Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于排屑机加工所使用的切削嵌入件的嵌入件夹具,其中该嵌入件夹具包括头部、安装在头部上的具有V形槽的嵌入件底座板、用于将嵌入件底座板固定地安装在头部上的部件,其中V形槽限定了侧表面,当切削嵌入件安装在嵌入件夹具中时切削嵌入件的侧刃将邻接在这些侧表面上,并且该嵌入件夹具具有用于容纳切削嵌入件的夹紧部件的部件或者用于夹紧切削嵌入件的部件。
背景技术
EP-A-0248205中披露了一种用于形成切屑形成机加工的可分度刀具。所述刀具的特征在于具有可更换的嵌入件底座板,该底座板的特征在于具有V形槽,其中容纳切削嵌入件。该嵌入件底座板可以通过偏心机构来沿着刀具的纵向移动,其中所述移动导致切削嵌入件发生四分之一圆圈的角度移换,从而切削嵌入件的未使用切削刃出现在有效位置上。该切削嵌入件的角度移换是通过安装在嵌入件底座板下面的爪形部件转动牢固连接着切削嵌入件的销来实现的。所述爪形部件连同嵌入件底座板一起沿着刀具的纵向移动。但是V形槽的侧刃不能进行调整以适应切削嵌入件的侧表面。
发明概述
本发明的一个主要目的是提供一种所述类型的嵌入件夹具,其中尽管切削嵌入件在例如仿形车削的过程中要受到变化的负载和/或加载方向,但是在切削底座中可以非常准确地实现切削嵌入件的夹紧。这种方案的结果是在刀具夹具的使用过程中提高了尺寸精度。
本发明的另一个目的是V形槽的侧边缘自身可以调整至切削嵌入件的侧表面,从而确保四点邻接。
本发明的再一个目的是V形槽可以非常稳定的固定在刀具的头部上。
本发明的又一个目的是提供一种嵌入件夹具,它可以通过简单和廉价的方式调整为多个不同的切削嵌入件形状和切削嵌入件尺寸。
本发明的至少一个主要目的是通过如下嵌入件夹具来实现的,该嵌入件夹具具有如所附独立权利要求1的特征。在从属权利要求中给出了本发明的优选实施方案。

优选实施方案的详细说明
在图1示意性所示的本发明的切削嵌入件和嵌入件夹具的嵌入件底座板之间的相互配合中,在切削嵌入件和嵌入件底座板之间的两个接触点P1和P2位于嵌入件底座板具有的V形槽的尖端的区域内。在这种连接中,接触点P1和P2是相对的,也就是它们位于V形槽的两个侧壁上。因此在图1所示的典型情况中,V形槽的鼻角α1比切削嵌入件的鼻角β1略大。
在图2示意性所示的本发明的切削嵌入件和嵌入件夹具的嵌入件底座板之间的相互配合中,在切削嵌入件和嵌入件底座板之间的两个接触点P3和P4位于V形槽的开口区域内,其中在这种情况下接触点P3和P4也是相对的,也就是它们位于V形槽的两个侧壁上。因此在图2所示的典型情况中,V形槽的鼻角α1比切削嵌入件的鼻角β1略小。
图3所示的本发明的嵌入件夹具包括基础夹具1,该基础夹具包括轴3和头部5。在所示的实施方案中,轴3具有方形截面。头部5在平面视图中大体为三角形,其中头部5的自由端的鼻角原则上等于该头部5要支撑的切削嵌入件的鼻角。由于本发明的嵌入件夹具特别用于仿形嵌入件,因此所述的鼻角较小。如图3所示,头部5在其上侧设有第一脊齿7。在头部5的带有脊齿7的表面上设有两个第一孔9和一个第二孔10,其中所有所述的孔都具有内螺纹。
在轴3和头部5之间设置一个与脊齿7相连的支撑表面11,其中所述支撑表面11在其与有脊齿的平面垂直的主方向上具有延伸部分。支撑表面11设有两个第三孔12,它们都具有内螺纹。
图3的嵌入件夹具也具有嵌入件底座板13,该底座板包括V形槽14,在V形槽中可以容纳用于排屑机加工的切削嵌入件15。在嵌入件底座板13中,有两个凹入的第四孔16,其中所述第四孔16是略微椭圆形的,并优选具有平滑的壁。该第四孔16的椭圆形使得嵌入件底座板13可以沿着基础夹具1的纵向移动。嵌入件底座板13也设有支撑壁17,它具有大体上与嵌入件底座板13的主平面垂直的延伸部分。该支撑壁17设有两个第五孔18,它们优选具有平滑的壁。
图3所示的嵌入件夹具也包括隔板19,它连接在支撑表面11和支撑壁17之间。以下将描述隔板19的功能。如图3所示,隔板19设有两个凹槽20,该凹槽20的上部圆角部分可以分别与第三孔12和第四孔18的上部圆角部分相一致。
为了按照令人满意的方式将嵌入件底座板13牢固地连接至头部5,该嵌入件夹具还具有多个螺钉。因此,嵌入件夹具包括两个第一螺钉21,它们可以装在头部5的带有脊齿7的部分的第一孔9中。嵌入件夹具还包括两个第三螺钉23,它们可以装在第三孔12中。
为了将切削嵌入件15固定在嵌入件底座板13的V形槽中,该嵌入件夹具还具有第三螺钉22,它们要装在头部5的第二孔10中。
如图4所示,嵌入件底座板13在其底侧上设有第二脊齿25,这些脊齿25可以与头部5的第一脊齿7配合操作。如图3所示,头部5也在要承载切削嵌入件15的部分上设有脊齿7。这意味着在图3所示的本发明切削嵌入件的实施方案中,切削边缘15也在其底侧上设有脊齿。如图3所示。
