Abstract

一种封闭容器，容器是为一小管径的长形管体，并将其两端封闭，使其内装填的流体处于封闭的环境中，并于容器邻近端部处设有一个或以上的预定开启机构，而容器内是分成二隔间，使流体可流动于其间；容器的两端部可视需求结合棉花球或海绵，当使用者透过预定开启机构将封闭容器开启时，其可令装填于容器内的流体流出并沾附于棉花球或海绵上，以供使用者进行擦拭使用，且容器并可充做储存蒸发性流体之用，例如溶剂及酒精等的储存，以免流体的蒸发。

封闭容器
技术领域
本发明是关于一种封闭容器，特别是指一种可当做棉花药刷本体使用的封闭容器。
背景技术
储存与运送流体用的容器通常于使用上有诸多的不便，因其大多须要借施力器或其他工具来抽出流体。由于流体会蒸发，使得溶剂或酒精类的流体于储存上应有特别的考虑，因此，坊间即有很多不同种类的容器间世，以用来装填各种流体，例如：容器可以是大型桶槽，用以储存水，或者容器亦可小如瓶子之类，用以装入香水，甚至还有更小的容器，装填所需的流体，容器亦可由各种适合的材料制成，以便适用于特殊的环境及流体。
本发明属于一种小而长的封闭容器，其可当做棉花药刷的本体使用，亦可用以储存流体，而装填于封闭容器内的流体于需要时，可释出并沾附于装在棉花药刷前端的棉花球。
发明内容
本发明的目的即在于提供一种封闭容器，封闭容器适合用以储存溶剂、酒精及其他容易蒸发的流体。
本发明的次一目的是在于提供一种将容器内设置成两隔间，以利于封闭容器内的流体流出容器外供人使用的封闭容器。
本发明的再一目的是在于提供一种可用以储存流体于封闭的环境中，使其能轻易运送至他处的封闭容器。
本发明的另一目的是在于提供一种装填于容器内的流体可以不用任何的工具，仅需透过使用者的接触即可轻易的完全流出容器外的封闭容器。
本发明的他一目的是在于提供一种可当做棉花药刷的本体使用，容器内的流体于需要时可释出于装在棉花药刷端部的棉花球上，以供人涂抹使用的封闭容器。
可达成上述发明目的的封闭容器，封闭容器属于一种长形封闭容器，其邻近端部处有一个或一个以上的开启机构，并将封闭的容器内设置成两隔间，可使流体流动于其间。封闭的容器亦可充做储存例如溶剂及酒精等流体，以防此流体的蒸发。
本发明所提供的封闭容器，与其他已有技术相互比较时，更具有下列的优点：
1.本发明适合用以储存溶剂、酒精及其他容易蒸发的流体。
2.本发明将容器内设置成两隔间，使得流体不受大气压力及毛细作用影响，而轻易自封闭容器内流出。
3.本发明可将流体储存于封闭的环境中，使其能轻易运送至他处。
4.本发明不需借助任何的辅助工具，即可轻易将容器开启，使其内装填的液体可流出容器外供人使用。
5.本发明可当做棉花药刷的本体使用，容器内的流体于需要时可释出于装在棉花药刷端部的棉花球上，以供人涂抹使用。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1所示，是本发明所提供的封闭容器，主要包括有：
一封闭容器1，容器1的外壳为长形状，且其两端封闭，并于其邻近端部处设置有一预定开启机构2，预定开启机构2可为一刀痕，以利于使用者沿刀痕将封闭容器1折断开启；
一长形管子3，长形管子3是被插入于封闭容器1中，使其可将容器1内分隔成两圆柱形隔间，长形管子3的两端是为开启状，而其直径及长度均小于容器1；
一流体4，流体4是被封闭于容器1内，直到预定开启机构2开启时，方能将流体4释出，流体可为酒精，香水或高挥发性的流体4。在本实施例中，用一棉花球5附贴于包覆于开启机构2的封闭容器1的两端部，以吸收从封闭容器1释出的流体4。
图2表示封闭容器的第二实施例，其中可于封闭容器1内设置一分割器6，分割器6的长度及宽度皆小于封闭容器1，使其可将封闭容器内分隔成两隔间，使装填于容器1内的流体4可于容器内的两隔间之间流动。
本发明的封闭容器1能将容易蒸发的流体4，如溶剂及酒精储存于封闭环境借以防此蒸发。只要简单的沿刀痕一端将预定开启机构2折断，即可开启容器1，致使流体4可沿任一预定开启机构2轻易的释出而流入棉花球5上。若无本发明的两隔间设计，则流体4将受封闭容器1的直径较小及毛细作用与大气压力影响，而无法从封闭容器1内释出。
上列详细说明是针对本发明的一可行实施例的具体说明，惟实施例并非用以限制本发明的专利范围，凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所为的等效实施或变更，均应包含于本案的专利范围中。
综上所述，本案不但在技术思想上确属创新，并能较已有物品增进上述多项功效，应已充分符合新颖性及进步性的法定发明专利要件，依法提出申请，恳请贵局核准本件发明专利申请案，以励发明，至感德便。

