Abstract

Description
本发明关于注射装置的改进,尤其是关于用来注射受控量的药物的小型注射装置的改进。
由病人自给药的注射装置是已知的,例如,糖尿病人可能要求定期地注射胰岛素。该注射装置可使病人选择并掌握剂量。人们已知道使该方法自动化,从而用户仅需压一个按钮,注射装置将排放选定剂量的药物。这就减轻了病人用手动作注射装置排放药物时的控制排放量的任务,这对老年人、虚弱的人和视觉有困难的人、以及由于糖尿病而使功能受到损害的人来说是一个很特别的问题。
药物通常装在注射装置内的一个药筒中,该药筒具有一个在其一端的塞子或活塞,该活塞被驱动到药筒的第二端,将药物从注射装置压出。一个问题是该注射器应该足够小,可以在毫无困难的情况下装到口袋或手包中。同时,该注射装置的尺寸必须做成能使用于驱动药筒内的塞子的活塞或类似构件能在药筒内的最大排放位置和从药筒中完全缩回以允许置换药筒的位置之间移动。
本发明的优点是力图提供一种技术方案,来解决这些相互矛盾的要求的问题。
按照本发明的第一个方面,一种注射装置的驱动机构中,一个活塞相对于装有药物的药筒的第一端逐步地移动,以有选择地驱动塞子、关闭药筒的第一端、进入药筒,以迫使药物通过位于药筒第二端上的排放构件,其特征在于:该活塞包括引导成作线性移动以有选择地驱动塞子的第一活塞部分,和连接成相对于第一活塞部分转动的第二活塞部分。
该驱动机构最好还包括在剂量调整机构和活塞之间的传动装置。
该传动装置最好包括通过排放齿轮连接成驱动活塞的剂量设定机构。该剂量设定机构最好包括将剂量设定轴连到剂量调整机构上的齿条,该测量设定轴具有在其第二端上的贴靠面。该按钮最好具有与剂量设定轴贴靠面贴靠的止动面。
按照本发明的第二个方面,一个注射装置装有具有本发明第一方面的驱动机构。
现将参照附图,以示例形式描述本发明,其中:

首先参见图1,可以看出装有本发明机构4的注射装置2。
该注射装置2包括一个主罩6,驱动机构4包括剂量调整机构10和一个按钮12。一个针头单元14包括一个固定到主罩6的第一端上的中空形式的排放构件。药筒16具有可储藏在主罩6中的第一端和第二端。当针头单元到位时,该针头单元刺穿药筒16第一端上的柔性薄膜。一个可移动的塞子18位于药筒16的第二端,在主罩6的第一端上方可提供一个盖(未示出),用以保护针头单元,使它免受损坏,并保护用户,使用户不会被针误剌伤。
按钮12最好呈杯形或盖形,宜于如图示实施例所示那样在主罩内滑动。主罩6和按钮12最好设有一个制动装置(未示出),该制动装置使按钮12可释放地保持在关闭或“断开”位置。按钮12设有一个从按钮12内侧伸出的止动件20。
该剂量调整机构10定位成朝向主罩6的第一端。用户用该剂量调整机构以下面描述的方法从注射装置中排出选定的药物剂量。该剂量调整机构位于一个剂量设定机构附近,该剂量调整机构用齿轮装置22连到剂量设定机构上。
该剂量设定机构包括剂量设定轴24,该轴具有绕剂量设定轴24的第一端和第二端之间的中部在径向延伸的法兰26。该径向延伸的法兰26具有一个第一表面,该表面在使用中可贴靠设在主罩6内的贴靠面。在剂量设定轴24的第一端附近设有齿条30,从而使剂量设定轴24连到齿轮装置22上。剂量设定轴24的第二端设有沿其至少一部分的螺纹部分32。该剂量设定轴24的第二端还设有用来与按钮12上的止动件20贴靠的贴靠面34。