脊齿7和25具有主要与V形槽的平分线B方向平行的的方向,如图4所示。这也同样用于切削嵌入件15的底侧上、也就是切削嵌入件15的安装位置中的脊齿,所述脊齿平行于脊齿7和25。
在图5中,显示了处于装配状态中的本发明的嵌入件夹具。在这种连接中,第一螺钉21穿过第四孔16,并容纳在第一孔9中。第三螺钉23穿过第五孔18和凹槽20,由此该第三螺钉容纳在第三孔12中。通过容纳在第二孔10中的第二螺钉22将切削嵌入件15牢固的连接。
参考图5可以理解,根据隔板19的厚度,会影响嵌入件底座板13在头部5上的位置。因此,隔板19的厚度增加意味着嵌入件底座板13朝着头部5的自由端的方向移动。嵌入件底座板13的位置的改变会影响切削嵌入件15的夹紧。因此,隔板19的不同厚度就确保了第二螺钉22的最佳预张力,该螺钉将切削嵌入件15夹在嵌入件夹具中。预张力对于减少嵌入件移动来说是一个重要的参数。如果嵌入件底座板13朝着头部5尖端的方向移动较长,第二螺钉22的预张力会加强。相应的,如果嵌入件底座板13朝着头部5的尖端移动较短距离,则该预张力较小。由于该设置有凹槽20的隔板19,更换隔板19时不需要将嵌入件底座板13全部拆卸下来。因此将第一螺钉21和第三螺钉23松开就足够了,由此可以除去隔板19并用具有不同厚度的隔板19来替换。
尤其是就V形槽14而言,通过铣削或者其它方法例如电火花加工、浇铸或者研磨的方法,可拆卸的嵌入件底座板13使得精确制造成为可能。由此,可以优化用于V形槽14的切削嵌入件15的支撑表面,确保在凹槽14内具有小的间隙。
可拆卸的嵌入件底座板13也确保可以在轴3/头部5和切削底座板13中使用不同的材料。因此在嵌入件底座板13中可以使用例如硬质合金的更强/更硬的材料,由此使得切削嵌入件的移动以及塑性变型最小化。
可拆卸的嵌入件底座板13也确保可以更换不同的切削嵌入件形状,例如可以更换鼻角为35°的切削嵌入件至鼻角为55°的切削嵌入件。在这种连接中,自然要改变嵌入件底座板13的V形槽14,以适应所用的切削嵌入件15。
在图6中,显示了用于本发明的切削底座夹具的基础夹具1′的可选实施方案。所述实施方案与图3所示实施方案原则上不同之处在于头部5′的承载着嵌入件底座板13和切削嵌入件15′的表面仅仅是部分设有脊齿7′。因此所述表面仅在要与嵌入件底座板13相配合操作的部分上设有脊齿7′。在这种连接中,要指出的是,嵌入件底座板13可以具有类似的设计,而无需考虑它是否用于图3所示的基础主体或者图6所示的基础主体。
因此图6所示的头部5′在用于容纳排屑机加工用的切削嵌入件的部分表面上没有脊齿。头部5′的这种可选实施方案允许使用具有标准设计的切削嵌入件,即在其底侧上没有设置脊齿的切削嵌入件。本发明的可行性改进
在图3-5所示的实施方案中,嵌入件夹具设有隔板19,利用该隔板19来调整固定切削嵌入件15的螺钉22的预张力。这是解决所述调整问题的一个结构简单的解决方案。但是,在本发明的范围内可以采用可替代的部件/装置来实现预张力的调整,在这种情况下也就是移动嵌入件底座板13的位置。因此在嵌入件底座板13和侧表面11之间可以有调整机构,通过该调整机构来进行嵌入件底座板13的移动。所述调整机构可以是例如包括一个或者多个固定螺钉。但是这种结构的问题是嵌入件底座板13必须以令人满意的方式固定在头部上,也就是这种牢固的连接必须能吸收会影响嵌入件底座板13的载荷。
根据上述实施方案,切削嵌入件15直接安装在基础夹具1的头部5上。但是,在本发明的范围内,可以在切削嵌入件15和头部5之间设有垫板。在这种连接中,嵌入件底座板13可以具有基本保持的厚度,而垫板在头部5中钻孔装埋。替换的实施方案是垫板放在头部5的顶部上,嵌入件底座板13的高度比上述实施方案中的要大。在使用垫板的情况下,切削嵌入件和垫板之间的脊齿方向可以与嵌入件底座板13和头部5之间的方向不同。

Claims (7)
1.一种嵌入件夹具,用于排屑机加工的切削嵌入件(15),其中该嵌入件夹具包括:头部(5;5’)、安装在头部(5;5’)上的具有V形槽的嵌入件底座板(13)、用于将嵌入件底座板(13)牢固的固定在头部(5;5’)上的部件(21,23),其中V形槽限定了侧表面,当切削嵌入件(15)安装在嵌入件夹具中时,切削嵌入件(15)的侧边缘邻接在该侧表面上,并且该嵌入件夹具具有用于容纳切削嵌入件的夹紧部件的部件或者用于夹紧切削嵌入件(15)的部件(22),头部(5;5’)具有带第一脊齿(7;7’)的表面,嵌入件底座板(13)具有带第二脊齿(25)的表面,并且在嵌入件底座板(13)的装配状态下,第一脊齿(7;7’)彼此邻接,脊齿(7;7’;25)沿着主要与V形槽(14)的平分线(B)的方向平行的方向延伸,其特征在于嵌入件夹具具有用于沿着脊齿(7;7’;25)的纵向调整切削底座夹具(13)在头部(5;5’)上的位置的部件(11,19)。