Claims (16)

1.一种封闭容器，其特征在于，包括：
一容器，其具有一长形的外壳，两端为封闭状，并于邻近端部处设置有一个以上的预定开启机构；
一分割器，其是设置于容器内，以将容器内分隔成多处容许流体自由流动于其间的隔间；
封闭的容器可当做储存流体之用，直至流体经预定开启机构释出为止。
2.如权利要求1所述的封闭容器，其特征在于，其中预定开启机构可为一刀痕，刀痕可轻易折断开启而释出封闭容器内的流体。
3.如权利要求1所述的封闭容器，其特征在于，其中流体可为酒精或高挥发性的流体。
4.如权利要求1所述的封闭容器，其特征在于，其中流体可为香水。
5.如权利要求1所述的封闭容器，其特征在于，其中预定开启机构是被一种吸收性物质如棉花球或海棉所覆盖。
6.如权利要求2所述的封闭容器，其特征在于，其中预定开启机构是被一种吸收性物质如棉花球或海棉覆盖。
7.如权利要求3所述的封闭容器，其特征在于，其中预定开启机构是被一种吸收性物质如棉花球或海棉覆盖。
8.如权利要求4所述的封闭容器，其特征在于，其中预定开启机构是被一种吸收性物质如棉花球或海棉覆盖。
9.一种封闭容器，其特征在于，包括：
一容器，其具有一长形的外壳，两端为封闭状，并于邻近端部处设置有一个以上的预定开启机构；
一长形管子，其两端为开启状，而其直径与长度均小于封闭的容器；是将长形管子插入于封闭的容器中，使其可于容器内形成两圆柱形的隔间；
封闭的容器内储存有流体，流体可自由流动于两圆柱形的隔间之间，直至流体经预定开启机构释出为止。
10.如权利要求9所述的封闭容器，其特征在于，其中预定开启机构可为一刀痕，刀痕可轻易予以折断，以释出封闭容器内的流体。
11.如权利要求9所述的封闭容器，其特征在于，其中流体为酒精或高挥发性的流体。
12.如权利要求9所述的封闭容器，其特征在于，其中流体为香水。
13.如权利要求9所述的封闭容器，其特征在于，其中预定开启机构是被一种吸收性物质如棉花球或海棉覆盖。
14.如权利要求10所述的封闭容器，其特征在于，其中预定开启机构是被一种吸收性物质如棉花球或海棉覆盖。
15.如权利要求11所述的封闭容器，其特征在于，其中预定开启机构是被一种吸收性物质如棉花球或海棉覆盖。
16.如权利要求12所述的封闭容器，其特征在于，其中预定开启机构是被一种吸收性物质如棉花球或海棉覆盖。