该驱动机构包括排放齿轮40,它定位成可在主罩6内转动,一个具有第一活塞部分44和第二活塞部分46的活塞42,以及位于主罩6内的导向件48。该导向件48包括一个第一直线部分50和一个弯曲部分52。第一活塞部分44和第二活塞部分46的每一个沿其至少一侧都设有带齿的或螺纹部分54。该第一活塞部分44和第二活塞部分46绕着转动点56可转动地相互连接在一起。
在图1中,示出的注射装置2具有满的药筒16,驱动机构处于完全缩回的位置,按钮12完全被压下。排放齿轮40既啮合剂量设定轴24的螺纹部分,也啮合第一活塞部分44的带齿的或齿轮部分54。
为了操作该注射装置2,用户释放按钮12,使它离开保持或“断开”位置,这样按钮12从主罩6(图2)内向外滑出。
为了设定所需要的剂量,用户用剂量调整机构10来设定剂量。这就使齿轮装置22相对于具有齿条30的剂量设定轴24行进,由此使剂量设定轴24的贴靠面34移向按钮12上的止动件20(图3)。
现在用户可通过压下按钮12来操作注射装置,以排放设定的剂量。当按钮12在主罩6内移动时,按钮12上的止动件20与剂量设定轴24的贴靠面34接触。
进一步的移动使剂量设定轴24移向注射装置2的第一端。该进一步的移动使排放齿轮40由于剂量设定轴24的螺纹部分32的行程而转动。排放齿轮40的转动使第一活塞部分44的带齿的或螺纹部分54移向可移动的塞子18,进而在第一活塞部分44被驱动成进入导向件48的直线部分50时,使第二活塞部分46绕线性移动的转动点56转动,与此同时,第二活塞部分46受到导向件48的弯曲部分52的引导,由于第一活塞部分44作用而移向并进入导向件的直线部分50。可以看出,第二活塞部分46自由端的摆动发生在按钮12完全缩回的位置内(图4)。在按钮12完全被压下之前,剂量设定轴24继续进行移动。
在下次使用注射装置2时,设定一个新的剂量,在按钮12压下之前移动剂量设定轴24。在重复该方法时,第一活塞部分44受到驱动而进入导向件的直线部分50,这样第一活塞部分44超越排放齿轮40。在这一点上,排放齿轮与第二活塞部分46的带齿或螺纹区54啮合,以驱动该第二活塞部分,然后在第二活塞部分46的作用下,第一活塞部分44移向可移动的塞子18。
在需要置换药筒16之前重复该方法(图5,然后在排放齿轮40的作用下,第一活塞部分44和第二活塞部分46可从药筒16中缩回,从而可进行下一步的药筒16的置换工作。
该驱动机构和药筒的相关布局意味着主罩提供了一个相当大的平表面,该平表面可用作相当大的剂量显示面、如可安装一个液晶显示器。这就可用相当大的图案或其它字符来进行测量显示。这对视力受损的人来说是一大优点。
Claims (7)
1.一种注射装置的驱动机构,其中一个活塞在含有药物的药筒中逐步地移向药筒的第一端,以有选择地驱动一个塞子关闭药筒的第一端,进入药筒,迫使药物通过位于药筒第二端上的排放构件,其特征在于:该活塞包括引导成作线性移动、以有选择地驱动塞子的第一活塞部分,和连接成提供相对于第一活塞部分作转动的第二活塞部分。
2.按照权利要求1的驱动机构,其特征在于:该驱动机构还包括在剂量调整机构和活塞之间的传动装置。
3.按照权利要求1或2的驱动机构,其特征在于:该传动装置包括连接成通过排放齿轮来驱动活塞的剂量设定机构。
4.按照权利要求3的驱动机构,其特征在于:该剂量设定机构包括将剂量设定轴连到剂量调整机构上的齿条,该剂量设定轴具有在其第二端上的第一贴靠面。
5.按照权利要求4的驱动机构,其特征在于:该按钮具有与剂量设定轴的贴靠面贴靠的止动面。
6.一种注射装置,装有前面任何一个权利要求中的驱动机构。
7.按照权利要求6的注射装置,其中该注射装置还包括一个有选择地驱动塞子的驱动装置,该驱动装置具有可移动地罩在该注射装置内的按钮。
