压单元(3)测量该压力变化并且如通过一电缆(5)传输给一分析处理装置。一显示装置和一存储装置可以接在该分析处理装置上。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及如权利要求1前序部分所述的、测量穿戴依据流体静力学原理的加速防护服的人的呼吸频率和呼吸图形的装置。
背景技术
公开了许多种用于测定飞行员、运动员或如直立病人的生理数据如脉搏、血液含氧量和呼吸频率的装置。通常,这些测量装置具有改进的或特殊的实施形式,就象用在医学中且尤其是运动医学中的那样的实施形式。
这样的测量装置的一个几乎共同的特征就是,必须将一个适当的传感器安放在测试者身上,这带来一定的不便,或者至少让人感到不利于健康。因此,存在着人们不愿意接受这种测量装置的危险,甚至出现这样的人为影响,即测量装置的存在造成测试者的功能缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提供一种上述的呼吸频率测量装置,它对测试者的平常环境影响最小地发挥作用并且制造成本低廉且安装或构造简单,并且在复杂的身体和生理条件下能提供可靠的结果。
在权利要求1的特征特征部分中,阐述了完成上述任务的解决方案的主要特征,在随后的权利要求中陈述了其它的有利实施形式。

具体实施方式
图1a、1b是要用在加速防护服、一直立工作服或所谓的缺氧防护服中的本发明装置的示意图。图1a表示该装置的正面图,而图1b表示横截面图。一件根据流体静力学原理工作的加速防护服,例如根据欧洲专利EP 0983190号的加速防护服1(以下称作防护服)具有充满液体的管络2,管络2形成在防护服1中并且沿穿着防护服1的人的肢体的纵向延伸。一个测压单元3被安装在一条管络2的尽可能最低的点上,通常位于足部上方,从而它完全被充满液体的管络2包围起来。测压单元3在一多芯电缆5上通过适当方式被接在如图2所示的一分析处理装置4上。电缆5可以通过一个密闭的通道被引入管络2内,或被连接至一个密闭安装的插头。在本发明的构想中,也可以借助光耦合器或无线电从管络中向外传输信号,就象通常在遥测发信中并且尤其是生物机械工程中那样。测压单元3本身是已知的并且属于自校准型。另外,一个包含测压单元3的导管也完全可以通过一个软管被连接到管络2上,在这里,测压单元3按照上述方式与电缆5连接。就是说,测压单元3与其中一条管络2流通并且传压连通。图2表示本发明装置的框图。测压单元3通过电缆5与分析处理装置4相连。分析处理装置4处理成数字形式的测压值并在此考虑了测压单元3的校准值。这些经过处理的测量值可以按照时间顺序直接显示在一个显示装置6上,或者可以被送至用于存储的一个存储装置7。一个这样的存储装置可以存储其它的个人数据如脉搏、测氧法数据、EKG、EOG。对使用防护服1重要的是,在飞行前检查它的穿戴装配。因为该防护服的基本材料由低弹纤维如芳族聚酰胺纤维组成,所以装配质量取决于穿戴防护服1的人的瞬间身体状况。只有当装配得足够紧密时,防护服1才能完全完成它的任务,即防止血液流入腹部区和下肢。如果防护服已经正确穿戴装配好,则获得了如图3所示的压力图表。该图表表示用本发明装置记录的在战斗机直线飞行期间内的压力-时间图。
叠加在约90hPa静态压力上地得到一个反映飞行员呼吸的脉动压力图形。结合时基可容易确定呼吸频率,在这种情况下,呼吸频率约为24次/分钟。该呼吸压力图因为飞行员和飞机的略微移动而叠加。前者表示呼吸压力的振荡零点的快速移动,后者反映其缓慢移动。
因为该防护服的体积只能略微变化,所以吸气造成飞行员体积的略微增大,这表现在流体静压液柱和进而防护服内部压力的上升上。
图4是在机动飞行期间内记录的在约40秒内有更高的局部加速度z的压力-时间图。在这里,也可以清楚地看到由呼吸引起的压力变化。使用本身已知的数据处理方法,可以处理这种压力时间函数并且把它分成单个叠加的函数并单独进行评估,如加速度z和脉搏。
尤其是可以单独具体地评估很多方面如正确装配、飞行员的呼吸技巧和在必要时平谷许多飞行技术设备参数。对飞行员本身很重要的是,可以在起飞前客观地评估正确穿戴装配,如根据压力幅度,这可以通过观察显示装置上的图像而做到。
为了在驾驶高性能飞机时忍受高速小回转,至关紧要的是,飞行员要掌握适当的呼吸技巧。在航空医学中指出了这种呼吸技巧并且它是可以学到的。在显示装置6上看到的呼吸图形有助于这种学习。当然,测压单元3也可以在防护服的另一个部位上并安装在传送液体的管络2中,如安装在胸部内。
然而,如上所述的,如果测压单元3装在管络2的尽可能最低的点上,则它可以同时用作测量局部加速度z的测量装置。此外,从加速度指示压力中可以清楚地取出该呼吸图形,如图4所示。
当然,本发明的装置也可被用于直立工作服中,如根据欧洲专利EP0986356的防护服,或用于所谓的缺氧防护服中,如根据瑞士专利申请1610/02的服装,或许出于医学考虑,也可以使用本发明的装置。
在上述的缺氧防护服中,呼吸频率测量装置没有传送液体的管络,因此,该装置被推到在服装的弹性绷紧表层下的一个装有液体的袋内并以适当的方式被固定。
Claims (10)
1、一种测量穿戴根据流体静力学原理的加速防护服、一直立工作服或一缺氧防护服的的人的呼吸频率和呼吸图形的装置,该防护服具有充满液体的管络(2),所述管络(2)可以基本上遍及所述加速防护服的整个长度,其特征在于,
-设有一个测压单元(3),它在一个装有液体的且不透液的外壳中并且与其中一条管络(2)或服装的内部传压连通,
-设有-个分析处理装置(4),它分析处理该测压单元(3)的测量值并且如此调整,即它可以给一个显示装置(6)和一个存储装置(7)提供数据。
2、如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,该测压单元(3)安置在一件加速防护服的一管络(3)内。
3、如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,该测压单元(3)安置在一个管内,所述管通过一软管被接到所述加速防护服的一管络(2)上,从而它与该管络(2)流通并且传压连通。
4、如权利要求2或3所述的装置,其特征在于,该测压单元(3)位于所述加速防护服的该管络(2)的最低点的高度上。
5、如权利要求2或3所述的装置,其特征在于,该测压单元(3)通过一电缆(5)与所述分析处理装置(4)连接,该电缆(5)将该测压单元(3)所测定的值传输给该分析处理装置(4)。
6、如权利要求2或3所述的装置,其特征在于,设有一个光耦合器并且它被接在该测压单元(3)上,所述光耦合器将该测压单元(3)所测定的值传输给该分析处理装置(4)。
7、如权利要求2或3所述的装置,其特征在于,设有一无线电通信装置(6)并且它被接在该测压单元(3)上,所述无线电通信装置将该测压单元(3)所测定的值传输给该分析处理装置(4)。
8、如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,设有一个显示装置(6)并且它被接在该分析处理装置(4)上。
9、如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,设有一个存储装置(7)并且它被接在该分析处理装置(4)上。
10、如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,设有一个显示装置(6)和一存储装置(7)并且它们被接在该分析处理装置(4)上。
